Checked in at 1am, got up to room -- it was freezing. Apparently, heat is kept off (to save money I suppose). No lotion in room. Next day, towels and in-room coffee not replaced. Charged $3 by front desk to get coffee from machine in lobby (no idea where the "free breakfast coffee" is at). Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Fitness room is large, but equipment is very aged (rusted, noisy, missing pieces).

I am told the Hilton down the street is much nicer - will be staying there on my next business trip.
