The hotel is a bit old but well kept. Not suitable for family time off with the kids at all.

Hotel is clean and close to everything and there is an Italian restaurant delicious and clean and the atmosphere and the coolest calm prices high suitable for special occasion

Great hotel with great staff, has a Starbucks in it's lobby.
While there is valet for the parking yet it needs more space or improvement

Sheraton Kuwait Hotel, which contains old room brushes, has not been renewed for years, all that is old is the hotel, including the staff

A good place for young people to gather, the atmosphere of the Ramadan tent was a bit fun ... the food was normal ... and the music was a little annoying

Very classy hotel although the building is old. Luxurious Bathroom & Breakfast on bed is included in the rate!

Great swimming pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking view, however the restaurant is not that great. Location is OK although far from main towers, there is a new Park with water fountain music show 5mins walk with loads of restaurants which is worth visiting.

I remember that we had an issue with the air-condition inside the first room and even the second room they gave us after complaining the same issue with the air-condition as it wasn't cool enough

Restaurant Bukhara: servers and waiters were well mannered. Can't say the same about the senior staff on the floor. Very poor hospitality and communication skills. The food is passable. Sadly nothing worth praising.

Normal food. You can find same food at other restaurants which have same level of quality with lawer price.

Although from outside it doesn t look fancy but it s very nice from inside

The hotel was excellent but the Riccardo restaurant was reluctant to allow my wife and I to eat A La Carte at the restaurant, saying that they only had a set menu for KD 55 per person. That is highway robbery, greed and exploitation at its finest!

Perfectly great old fashioned full service hotel. Really historical and amazing glimpse of the past. The rooms are comforting and I love their breakfast buffet. I am forever an SPG guy but tend to stay next door at the 4-Point (part of the same complex really) because of the Starbucks in the lobby.

The hotel is old ((but)) still excellent and upscale

Its an old beauty yet well maintained. No mouldy,smell usually associated with old properties. Food is excellent and rooms very cosy and spacious for a comfortable stay.all the necessary amenities available in the room and bathroom to make it truly a luxurious experience.
