Hospitality, Courtesy, Professionalism, Personal Efficient and Gentile, Environment Pleasant and Clean, Excellent cuisine, very well stocked Bar and Cocktail Good. Perfect for those who like to relax in serenity in a luxurious environment.

Grande Hotel. Easily accessible from the Airport and the City.

Too far from any of the sites of Rome. Amenities like room service was far too expensive.

Last night fire alarm one hour out in the open. This morning for checkout over 20 '. I did 9 holes of golf and there is not even a discount on green fees. Bad service. 2nd for checkout is outrageous!

A place with complete facilities, spacious rooms, clean, spacious waiting room, faster wifi in the waiting room.

Sheraton !! ??? Horrible experience I would not recommend to anyone! We were supposed to stay at 2 and instead they moved us to 3 because everything was full. ... we took a superior with a payment upfront but it was worth it! To start the air, it made a lot of noise and didn't heat up, the bathroom drain made a noise! , bath leaked ... but the most absurd thing was the dirty room !! Very dirty so much so that my shoes ended up under the bed and when I pulled them out they were full of dust ... honestly it looked like one of those scrapped motel rooms! ! .... ah I forgot we entered the room that there was not even a towel and when we asked them at the reception told us they were paying !! Hahaha but do we realize that? We ran away! !! Because the room was unlivable !! We had to leave at 3.30 at night with all the tiredness and sleep we had to travel home x .. ah last thing when we left the receptionist didn't care at all about why we were going to Quell now but she only worried about asking if we had already paid for everything !!! And he didn't give us a receipt and he made us sign the check out !! ... and this would be the wonderful sheraton ??? never again utterly disappointed before and last time

Good hotel, decent service. There is a shuttle to the city and the airport. There is a golf club.

Quiet and "silent" location, immersed in the greenery of the olive groves and the golf course ... I was there for a conference, so I didn't try the rooms. For the rest, good service at breakfast, great lunch, some flaws in the internal directions (it seems to be in a maze!), Toilets not up to par.

Nice rooms, attentive and helpful service. Due to its distance from the city your itinerary needs careful planning. The hotel runs a shuttle bus which isn't well advertised. The only tarnish on the whole trip was checking out. Myself and and two other guests were forced two wait 20 minutes while a large group checked in at 10:30am. As a result I missed the last shuttle for 4 hours and paid for a taxi. It wouldn't have hurt to let those travelling onward get on with their plans, the guests checking in weren't going anywhere.

5 stars for hospitality, 5 stars for the room, 5 stars for breakfast, 5 stars also for the cordiality but above all 5 stars for the gigantic structure. Really beautiful

The location is near the airport, the environment is quiet, the facilities are ok, and the dining is delicious.

Beautiful rooms, breakfast not exceptional service and reception a bit 'confusing and check in and check out a bit' too long. Overall I found myself quite well, especially for the quality of sleep.

Hotel itself is ok. Good thing is they have shuttle bus going to the downtown on the other hand,they don't really follow time schedule + - 30 minutes.

Room wifi asks for money, the lobby has free wifi, breakfast is very ordinary, the room is OK, the bathroom shower room is not well designed, the water will flow out, remember that the shower head should turn to the wall.

The worst experience in a Sheraton; They don t treat you as a guest/customer if you are part of a group...
ZERO costumer service. The staff should be trained in hospitality.
The deluxe twin room is very small. Beds are single bed and you have to pay for wifi if you want to use it in your room.
They just have 1 iron for all the rooms.. and when we call to request it, one day they said that it was just for crew people.
I stayed in the same area in the Holiday Inn eu parco medici and the rooms are big and spacious and there is free wifi in the room, much better than Sheraton...
They have 3 buildings, the best located is building 1.

Super average.. best part was the gym. Waitstaff in the restaurant in the morning were so rude. An okay place for one night if you re catching an early morning flight

The breakfast buffet is excellent. Good quality food in general and courtesy and availability in the dining room, less at the bar, where I found less attention and slow service. I pointed out a grease stain found at my bar table: they gave me paper napkins to clean it myself. Not all the small comforts in the rooms (no tooth cleaning kit, no slippers, no bathrobe). In general, beautiful environment, welcoming and clean.

