An old hotel that doesn't deserve the name of the Sheraton!

It's a very cool place, and it makes you feel the modernity of the site and the past in one miss

It was a nice sweet experience, the hotel is very nice in all way ,Breakfast good view nice Jim, swimming pool with jacuzzi 24/7 very near by market and Beach. Specially the staff member all was very friendly and helpful I went with group of more then 30 people's 1 week, we were in different floors but al had same experience in my team 3 members birthday was thr so the sprice them by given cake, when we went to shopping they give us free trevel bus, my whole team have trevel many big countries and get a accommodation in different hotels but this Four Season Sheraton was the one of best, thank you from my whole team

I had a traning course at this hotel it was very luxuries whatever u need is available the stuff are accommodating . I recommend a stay there

Good weeding experience, but the sad new is my wife left here house after one year :(

Staff was very polite and helpful and the interior and finishing is extremely lavish. The rooms were ok and the beds we're average. The downside of the room is that it is extremely old fashioned. For example there is no USB charger anywhere and for some strange reason, they insist on having a VCR player and cassette stereo (pictures attached)...in 2019!!! I can't for the life of me understand why that is. Breakfast was very standard, nothing special and ordered a burger via room service which was also very average. All in all, nothing special about this hotel and will probably explore other options next time.

I stayed here for over a week as I looked for an apartment. Although I do not like staying in hotel's for more than a few days, this was a wonderful place. The building is kept in great shape and you never question the craftsmanship or quality of anything. The bathroom is beautiful, the room is quiet and comfy, and they actually put resources into the things that matter (your bed, what they provide in the room, etc). The staff is top notch as well. My only complaint is dinner not starting until 7:30. Too late for me.

Luxury hotel with good service you expect..and little expensive but you get the premium feel for it..

Excellent place. Clean rooms, wonderful staff always polite, helpful and attentive. Good choice for breakfast and lovely health club.

The open buffet was excellent and included all kinds of food, including meat, fish, sushi and chicken shawarma. We were a group of colleagues and everyone witnessed a high standard.

I stayed here two nights and was treated very well. The rooms are nice with plenty of amenities including a printer. The complimentary breakfast has plenty of variety from quite a few nationalities. Dinner at La Mama is also nice, but beware that the pizzas are large enough to share and the room's minibar doesn't leave space to take back leftovers.

The restaurant is nice, neat and clean, and the food is delicious, but it is expensive

One of the oldest, most beautiful and oldest hotels in Kuwait, and it has several restaurants and the most beautiful of them is the Lebanese restaurant (Tarbush)

Had a lecture there. The place was fine and the staff were nice. The guest wifi system is ridiculous. It asks the guest for a room number and a family name!

Luxury hotel worth 5 stars Lan has a branch of Starbucks Cafe. The breakfast buffet is open as well as the new moquette and the room is clean and up to the sunshine !!

Excellent service, a mouthwatering restaurants and breakfast, the rooms are luxurious and has all the appliances needed and more, there is even a Starbucks in the lobby, nevertheless it is business oriented hotel, highly recommended

Nice though its entrance is a difficult grill, but quiet and the service is outstanding
