The place seems to be built specially for conferences and big events, but the organization is really messy. You can wait for shuttle buses between the buildings for 30 minutes and not have it at the end. The food, though, was delicious, and the personnel was trying to be helpful
I stayed 4 days x convention: Requested rooms more than 100. All with problems, from the safe, to the bathroom that does not work neither shower and tub that floods, to the doors, to the keys that do not open, to the TV that has no visible channels, windows of the room sealed and impossible to open, to the fact that in the room there is no reception number and that one is forced to call by mobile phone, to the annoying reception staff unable to solve problems, to the fact that one is completely isolated from the city and the only way to move is by taxi or car or paid shuttle with absolutely insufficient hours. It is all park but only for golf and it is absolutely not advisable to go for a run or walk with the risk of getting a ball in the head and given the quantity of pantegane and nutria in an absolutely superior number to golfers! Good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Horrible service. Giulia working the night shift was extremely rude to me. I have been a Marriott member for a long time, always great service but not at that property. I have never feel that disrespected at a Marriott or any hospitality property that way before. That was a first. Nice property but horrible service.
I was at the Sheraton Parco de 'Medici hotel, on 31.12.2017, on the occasion of the party, we were many people and probably the buffet was not enough for everyone, despite this the staff proved to be up to the situation and attentive to our needs , as in my case, in fact I suffer from serious food intolerances, they did their best to help me, in particular, a boy, who I believe was the person responsible, named Leonardo, proved to be very professional and kind to me, but also towards of all. All seasoned with a remarkable structure that I already knew. I will strongly recommend it
The room and front staff (Claudia and Marco) were simply amazing. The food was remarkble and 5 star quality. The waiters were very cordial and attentative especially Andrew and both Lorenzo. Their shuttle service to the city center which is near the Colosseum was a charge of only 5 Euros while a taxi would run about 40-45 Euros. The hotel shuttle service will drop you off and pick you up at the same place at specific times.

First of all, the Sheraton Park de'Medici consists of three buildings; we stayed in building 2, which was lovely. Make no mistake, this is a business/conference hotel and there isn't much character to speak of, but it is spacious, immaculate, and the decor is elegant. We stayed in a beautiful villa in Florence and needed to get close to the airport on our last night. This was just what we needed. We were going to drive into Rome in our rental for a last hurrah, but realized we didn't need to; cheap shuttles (large and comfortable buses, actually) took guests from the hotel into the city center every hour or so.
The rooms were enormous and again, incredibly clean and well appointed; the water pressure in the shower was monsoon-like. For a business hotel, I was blown away by the ambience. The bright and again, very clean, swimming pool area was warm and inviting, and the room itself was as comfortable as any room I've been in, and far larger than most business hotel rooms in the US. Maybe my expectations were low, or maybe I'd been so used to more rustic (but also lovely) living during my stay in Tuscany, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was expecting a typical conference-type hotel like the ones in Burbank or Pasadena or Orange County. This one was far, far, far superior. You cannot go wrong with this hotel if you need to get close to the airport. There are many lukewarm reviews of this hotel, and I'm, quite frankly, stumped. The only thing I can think of is that the reviewers stayed in one of the other buildings, or I lucked out with a lovely room and fantastic service, both in the restaurant and at registration. I loved our short stay in Building 2!

Nice room. Air conditioning works better than lots of rooms in Italy. Has shuttles to parts of Rome and airport for a charge. Ice machine in lobby area - again unusual in my experience. English news channels.

Parking fee after a've booked the room and the rent paid handsomely, but the worst thing you did not warn that the machine for the payment does not work and after becoming a fish in the rain you have to do 40 minutes of the checkout line with other guests in the room to pay for the parking ticket. The most absurd thing in one of my stays I happened to have the crates closed on the grounds that no pavilion there were other guests and then in the event of problems you should ask the attendant security. A great place but has sometimes managed a little bad !!