A great place to stay, but far from the metro and public transport (although at the reception you can order a taxi to the center (35 ) or a bus to the metro (3 ) or to the center (5 ) at both ends - goes on schedule

Nestled in a golf course, there is nothing else to add

A seguito dei controlli effettuati subito dopo la sua partenza lo scorso 23 giugno u.s., veniva constatata la mancanza della sveglia in dotazione nella camera da lei occupata.

Non avendo riscontrato nessuna segnalazione precedente, il Ricevimento come da nostre procedure ha effettuato l addebito sulla sua carta di credito, emettendo regolare ricevuta della quale le inviamo una copia in formato pdf.

Insomma mi stanno calunniando.
Ho contestato subito l'addebito e non posso far altro che coinvolgere il mio avvocato per tutelarmi anche nei confronti della mia azienda.

Beautiful facility, equipped and friendly staff. Too bad the request for 50 euros bail, the 11 euros to use the wifi in the room and that is too out of hand and legs ... I would not go back to my own.

Excellent structure. Only downside is the distance to get to the city center.

Really good rooms and service. Good breakfast both Italian and continental. Perfect for business. Only serious drawback: bad sound insulation on the rooms.

Modern and clean rooms. Pool was not open. Looked nice. Restaurants not good and not good value. There is a shuttle bus that runs on a schedule to the city centre. Bus is good value 3 to 8 euro depending on destination. Shuttle is on a limited frequency. It's about 35 euro to the city from here in a taxi. WiFi in the rooms are poor. Gold members are limited to two connections which is generally not expected at this level. Staff is very nice. Not tea or coffee in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee if call to house services. We called... It did not arrive. Will probably stay here only on layover or business. Not for vacation.

There are actually three separate Sheraton Hotels in the complex along with a golf course and meeting facilities. The downside is that there's almost nothing nearby. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to the metro and also to central Rome for a small charge

Great hotel, however far from the tourist center of Rome, I spent from 30 to 50 in each taxi.

The much acclaimed fame of the Sheraton revised in a decadent way. Pay-schedule WiFi and mediocre quality rooms, even the service is friendliness leave something to be desired.

This is a huge hotel composed of three different buildings; the place is far from everything, and even the Fiera where my conference was takes 10 minutes by bus or taxi. To town is at least 45m so be ready for hefty taxi bills (and awful traffic). It is totally unclear in which of the buildings you book until you get there, at least I could not find anything when booking. I stayed in building 1 which is however not the main one, and it is not very welcoming. The main and nicer building is nr 2, where the restaurant, bar and lobby are a little bit more convivial and pleasant. I have not been in building nr 3. So in building 1 we were upgraded to a suite after complaining that the executive room I had booked is not what we got. That was nice, had a view on the golf (beautiful, havent seen a single golfer...). Breakfast was good, but the large ugly room, unpleasant lighting, annoying music, and big buses with tourists make this experience definitely not one worthy of Sheraton. Staff was also mostly arrogant and unkind, with a few exceptions. Will not be back unless I have a reason to not get a hotel in town.

The room was fine... The shuttle from the city center in Rome to the hotel was confusing. If you use the address on the paper it sends you to the wrong place. If you call and ask the front desk they will say "directly in front of hotel 47" but when you get to hotel 47 you learn it's actually across the busy street from hotel 47 and it'll probably be late. Also the papers in the room say breakfast starts at 6AM but they don't open until 6:30am and if you ask to grab something quickly before that (because you need to leave by 6:30), like a croissant or muffin or something, they will say no... So inconvenient!

When we speak of Sheraton quality. Clean, professional staff and great facilities. Not least the breakfast, rich and abundant

Junk Hotel I want to use a Wi-Fi even for 7 euros a night. I live in a 30-ohm hotel with free Wi-Fi.

Not very convenient. Needs to take hotel transport to nearest train station. But staff are friendly. However, the walls in the rooms are thin. So please keep your noise down.

Good standard hotel with plenty of space and very friendly staff. Large rooms with all services. The only drawback, practically reachable only by taxi. I stayed in building 1.

It's well located only 10 minutes from the Fiumicino airport. Service is average and the rooms are really dependent on the building you'll end up. I would recommend the building 2. Has a bus to the Rome center with different times during the day.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Not very convenient since it's quite far from City Center and there isn't anything interesting nearby. Leaky showers. $18 breakfast

Zorrible hospitality.
There is just 1 common number for house keeping, room service etc which is never answered.
Your request might be acknowledged but will never get delivered to your room except food.
So basically a self service hotel.
