Wasting time on front desk, terminal didn't work, receptionist was so unprofessional and rude.

good location, small pool, WLAN for much money, take the 158 line to NYC via Lincoln Tunnel, $ 3,20

Definitely not worth the money.
They Not providing a simple thing such as fridges in rooms.
Front desk stuff had no good service.
The Pool is in poor condition.
Planties cheaper hotels offer much more than this one.

BEAUTIFUL place to stay and such a breeze to hop on the bus and go to the city. I'd definitely stay again. LOVE the room, the breakfast...the works.

Just like many other Sheraton hotels, this one is nice and clean, they gave me a room with the harbor view and the view is breathtaking, be prepared the parking fee is $25/day and the internet is not free also ($10/day) so you need to consider if you drove and needs the internet.

Having stayed in literally dozens of hotels in tri-state area for work and personal (and hundreds all over the nation), I had the most warm, welcoming, compassionate, professional and kind experience EVER at this hotel, thanks to Addie Patterson (Manager). She helped my husband and I check in seamlessly, helped counsel us through some travel challenges we had encountered (that is an understatement really), got us into our beautiful room (can't beat that amazing eighth floor manhattan view!) and did everything she could to ease the burden travel can sometimes cause. She went WAY above and beyond - logistically, easy shuttle, ferry and driving access to the city, NJ and even parts of Westchester county from here. Addie just earned our (and my) business at her hotel anytime am in the area moving forward (and that is quite a bit!!). Oh! Tons of hotel parking right on-site too! And nicely equipt fitness space. Thank you SO much Addie!!!

Room is clean. Shower pressure is very low. Room is too dark, need more lights. Swimming pool is small and smells. Bedding sheet makes noise. The noise waked me up for each turn in the night.

Great hotel, stunning views, good restaurant, nice rooms. The check in staff is clueless. Tried to get a coupon from Sheraton honored but asked them to stop trying after thirty minutes.

Always stay here when in NYC for business. Always a nice stay with a short ferry ride across to the city. Could update the elevators though, getting kind of jerky over the years.

The hotel was a nice property but there aren't many things like restaurants in walking distance, just Ruth Chris steakhouse.
The beds in the hotel were atrocious, very very old mattresses.
The breakfast at the hotel is Buffett only, so don't worry about ordering the entree you route prefer. Overall a mediocre property with a good location.

Was worried about the service by some other reviews but personally thought it was excellent and Serge was a gem. Only downfall was the lighting in the secondary room was very bad. Also got an unexpected city view.

Business hotel. On the other side of the river. Lovely views. You can take a boat taxi from outside the hotel to the island.

A decent hotel with good room rates. We enjoyed the ferry rides across the river to NYC, which included free bus rides to get around the city and back to the ferry station. They also have a shuttle to pick you up one ferry station down. You can catch the bus to the city for a cheaper rate than the ferry. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet until 1030am. Parking is $25/day.

The traffic in this area is aweful, mostly because of ongoing construction being performed by the hotel which blocks off previously accessible roads. Avoid this area like the plague if you ever want to get out.

With all the precautions being taken during the COVID pandemic, we found a peanut and part of a chip on the carpet. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning.

Worst hotel ever I just checked out. Nothing was working there, I had to leave to go to the bank which was in NY because after I booked the reservation they charged more for accidentals, when I called to speak with someone all I got was an apology they didn t offer me anything for my trouble, I stayed at cheaper hotels that were WAY BETTER! I would recommend La Quinta and Hyatt!!! DO NOT GO HERE

He has seen better times, but a glance towards N.Y is enough. to fully re-evaluate the beautiful room with a view

This hotel has the perfect mix of space, quiet location and easy reach of Manhattan.

The room is huge! Sofa, 2 double beds and desk area, 2 TV s and a desk area for work. The bathroom is modern too and it is all very well decorated.

During my stay one of the lifts were out of order for maintenance. This meant length waits for the lift and in the end I just used the stairs.

If I came to New York on holiday this would definitely be a choice. No sirens. No noise. Space and luxury but still in easy access of all the sights.

Oh and don t forget the views at night!

Quiet, easy access into NYC; restaurants all around you; secure parking; easy access into Lincoln Tunnel/Holland Tunnel; walking/bike paths; minutes into Hoboken and the Path train.

Fun location! Wifi was not included that was irritating! Most desk staff was very courteous! View is only available from one side of the building so if you got an online deal you may have to pay an upcharge to get a room with a view. The view is beautiful!

Nice location close to the customer offices. Walkable to lots of restaurants in Hoboken.

Convenient to both cruise ship harbors and ferry dock is right there for trip into NYC

Complementary Breakfast: Good for nothing. Coffee machine not working, only chips and bread/toast available.
Not total value for money considering the legacy and name it carries.

The view from my 7th floor room was fantastic. The staff were pleasent, but the amentities were a little lacking from what I've become used to in a hotel. There was no sort of fridge in the room and the water pressure was low. Very little counterspace was available. Overall a very good place to stay, but not my ideal

Meh. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. And its quietness. Parking 25/ day, WiFi 10. Housekeeping started banging on our door at 8! Ridiculous. Still, it is super convenient for getting into the city via ferry, so I'll probably stay again.

Very outdated hotel. Front desk agent was helpful. AC/heating unit in room was so old, dirty, and loud.

Of all the Sheraton's I've been to the level of service was definitely subpar. I ask for a scale to measure my luggage, they don't have any. I go to the gym early in the morning and the initial impression is things are clean instead they haven't been wiped or cleaned. At the rate I paid $275 a night I had to pay for wifi for 3 devices, seriously. Instead of feeling at a home away from home I feel shafted in terms of quality and service. If anything I know for sure I'm never coming back here again.

Convenience, Luxury and breath taking views!

The ferry to Manhattan is a few steps away, the ticket to the ferry can be purchased at the front desk. We got a room with a panoramic view and it was worth every penny. The room is spacious and luxurious. Few down sides, breakfast Is not included in the basic package so we choose the upgraded package, the breakfast buffet was worth it, another let down is you have to pay for parking, $25 a day. I m still giving this place 5 stars because the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Was here for vacation and over all of the hotel so workers are very nice and professional and there's so much to do.

The location is perfect, right on the water with a great view of the city. Transit to Manhattan is easy and quick with the ferry, and you don't have to worry about traffic or parking. The room had a king size bed and everything was clean and neat. Breakfast the next morning had many choices and service was quick.

Just checked my bank statement and they charge $25 for parking that isn't told to you when you check in and is charged after you leave. You got my $25 and that's the last you'll get. Hope it's worth it.

45 minute check in lines. Rooms not available for check in on Time, running 1 hr or more late. Only 1 working elevator for 10 story hotel. Seriously below standard expected.

Great view with the room. Layout was a little tight. And it'd be nice if the room came with microwave and mini-fridge. Nevertheless, staff was extremely nice and very helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, with spectacular views of NY city especially at night. In addition the ferry to NY and back picks up from just outside the hotel which makes it even the more efficient. The downside, the hotel rooms do not appear to have been updated; the mattresses are not as comfortable and have lost shape, some sockets did not work and to make it worse, it was here that I had my very first encounter with bed bugs. I stayed Friday night through Sunday but was moved to 3 different rooms. Though I didn't experience bedbugs in the other two, the maintenance and updates are lacking all round.

We stayed here for more than a week before our furniture arrived from across the country. Michael has been absolutely lovely and all the staff make the stay totally pleasant. The club lounge offers good continent breakfast and evening snacks. The view was fantastic and so convenient to get across to Manhattan by ferry or bus.
