I didn't have WiFi access , one mobile device was ...

I didn't have WiFi access , one mobile device was in the room to be used as hotspot that was not working most of the time.
Upon chech in at reception I didn't get any advice regarding available WiFi at lobby, place where breakfast will be served and the timing .
There was very long queue for breakfast! Breakfast with very limited variety and very unhealthy .
The room was really cold.
Overall, I had very bad experience in my first trip to hong kong and staying in Sheraton!
