The stay was okay.

The seafood is delicious, especially the Hanasaki crab. It s really delicious to try.

Good environment and service. Good portion in breakfast with options of Europeon, Chinese and Japanese styles.

I had high expectations for this Sheraton hotel given its location. The hotel is quite dated but service is good.

The rooms are descent sized for Hong Kong. The decors are dated especially the bathrooms with see-through glass sinks. Although everything functions just fine.

The location is definitely hard to beat. Located across the bay from HK skyline, I love staring at that. The hotel is walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shopping. Close to water and public transportation.

I was always satisfied, the ambience in the hotel was very good, the rooms were pleasant, especially because of the proximity to Nathan Road and the other amenities. Price performance is also ok. What more do you want

Room was good, had a nice view. Though thw design of the room makes many amenities "hidden". Also, for the price, no open lounge or breakfast was included.

Convenient transportation, elegant environment, good taste and exquisiteness

Great experience, after a long flight I arrived late in the evening as was tired. Was greeted by the friendly staff in the towers reception who organised drink for me. Room was as expected and the view of the harbour was amazing. Highly recommended

Amazing staff and facility. We really appreciated everyone who worked there, from the door men - to the breakfast buffet staff, the concierge (Kenny) and the cigar room staff - everyone was so nice and hospitable it really made our trip! The facilities were excellent too, the spa and gym were great and all the food we had here was delicious. Highly recommend

I have not even stayed there yet but am frustrated. Arriving late tonight and called the hotel to book a hotel car. They hold on for about five minutes while they check that the car was available and then the phone was disconnected (hung up??).

I have been trying to call back at least seven times over the last one hour and no one even picks up the phone.

How can you run a 5-star hotel and not even answer the phone!!??? Horrible.
Might cancel my reservation through global reservations and let them know that just Sheraton doesn't pick up their phones...

Beyond frustrated wasting my time

The environment is comfortable and the service is attentive, but the dishes are not pleasantly surprised.

Room itself not so great, the bar had some awesome wines and am amazing cute over the harbour which made it even more special.
Staff always very polite and helpful.

The hotels in Hong Kong despite their prices are often narrow and the decor is outdated, which is also the charm of Hong Kong. The view of Hong Kong Island is beautiful.

The bar on the top floor has amazing views of Hong Kong Island. The rooms are terrific with sleek bedrooms

There is enough food but too many people flow so that there is a sense of urgency in the food

The food and environment are good. Since the acquisition by Marriott Hotel Group, the food and service have improved a lot. It is a good place to gather with friends, which is enough to save face.

This is the Sheraton store in central Tsim Sha Tsui. The design and planning are good. The reception lobby is wide enough to give people a very comfortable feeling. The enthusiastic service of the staff makes them feel at home.

But without losing.
Because of afternoon tea, most of the cold dishes are not served. Cake is exquisite but there are not many styles. There are two kinds of cakes that come and go, such as tart, moose, and ice cream Haagen Dazs. A small amount of hot food is good.

Good place, metro station next door, has no smoking inside.
