Sheraton, Hong Kong Hotel and Towers Review

Great hotel in a great location, giving you a great base for a great stay in Hong Kong. Here you live well in first class rooms with a view, it is neat and clean, unfortunately the rooms are somewhat small. The staff are helpful and pleasant, they make you feel comfortable at this great hotel.

The Oyster bar on the 18th floor can oversee the unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour! It's also a romantic place for fine dining!

A little bit like a goblin market. Platinum member La Hacheckin helped me, but at the check-in I was the first to hit the batter for a long time. It really seemed to wait more than 5 minutes to show ID. I went to check out at 2 o'clock and I went there after 3 o'clock, but I am still waiting. Some system is messed up. The hotel is too old. SPG only or hotel that will never use

Great room condition and service. View from the bar and swimming pool on the top floor is very nice. But relatively a bit expensive.

Concierge helped with cantonese opera, getting a better room at a higher floor.

Nice rooms and good selection of international food. I had a salad with burratina and i was surprised by how authentic andvfresh was the mozzarella.

Lovely view of the plaza below and the bay. Super convenient for tourists since it is right at the center of town, the metro stations and bus stands as well as the ferry are all close by, so it is ideal for people to stay while they travel around Hong Kong city. Great food and rooms too.

Stayed in a tower room with harbour view and could not fault the view. Rooms not huge but very comfortable. Slightly strange shower arrangement in bathroom but it was usable. Tower rooms reception provides good, personalised service. While view from top floor restaurant is great, I did prefer the buffet breakfast in The Cafe on the second floor.

The hotel's epidemic prevention is not wrong. To send people out for quarantine after foreign countries arrive in Hong Kong, basically, employees must drive the elevator to get there. Outside the door, although the government ban has not been implemented, the hotel has already banned meeting first. Worthy of praise.

Friendly stay decent rooms, great location and a decent roof top. As a functional hotel this is good - wifi, business center and gym are solid. Close to the bay and a great view on days with good weather.

The location is awesomw and the hotel equipments are fine. The only problem is no lift access management is installed which make the traveller feel unsafe somehow

Best choice for self-service afternoon tea in Kowloon

Hotel is beginning to show it s age. The staff are superb and generally do their best to accomodate.

The rooms are clean and well maintained with the wonderful beds that Sheraton are known for. On the downside, the corridors are noisy, be prepared to be woken up frequently by noisy guests at all hours of the night.

I take most of my meals at the 2nd floor cafe. They do an excellent breakfast with a large variety of dishes. Dinner, on the other hand is hit and miss. The burgers and sandwiches are excellent, the buffet is pricey and average. Book ahead, they often do not have enough room for the hotel guests. DO NOT try the fish and chips, worst I have had in years.

If you're looking for clean and modern accommodation at one of the best locations in HK, this is your hotel. The location is what makes this hotel so attractive. Within a 5 minute walk you have all the conveniences; subway station, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the Kowloon Public Pier for a skyline view of HK island. Actually, you don't have to leave the hotel to see the skyline. The pool and gym on the top floor will offer you that view. The pool area was large but the gym felt a little cramped.

The lobby area is modern and elegant. However, I found our room quite the opposite. It lacked a personality. Our room was on the average size for Asia hotels of this brand. They're functional offering a large flat screen TV, storage and refrigerator. The room isn't that insulated from hallway noise. We heard it loud and clear. On the plus side, we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. There's a building being constructed behind the hotel. Our room was facing the construction. Surprisingly, the noise wasn't that bad but someone else might have a different opinion. There wasn't any construction at night.

Staff we had interactions with were pleasant. Housekeeping did a wonderful job caring for our room.

An old underground railway station has been converted to this beautiful hotel. Service etc is as per expected Sheraton standards.

Good location and good harbor view. Also a shopping mall and a Japanese Department store are available at the lower floors.

