Good 4 star hotel. Well located in New Jersey, with quick transportation to New York.
The event room was very nice as usual (this was my fourth year attending the NHS Academic awards) and this year especially was the best. The ice cream buffet of dessert was great and the addition of fish to the menu was great for my family who didn't like meat but didn't want pasta. I'm sure the NHS will be back.
Nice place to stay! NYC view room is the best! Rooms are clean.
Executive suite is quite large and was a great size for wedding prep beauty prep. Very nice stay and amazing views
I really enjoy this hotel. The people are super nice and the food in the restaurant is good too. Easy easy commute to NYC if you need to and great views of the city.
Room stinks, smells rancid and not sure why. Shower barely works, amenities just aren't right for this hotel. Elevators are old, room service is also confusing. Plus, outlets are work out.
The hotel itself was lovely, but we had the misfortune of staying next door to some very loud and very drunk guests. The hotel sent someone up once, but a few hours later they were at it again. That time I think the hotel either forgot or were unable, as they continued shouting and slamming the door well into 4 AM, at least an hour. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just really crappy guests at the time.
Friendly staff and conveniently located next to the ferry straight to Manhattan island. Having to pay for wifi in this day and age though is a bit cheeky. The room was spacious and clean.
Great access to the very and convenient in and out parking.Right in the walkway to Hoboken...Typical Sheraton, comfortable beds, business oriented.
I was just passing through. Looks very comfortable and clean.
I don't like the room but location is awesome and hotel is near by Times Square or Indian street Jercy city
The hotel is nice outside, a bit antiquated inside. When I checked in there was so much construction going on and the noice was unbearable. Too expensive having construction going on. Not sure why they tell customer before booking. Aug 2018. I m sure it s ongoing.
Nice and scenic views if you get the room facing the Hudson
Location is great. The hotel room is a little dated but still ok. Rooms were clean and they are certainly on point with covid cleaning policy and enforcement of mask wearing. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. You can reserve use of the gym and pool which is great given everything going on with covid. The boardwalk is steps away and the views of the city are phenomenal. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Great thing is you can buy your coffee and sit on the boardwalk and enjoy.
Very nice hotel. Amazing view.. excellent rooms. Peaceful and quiet. Great services.
Beautiful suite with direct view to lower Manhattan. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Good Evening,
Please be advised that my stay was not as comfortable as it should have been. First off, I usually stay at the W Hoboken but decided to give your establishment a stay. When I arrived to my room I inspected the room as I always do. I lifted the sheets to find hair in the bed. There was a decent amount of hair in the sheets which told me they were not changed or cleaned properly. Secondly, there was still urine and feces in the toilet from whomever was there before. The soap dish had soap residue still left in there from the previous guest. The mattress was very hard and the spring in the middle you could feel through the bed. I feel as though being an SPG member and staying at SPG resorts this has been the worst stay I have had. I would NOT recommend this hotel again due to my recent stay.
Please note that the staff were nice but the room was nothing I would expect from an SPG hotel.
3/5 +It's a nice hotel +Clean +Modern-ish -$25 for parking and $10 For Wi-Fi!!?! -Consecutive room numbers aren't even connected to each other -$4 for a 700ml bottle of water -Not all staff are helpful
Hotel is in a Great location, But the rooms need more lighting, especially in the bathrooms, some rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and others didn't.. Overall it's a great hotel
Kept very clean everywhere in the hotel and everyone who works there was very nice.
The Hotel, view & staff are nice. The hotel is a little older. The stay for us is poor because the majority of staff even up to the advance management level is incompetent. They have the skill set to do well if everything goes perfect. However if a mistake is made, like what happened to us they have no problem solving ability and cannot handle customer facing issues. If you have an issue or change etc. the staff become robots telling you a rehearsed sentence and unable to solve the issue. Obviously I am speaking of a specific situation, I booked 3 rooms for a celebration for my wife, 1 for 5 days, 2 for 2. The as a member, preferred traveler etc. 1 room was to cost 506 including taxes. They authorized the card for 990.00. The other room was to 890.00 They authorized over 1100.00 . The next day a new charge shows of for 553.00 they don't know what it is or how to remove it but tell me to wait for the bank, they can do nothing. I actually incurred over 8 different charges and it has been a week not only have they not resolved it but I am checked out back home for days, and a new charge came in this morning. Response " the team is working on it". I was given a letter to fax to the bank for bank release, but it shows the wrong amounts and only deals with 2 of the charges. I had incidentals for parking that totaled 50 bucks & 1 meal added to the room and they are still working on getting back over 1300.00 to me. I told them I was in a position to enjoy my 5 days and still fund activities, But most people cant. At this writing they still do not know what all the charges are for & I still do not have my money back, they did offer us Free Breakfast & to credit the parking charge. I recommend going to the Residence in Weehawken for the view or Envue Autograph, newer with views and they have figured out how to use a credit card machine.
For the value of the stay one expects at least that you have WiFi in the room
Ready to make feel comfortable with their quickest response with the orders, room service, house keeping. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest and would love to stay at this property again soon. Thanks to the staff for making my and my family's experience a memory.
Best deal in town. Breathtaking views of manahatan quick boat ride across the Hudson.
Service is great! Rooms and hotel are sparkley clean! The manhattan view is priceless, and the ferry takes you in 6 min to manhattan. Highly recommended for families. Make the spg club to enjoy club room with complimentary breakfast and 24 hrs soft drinks and coffee.
Sheraton Lincoln Harbor is a good stay for a business trip. It has beautiful views of Manhattan and is conveniently right next to a ferry. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The rooms are clean and decent but mini fridges are notably missing. Be aware that dining options are limited. Jack Austin's is way over priced for what it is and Ruth Chris is very expensive. Thankfully Hoboken is a relatively short walk away with more restaurants.
Room was ok, never told me that I had to pay for parking until I checked in. Woke up the next day to a cold shower and a bathroom that smelt of sulfur and sewage. Room number was 217.
The best part about this hotel is the location. All suites are in the main building but the lounge (if you can call it that) is in the west tower.
The lounge is perhaps one of the worst I've been to for a Marriott property. Breakfast items were non-existent, no employee was around to replenish, and there wasn't even any plates.
The next part was the TV. They have satellite TV and the ability to hold a signal is down right annoying. Half the channels didn't come in, when I called to complain they sent an"engineer" up to fix it. He told me, "just turn off and on to try and get a signal." Between two TV's I never could get all the channels but ironically each tv got different channels (strange given its one satellite dish).
The best part of the stay was the check-in as the front desk staff was extremely friendly and tried their best to make accommodation requests.
Last, the main building has only one working elevator so 10 floors and lots of guests you do the math.
I was here for a conference. The room was standard conference room. The hotel did provide us with 3 different kinds of smoothies, 2 types of juice, hot coffee, water, fruit and an assortment of fresh-baked cookies. The restaurant inside is Austin's. The menu had a good selection of items. We ordered 4 items and all were tasty. I took away one star because the bathroom had no paper towels and the ATM was out of service.
Clean hotel, large room with lounge / office. Fast and courteous service. Nice view of New York and time square quickly accessible by bus. Stop and 5 minutes walk.
When I first entered the hotel to check-in, the receptionist provided OK service. The rooms were large and spacious, but old and somewhat on the work / work side. The location is a bit more remote from my destination, but still reasonable.
It looks like a very nice place. I've never been inside though I run past it a few times a day.
