The hotel itself is nice. I only had meetings here but the employee services are good. My main complaint is lack of parking. I got a valet parking once and the guy was going fast and didn't slow down for speed bumps which was terrible.

Enjoyed the dinner . Every dish served was excellent and the team serving was very nice. I forgot to add that we were in Bukhara and it was our 28th Wedding Anniversary.. you guys made it special by serving us well...

It's a pity that the reception staff in the lobby seems to have deceived foreign travelers. There are rooms in new buildings ~ indeed it is full!
Return to the airport ~ indeed said that there is no car, but also persuaded to take a taxi, otherwise it is too late (conjecture they can earn some extra money)!
In short, it is unbelievable that the Five Star Hotel is so unreliable!

The room is nice and explained, but expensive
I was in a hurry and booked through the bookings for one person, and they deducted an amount from the visa on the day the reservations changed, and my sister came with me, they paid me an additional value for the room for two people, not for one
It is fine that I have extra money, and I was not exhausted
And they sent me an email that they had a reception service at the airport, a car that delivered to the hotel and requested it, and someone came from their side
I had to take cream
Another thing is the same as the one who lives in the hotel
Please do not disturb you and do not see their workers as normal, supporting you in the room and entering
Two days after some income we got a housekeeping agent
Once, we are sleeping and the second time, while we are sitting watching TV
Of course, I went to the hotel manager and filed a complaint and mocked him, because the worker is new and does not know the laws
The day I arrived in Saudi Arabia, the second day it knocked on me, the hotel manager apologized that the mistake came from them because the concierge employee placed my name and the time of the flight on the airport drop off list
Of course, the apology does not help
I gave them the evaluation they deserve, and I reached my acquaintance and my family that no one lives with them because his service is bad and their treatment is bad.

I can never forget my stay here. I called reception to schedule two wake up calls for me as I didn t want to be late for my meetings. So in the morning they called as scheduled, but they probably noticed I was still half asleep so the staff asked if I would like some coffee to help me up. Next came a knock and there was my cappuccino. I really appreciated that. You guys made my morning. Seems like a small thing but the message etched through- Hospitality at its best!
All in all, had a great two night stay here, best hotel staff in the world, great breakfast (restaurant staff were pretty awesome too)... unforgettable experience!

Beautiful and comfortable. Starbucks on the ground floor too. Breakfast is also rich in menu and delicious. I wish I had alcohol.

One of the best hotels in Kuwait. All inclusive service. Professional staff and everything. With pool, jacuzzi, Turkish hamam, gym, all this activity 24 hours. Conference halls, Starbucks, Pizzeria. Highly recommended for personal and business occasions.

Wonderful hotel and calm is still a feature of this hotel on the 7th floor. Restaurants .. Lebanese Tarbush restaurant and Indian Bukhara restaurant and there is an Iranian restaurant that does not bring me his name and all of them offer food at the hotel level ... The hotel always doubles on the glass exit door, where by chance someone exits, and I try to enter thinking that it is an entry and exit door, but I fall in embarrassment when someone summons me standing at the entrance with the electronic gate that is usually at the airport and tells me to cross here ... It must be clarified because I am ashamed From the looks of some, as if I wanted to bypass the security point by entering me from the exit door ... A check must be placed on the exit gate, it is only for the exit to be clear and thank you.

Service is always excellent, but the place needs a refit.

Quite poor, no hot water in the bathroom and the water was not clean.
Took more than one to one and half hours to resolve the issue.

Absolutely heavenly. I was treated like a king from the minute I was picked up till my check out. Hotel room was just amazing and I had Bulgari bath soaps
