I stayed at this hotel on my trip to Bangladesh when I was 16. The service was good, the food was impeccable and the suites were comfortable. The hotel has a Middle Eastern glam ambience.

We had a pleasant stay me and my cousin for a one night staff are very friendly and helpful rooms where clean and well maintained. The staff also surprised my cousin for his birthday which they brought him a chocolate cake and sparkling grape juice which was very tasty. Thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Marble and crystal chandeliers everywhere. Wonderful staff that treats you like royalty, reception area they give you hot towels and fresh juice served in crystal glasses while you are waiting g to be checked in. Restaurants in hotel are great and cant beat the prices for the amount of food. I cant wait to visit again!

Lovely hotel, but over staffed to the point of being silly. This means staff interrupted multiple times in the evening with offers of room service and the dining experience often involved a ratio of four staff to one diner.

Very clean .. The restaurants have delicious food .. There are 4 Lebanese, Iranian and Indian restaurants and the lobby open restaurant is a very delicious buffet .. In front of the hotel is the cultural center that houses the opera house and the dancing fountain and a group of restaurants overlooking the fountain

This is the best hotel in Kuwait. You must try the Ricardo Restaurant which is a fine Italian restaurant that opened back on 1979
