Luxury accommodation with upscale facilities and good service

Nice cozy room with complimentary breakfast in morning . Wifi speed was good and gym also.

I have been to quite a few great hotels - but the hospitality at the Sheraton in Kuwait is truly exceptional! Even if I was just a businss traveller I felt like I was a princess by the way I was treated by every single employee at the hotel. If you are up for a massage treatment at its best - ask for Cheenelyn.

Nice place for conferences, but their breakfast isn't the best at all compared to other 5 Star hotels

Warm and cosy.. you can order from all 3 restaurants at once ... the only reason im giving it 4 stars is because i dont like live preformance.. i prefer the silent mode but again thats personal

We had a fantastic service and all of our requests were met immediately. There are plenty of staff, and they are everywhere where people may need help. They are very modest and attentive at meals. If my glass is empty, it will be refilled immediately. When I have eaten the food, they will take my empty plate, replace the cutlery immediately, and bring myself another meal. The hotel has 2 buildings, of course connected. They have a total of 9 extremely fast lifts. I lived on the 24 floors, there about. The lift took me up in 12s. So luxury in every way! :)

Still, I think they have the best Indian and Persian restaurant in Kuwait

Very good as per reputation. I was here for a conference. There are few problems. One of them is in conference room lot of noise because of some drilling work. I complained about it. Staff was very helpful and offered to change the room. Second is utensils. Few of the utensils were not clean. I was very upset with it. They apologized for it and changed it. I am Hoping that this will improve.

Great hotel and food. I stay here every time I'm in Kuwait. Location when driving can be a little tricky.

Lovely hotel. The pool has an amazing view of the city and the staff are very kind and hospitable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby for all your coffee needs. It is possible to book rates that include the breakfast buffet (highly recommend) and airport transfers. For the price it is quite worth it!

The food cant go wrong Homas, Tapoola ShishTawooq and Tapoola delicious dishes.

old but good, the Hamra restsunt lunch buffet is really expensive with little variaty, don't recomend

The hotel's public spaces were very beautiful. If you travel to this hotel in the fall, you can see all the beauty of the autumn and you can see the courtyard of the hotel. I think the hotel is located at the level of a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was very typical, with some of the hotel's decorations and old furniture. Parking lots were also very limited.

Excellent service . Location is the best . Shall visit it next time in Kuwait
