Staff was very polite and helpful and the interior and finishing is extremely lavish. The rooms were ok and the beds we're average. The downside of the room is that it is extremely old fashioned. For example there is no USB charger anywhere and for some strange reason, they insist on having a VCR player and cassette stereo (pictures attached)...in 2019!!! I can't for the life of me understand why that is. Breakfast was very standard, nothing special and ordered a burger via room service which was also very average. All in all, nothing special about this hotel and will probably explore other options next time.
