With Dr. O'Neal /M2 Anesthesia, I was amazed how well the children woke up from the anesthesia and how efficient/skilled he was (ex: starting IV, intubation, etc). He makes it look so easy. In addition, he is incredibly thorough (from reviewing consent to post op care, medical history, etc). The parents/families of the patients can feel comfortable with their decision to undergo general anesthesia (GA).
I've known Dr O'Neal since spring 2012, so I can attest the most to his abilities. However, all of the anesthesiologists (including the owner - Dr Michel) are great! Actually, I have never met an owner so dedicated as Dr. Michel. If you ever need him, it is very easy to get in contact with him. (He usually responds within minutes to texts and emails). He is also very easy going and a joy to work with.
All M2 Anesthesiologists are wonderful and highly skilled. I can confidently recommend general anesthesia (GA) to my family/friends and patients because I know they are safe with M2 Anesthesia.

I will be honest, I was very skeptical about doing a general "In an office setting". I work as a nurse on a cardiac/stroke unit and also ICU so I have strong opinions and prefer code buttons, crash carts, and big teams. Coupled with the fact that we had no medical history on our new foster daughter. However, I trust the Dentists at our office immensly and then I read your brochure and was told I could call and ask questions anytime. The day of the procedure, I was surprisingly at ease and by the end of the procedure, I was "Sold" on your team and the experience overall. This is probably way more than you ever wanted to know but THANK YOU kindly.

I was making post-op calls today and had a grandma tell me that when Dr. Faust brought her granddaughter into recovery it brought tears to her eyes. Grandma said that Dr. Faust was holding her granddaughter like she was his own. and she could see the care and concern he had. This is just one more reason I am so happy to have such a great group of caring physicians that I get to work with. I really can't say enough about the incredible group of individuals who make up M2 Anesthesia. I know that each patient I trust with M2 will be cared about and be given the best care available.

I ve worked close with many of the M2 doctors, and for many years. Thank you for being exceptionally kind, caring, and great with accommodating parents needs and questions. This team of awesome doctors at M2, not only has the expertise, but also compassion of children s mental health being just as important as dental health. Dental confidence has always been important to little ones who have had awful or scary previous appointments. As a team, I have personally seen many kids change how confident they walk into the dental office after having a wonderful GA experience. I am beyond appreciative. Thank you so much, you ALL are amazing!

I am a pediatric dentist who has had the pleasure of working with M2 anesthesia for the last 3 years. All of their doctors are incredibly kind, competent and, most importantly, caring. My staff and I particularly love working with Dr Lane Robinson. From the moment he walks your child back to the procedure room, he is gentle and reassuring. He is so creative and tells each child a special story, Frozen themed for little ladies and space themed for little guys! He is a father of four himself, reflected in his compassion for all the little kids, treating each kid as his own. A mother myself, I would 110% trust Dr Robinson and all the M2 doctors with my children s lives! They are so amazing!!

We love working with all of the doctors at M2 Anesthesia. They are great with the kids, have a lot of experience, and are good at communicating with us and the patients and their families. I would highly recommend them to any dental office looking to include in-office anesthesia as a service to their patients. They have been wonderful and easy to work with.

We are a Pediatric Dental Office and we work with M2 Anesthesia several times a month. They treat our patients with kindness and understand our parents are nervous about their child going under general anesthesia and talk them through it. If you need to have GA in your office I would suggest you call these guys and see for yourself how great they really are.

Having review sites and the opportunity to share our experiences is useful and a powerful way for us to collectively communicate our stories. With that in mind, I would like to share a 5-star review for Dr. Lane Robinson and M2 Anesthesia.
I have worked M2 Anesthesia for several years and have had the privilege to work with Dr. Robinson closely during this time period. I am proud to have him, and their team, serve our patients and their families.
Dr. Robinson has always been kind and gentle with our patients, while also thorough and patient with the parents and family members. He is an excellent anesthesiologist and I would allow him to do anesthesia on my own children.

Refused to work with my dental insurance on a procedure for my daughter. Demanded $900 before they would do the procedure. Blamed past issues with my insurance company (not with me, the insurance company in general). I'm sorry that YOU had a bad experience with my insurance company, but that is not my fault. So don't hold my daughters procedure hostage because you have trust issues.

I am so pleased with the care their anesthesiologist gave my son while getting some extensive dental work done at his dentist. He explained everything to me throughly before and after, and was so thoughtful of my son, making sure I was the first person he saw when he woke up.
I was VERY unsure about it, but now I completely trust their recommendation to not have parents in the room during the anesthesia administration. I walked my son back to his room and the anesthesiologist worked with our dental team to get my son under quickly and safely. My son was very nervous at first, but after recovering (he was a bit grumpy after waking up), he has nothing but GOOD things to say about the anesthesiologist that M2 sent out. Thank you for giving my son a peaceful, trauma-free experience! Give their website a quick read and you will be well-prepared for what to expect. I also spoke to Kim and she was SO helpful with getting our billing figured out. Thank you guys so much!!

This has been the most awful company. My six year ...

This has been the most awful company. My six year old child was traumatized after one of their anesthesiologists forcefully grabbed her head and forced on a mask while two assistants held her hands down with no warning...my daughter hadn t even laid down in the chair yet. My daughter cried and panicked saying "I can't breathe" while two assistants blocked me from being able to hold her hands.

I have accompanied my daughter for every dental procedure as she has anxiety, and there have been no incidents until m2anesthesia became involved in providing the anesthesia. There was no pre-op vitals obtained and when I asked for them to check her oxygen saturation, the anesthesiologist told me to get out of the room. I left the room with the dentist who apologized immediately, and waited in the lobby crying and shaking with shock.

