AIB Bank

Moved to Canada. Have tried to update address and move funds to my current address as my father has passed and house sold. Tried in 2023 with a email and all details. no response. called again today. Bank verified by speaking to my daughter and now they need a "wet signature" and send by mail while we are expierancing a postal strike. Nice work AIB and thanks for nothing again!

Counter staff can be quite rude. Had 2 very unpleasant encounters with 2 different staff members on separate days. The girl Louise behaved horrendously and very unprofessionally. The floor staff are nice & courteous.

WORST BANK EVER!! MAD QARTER FEES AND THE PHONE ASSISTANT IS RUDE HANG UP ON ME AND NOT HELPFULL. ANY OTHER BANK BUT NOT AIB!

Only giving one star as I couldn't give zero. Went in when there was no queue and told I needed to make an appointment and nothing available for the next 3 days. Rang Shannon branch and I was told I only needed a form and not an appointment, when I went back in the queue was so long that I was told I probably wouldn't make it by the time the branch closes with 45mins to go. I'd recommend avoiding this branch. Disappointing level of service and I'll go to Shannon tomorrow

One member of staff is consistently and unnecessarily patronising and rude when asked to do tasks that are usually no problem with other staff.
