Sheraton, Hong Kong Hotel and Towers Review

I've been here three times and will come back again. This is my favorite cigar bar in the world! The rooms are great and everyone bends over backwards to help. My favorite SPG property.

Small rooms, but great Location. Very friendly service in lounge

Although it s an old hotel without a really nice lounge compare to many Sheraton properties. But the harbor view room is one of those that offer really nice night view of HK. Don t miss out it s sky lounge

The location is excellent, the service is good, there are Chinese, Western, Japanese restaurants, and the standard is good.

We were expecting Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers to be an old and outdated hotel; but to our surprise, despite the old structure limitation and layout, the property has been well kept and maintained.

Yes it is old, but in an good way, like an aging good old wine. It kept the vibe of classic good old Hong Kong in the hotel. The employees, the fixtures and fittings, even the food been served have this warm feeling.

I do appreciate the paintings, the statues and artwork around the hotel, even in the bathroom. It creates a link and resonance with the art museum across the street.

We had a great stay thanks to Heidi, the loyalty manager. Will definitely come back again anytime soon.

It's a hotel packed with wisdom and humble on its way.

The environment is elegant and not complicated, the food is fresh enough

It is 5 star but it is about 4 star level.
But it is good to travel because it is good location.

Right in the mix of the best shopping and restaurant district in Hong Kong. And conveniently located on Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

Beautiful view, and also place. It is not so far from stations, and the downtown. At nights - very save, and when weather is cool - can seat nerby and watch the city. Food amazing, room bedt in class. I hope to be back someday here.

Good hotel to stay for a couple of days! Well located. The subway is just around the corner. There are a lot of shoppings mall in the area.

It's good, nothing to complain about. The rooms are nice, and simple. There's a breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs that's ok, if a bit pricy. The location is great.

The hotel buffet breakfast is here. There are many types of food, and there are instant juices. The environment is comfortable and the seats are wide.

Location is good, but feels oldness on the whole including room.

There is an EGG station at the back, and you can order omelets and so on. Bread types are more extensive than other hotels

Excellent view and location. Hong Kong at night - absolutely majestic! I like Chinese restaurant Celestian in this hotel. Very friendly stuff.

A week away for a landmark birthday. Perfectly central with amazing views. So sad to hear of the recent problems but the hotel is amazing.

Nice fine hotel in Hong Kong. I liked the fact they had two clubs, one dedicated to the club lelevl rooms only.
Stayed at the hotel for a conference at the organization was spotless. I go to many conferences each year and definitely this place is one of the top ones.
To restaurant at the top floor is pretty good with a very nice view of the city.
Also, there are many shops just a minute from the hotel. Great place.

It's a nice hotel with fabulous million dollar harbour view. Rooms may be small but updated and very cozy. I was a bit disappointed at the slowness and long queue at both check in and out. Waited almost 30 min before i was attended to, was the only gripe i had which deducted one star for them. Fortunately things went uphill from then. To cut waiting time at check out during peak hours, signing up for speedy check out process is highly recommended.

Good location once. If you take a night bus from the airport, you are right in front of the hotel, the subway is nearby and ferry ride is good. The ferry terminal in Macau is also a taxi ride soon. Breakfast is Sheraton, and view is better than I thought. Club Floor Lounge Champagne Wine Beer Use OK. Kindly let the club lounge staff know when to check out and take a taxi ride

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Sizeable for Hong Kong - I had the Superior King room and was able to fit an extra bed just fine. The only thing is there's a construction going on right now that is quite noisy, but that should be temporary.

Great location and staff. Rooms were sparsely decorated compared to other Sheraton. Great views if you get Harbour front. Breakfast was free for SPG platinum and was ample.

Service is good, spent 3 days here. Feel comfortable though. Also only a walking distance if you're going to the malls, shops or restaurants near this hotel.

Found a used condom in the rubbish bin and another one on the Bible in the draw when checked in. Apparently the room service team did do their job properly. After talking to the manager on duty, upgrade a bigger room for me, however, still doesn t change the strong gross impression of this Marriott group hotel.

Very nice check in with a lovely lobby, comfy beds with a very effective black out blinds. Annoyingly we arrived at the same time as the pool and sun deck was closed for maintenance. Also lots of construction work going on outside our room on the building next door

The location is very good. Next to Victoria Harbour, you can enjoy the night view of Hong Kong Island in the evening. The hotel is opposite the Peninsula Hotel. You can have afternoon tea at the Peninsula Hotel or have dinner at his Chinese restaurant. It is a good choice. , is the Michelin restaurant, don't miss it. This Sheraton is a very old hotel. The facilities are old-fashioned. If you appreciate it in a modern style, you will feel that he is very bad. If you want to relive the new style 20 years ago, then you will Will understand, understand and appreciate his beauty. The Japanese restaurant is delicious, but the price is not cheap!

Convenient location and excellent staff. From the doorman to the room attendants. Every was friendly. Smooth check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the double head shower

Hotel is attached to a Japanese department store/shopping mall SOGO.

Has a great Chinese restaurant which serves excellent dim-sum for lunch. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. (Try the charcoal BBQ pork bun)

All in all: whoever runs the place should thank it's staff for a job well done

Older, a little dull property on the Kowloon side connected to Sogo department store.
Not much of a view - usually look into the building next door or a construction site. Had a rooftop pool.

Great breakfast buffet for Sheraton guests! Omelettes made to order(try the chilli) fresh waffles and ice cream.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Staff is wonderful. I have been coming to HK for over a decade and I only stay here. Ok except once, but still prefer the Sheraton. It's just comfortable for me.