Horrific Service staff, the duty manager at night Tony has zero interpersonal skills and was literally sreaming at us for watching TV in our room. Our privacy was invaded as well as he stood outside our room for 20 mins listening to the happening of the inside. This is disgraceful

One of the best in Hong Kong . Very well located in Kowloon, nearby the tube and the harbour. I suggest you to visit the bar and restaurant at the top floor. In the night you will see the best skyline view you can find in town. Stay is usually not cheap and skyrockets during the exhibitions. Lobby bar located at the ground floor very good place where you can have business meetings and eat something quick and tasty.

Old-fashioned hotel, the lobby was weak after the hotel was set up on the lower floors.

I didn't have WiFi access , one mobile device was in the room to be used as hotspot that was not working most of the time.
Upon chech in at reception I didn't get any advice regarding available WiFi at lobby, place where breakfast will be served and the timing .
There was very long queue for breakfast! Breakfast with very limited variety and very unhealthy .
The room was really cold.
Overall, I had very bad experience in my first trip to hong kong and staying in Sheraton!

WiFi was very fast all day. As hotel of destination is place of UP of photograph and PC work, if WiFi is useless, we do not revisit.

It was very nice hotel. I stayed there 2 night staff at the breakfast and the lobby bar very friendly and room very clean if I have the opportunity I Will come back again. If you like to come to get the good weather this time is not good please try to come on Fabruary or March

Basically rent and sea view fees.
The biggest and best view of the outfield during the afternoon tea session was wrapped up by the strong people, and they could only sit and bury.
2 people eat 1 tea set and then add more tea, credit card discount after $300 downstairs.

Nice hotel in a Good location and you will have a good view of the island of stay in high floor

The rooms are large, clean and luxurious. The view is also good. Breakfast is in addition to the buffet, the main is order-style. I ate a lot of buffet fruit. You can choose from the main items such as pan cane, egg benedict and Japanese food. I choose pancake. It was very delicious. It is hotel which we want to stay at from station and near and good access again.

Great location, this is the big plus. Do not expect a wow experience when you get to your room. Service is ok , not the friendliest.Also if you are a member of SPG/Marriott club they do not really care. So overall a average rating for this hotel.

The hotel's Tianbao Pavilion has a good snack, especially the BB pigeons, shrimp dumplings and carrot cakes. The price is reasonable.

The price is acceptable after a 20% discount. Generally not count as wild food, include a cup of tea

Bread Crab: When you enter the venue at 18:30, you will see one on the left. Then at about 19:40, you will refill once to the left and two on the left. There will be a refill at around 20:30, and you will see one at about 21:00 before leaving. only
Because they are isolated in a freezer, it is estimated that no more than 10 bread crabs should be served throughout the night (window seat d friends should have never seen it before)
If someone comes for the Left Bread Crab, it really takes a minute

I was very pleased with the suite and the Harbor View.

Good hotel on great location. Rooms very comfortable; staff friendly and efficient. Looks very tired from the outside, but updated on inside!

This hotel really needs to have some money spent on it, in the way of a renovation. The decor and fittings of the rooms would be at least a decade old. Wouldn't stay there again.

Went for lunch in the Celestial Chinese restaurant and found same good standard in both food and service. Recommended for business lunch as well.

Decent sized rooms for HK standards. The harbour view is slowly being partially obstructed by new buildings under construction.
5 star standards for the rooms but food isn't as good.

First of all, the tip of Zim Sha Tsui and the good location next to the Peninsula Hotel. It was convenient for shopping and sightseeing, and I took the room to the harbor side in front of the harbor light show at night, so I could see the show from the room. Facilities and services are unique to Sheraton. It is recommended.

Prime location, decent price, a perfect compromise for shopping

Went to celestial court for dim sum.it was delicious, though arguably the most expensive dim sum I've ever indulged in. The lobster with truffle is highly recommended!

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff at Sheraton Tower.

Great location and amenities. Has a free phone with 3g to bring on your excursions. Great if you are foreign to hong Kong.

Didn't stay at the Sheraton, simply was in the area and shopped at the shopping area in the basement. But the hotel lobby was clean and the doormen were nice.

Pretty good. Rooms spacious, bathroom quite basic though. Real fast good. But not fabulous. Service was excellent throughout

One of the hotels with the best view of Hong Kong harbor. Sky bar is worth a visit so is their Japanese restaurant
