We had a fantastic service and all of our requests were met immediately. There are plenty of staff, and they are everywhere where people may need help. They are very modest and attentive at meals. If my glass is empty, it will be refilled immediately. When I have eaten the food, they will take my empty plate, replace the cutlery immediately, and bring myself another meal. The hotel has 2 buildings, of course connected. They have a total of 9 extremely fast lifts. I lived on the 24 floors, there about. The lift took me up in 12s. So luxury in every way! :)