They treated my daughter with no respect for her bodily autonomy. The directors response even proves his opinion of children...that they use a ploy by saying they can t breathe. No, My daughter was terrified because your anesthesiologist slapped a mask over her face unexpectedly, forcibly held her head down, and two of her assistants held her hands down. I m glad I was there to witness and expose the treatment she received because you want to hide how awful you treat children.

I am a registered nurse and have never treated a patient so poorly. My daughter REMEMBERS what was done to her. My dentist was visibly upset by the treatment and apologized profusely. I have had both phone conversations with my dentist where he stated that this is not how we do it around here and he texted me several times afterward too, apologizing repeatedly. I have kept those text conversations and can provide proof to that fact. The dentist actually witnessed what happened. Don t be fooled by the directors response to my post...the dentist was very unhappy with the treatment me and my daughter received under this anesthesiologist. The director was not there and he has fabricated several things that transpired. As I said, he discredits rather than listens.

He has apologized online because he doesn t like my review but when I spoke to him on the phone privately, he was so rude that I was shocked and crying. My husband was in the room and heard every part of our conversation and was extremely upset at the directors belittling response.

My daughter woke up after the procedure was over and was crying about the treatment she received. She has since said she is afraid to go back to the dentist.

When I called the medical director of this company to share my concerns, he blamed my child! He refused to apologize or reimburse us, and told me he "didn't care" if I filed a complaint with the DOH because he has "150 other contracts" across the state. He originally offered to reimburse us but then rescinded his offer, saying that he wasn t going to reimburse us our $300 because it was my daughter s fault.

He made me cry on the phone, tried to discredit my career as an RN, belittled me as a mother, blamed my daughter, and was so rude that I hung up the phone on him. He talked over me and used his position to intimidate. He did not take my concern seriously and tried to explain it away. Be very wary of this company and DO NOT trust your children with them. The directors response only solidified my opinion of this company as being unprofessional, belittling, and providing unethical care to children. This should have been a non traumatic tooth extraction under general anesthesia for my daughter, and now she has been emotionally traumatized.

I do not accept his public apology because it is intended to discredit me, insincere as he still blames my daughter, fabricates the event, and dismisses my concerns that my daughter is still emotionally traumatized.

Any parent out there dares to allow this company to put anesthesia on their child, make sure you accompany your kid back as they might use some ploy of being afraid when they have a mask forcibly slapped on their face and are restrained by the m2anesthesia staff.

First off all I have had the pleasure of working with several of the Doctors with M2 anesthesia for the past 3 years. I can not even find the words to express how amazing each and everyone of their staff have been with our patients. We are very great full for every opportunity that they come done to a rural area to help treat our patient that are too fearful to have treatment done in office. We would have no other anesthesia department come into out office to help. So thank you M2 WE are truly blessed to have you a part of our team!!

I am a pediatric dentist and have had the privilege of working with M2 anesthesia for the last 2 1/2 years. I have used hospital operating rooms as well as other mobile anesthesiologists. I have found M2 doctors to be professional, skilled, and efficient in the delivery of general anesthesia for my less than cooperative patients. Five stars for a wonderful organization with a heart for kids!

Outstanding Anesthesia Team!! I have worked with Dr. Michel from the inception of M2 when he was the sole provider. As he has grown his team one thing has not changed, their primary focus is on PATIENT SAFETY! Coupling that with the team's exceptional efficiency during cases, I have not found a more solid group in the 26+ years I have been practicing in Pediatrics. My highest recommendation!

I would like to recognize Dr. Lane Robinson as an outstanding Anesthesiologist at M2 Anesthesia. As a registered nurse, I have had the opportunity to work alongside him for the last four years. In our practice, parents and children naturally experience varying levels of anxiety prior to the anesthetic experience. It is for this reason that I would highly recommend Dr Robinson as a result of his compassionate and empathetic bedside manner with our patients and their families.

As a seasoned medical professional, he always clearly addresses all family concerns and explains in great detail what is to be expected from his medical care. As a colleague he is always teaching, inspiring, encouraging and respectful. His leadership and professionalism are always dependable during our complex daily challenges.

Do not trust Lane Robinson with your child. He has a malpractice claim from 2015. I am not surprised. MY experience with him was that when I suggested walking my child back to the procedure room he got loud with me. Disrespectfully and loudly saying he wouldn't allow a parent present. I was surprised and explained I was just saying I would like to walk my child back. I had a bad feeling then, and should have taken my child and walked out. I wish I had. I can't describe to you how distressing it was after the procedure. He really had no care or regard for my child's comfort. I found my child face down on a couch shaking badly. Wheezing and bloody no one bothered to even try to wipe the blood. He claimed that "something about the anesthesia messes up the brains thermostat" but the shaking so hard is usually from hypothermia, from getting so cold during the procedure and can be avoided by keeping the child warm and the agitation, moaning, thrashing around and severe distress is apparently usually from pain and can be avoided with the right medications these complications can be avoided they were needless and the result of not having the proper care or recovery. Did you know that propofol is a newer and risky medication and is what killed Micheal Jackson? That general anesthesia can cause temporary to even permanent behavior changes in your child? My child was also laying on top of their own shoe. No one cared one bit about comfort just dumped on this couch it seemed. I really wish I had filmed it. Nothing would have prepared me for what I found when I was reunited with my child after the procedure. It is a lie that every child reacts this way to anesthesia. Great group to work with. Wonderful with the kiddos and very efficient. Our surgical treatment has grown significantly due to the efficient manner of the M2 providers. We are now able to do 10-13 cases a day and get out at a reasonable time. Very grateful to have them as part of our surgical team.