Located half way been Rome Fiumicino airport and the city centre, this Sheraton hotel has a few pros and cons.
On the plus side. It is located adjacent a golf course (building 1) and there is plenty of green around the hotel. It comes in three separate buildings (1, 2 and 3) used for different functions and has a maximum of 5 floors per building. This separation ensures a minimum of interruption and interaction between the convention guests, the golfing guests, visitors, the regulars such as airline crew and Police that use it for accommodation.
It is quiet without road noise, airport noise or city noise to disturb your rest. The staff are exceedingly friendly. There are outdoor terrace areas ideal for summer day or nights a get together.
The rooms are a good size, comfortable and relatively well decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms air conditioned. The internet is at a good speed.
On the negative side, the hotel is very isolated. The city is 17 km away which is about 25 minutes by car or bus. There is no local public transport within walking distance. Taxi fare to/from the city could cost you around 40 or more. There are no local restaurant (other than the hotel) or shops.
To overcome this, the hotel offers a shuttle bus which is either complimentary or 5 depending on your room rate. They operate shuttle vans to the airport by advanced booking.They also operate a large bus to/from the city centre (Teatro Marcello) and also to/from the nearest railway station (Magliana) and the EuroMa2 shopping mall. Unfortunately they use one bus to do it all so the service is not as Regular as one would like. See the attached time table picture.
Overall you have to balance the pros and cons for yourself. It is a lovely hotel and the room rates very good value. If you are into golfing then the 24 hole course and driving range will make this hotel a no brainer.

Old structure in the rooms. Found bathroom doors completely ruined. Phone with broken and "openable" handle. Most dangerous. Furniture room old walls with poor cleanliness and clumsy repairs in evidence. Hall is reception rather decent.
This hotel is decent but quite strange. There was only one towel in our room and we had to ask twice to get a second one. No, my wife and I do not share bath towels. They have an airport shuttle that runs only twice a day, at 0730 and 0830, then they have a shuttle to the shopping mall throughout the rest of the day. What? Finally, they charge $7/day for Wi-Fi. What year is this? Also it's quite far from the train station as well as the airport. Taxis cost us over 30 euro from the train station and about 28 euro to the airport.

But being at 7 in the morning without hot water means that the responsibility of those who manage and make inadequate choices to support a volume of customers proportionate to the size of the structure is not limited to creating the only disruption for the customer but damages and weakens the work of many people.

This hotel is located some 15 minutes drive from the hotel. There is shuttle bus for hotel guests to take them to the city centre. When I checked in, it was crowded at the lift area as one of the lift was not working. I saw the general manager himself helping guests and asking his staff to assist with the guest luggage. He seems to be a hands on manager with guest focus. Kudos to him. There are some improvements that can be done on the breakfast buffet front. Please do not keep fried potatoes or deep fried dishes covered inside a Chaffing dish. It completely becomes soggy and a waste of effort. Please keep under hearing lights or alto sham. Just a suggestion. This is a good hotel and staff seems to be great. Keep up

I put a star because zero is not possible. I booked a room in this hotel for the Pallavicino tournament in August 2019. I booked a triple room at a cost of 130 as agreed with the golf club. In reality to our astonishment we realized that it was a double room with the addition of a small hospital bed. Also in the room there were no accessories for the third guest. The room in question was very narrow and not suitable for 3 people and after our complaint it was replaced with a slightly larger room but always with an extra bed. At the time of check-in I was charged an amount of 30% higher than the cost of the room on my credit card, which was unusual since I never had one in my many trips around the world every year. something like that. At the time of check-out I was charged back to my credit card. The correct amount but not canceled is the amount previously taken as a deposit. This is completely incorrect. On the last day of the race, on August 29th, the golf instructor and the athletes were kindly asked to take a shower even if they had been returned to the room but denied. I strongly advise against this hotel as the amount paid is much higher than the type of service offered and the general quality of the structure.
Really nice and friendly straff :) helped us out with booking at midnight. We had a tiny issue with tiny tiny ants in our bed. Didn't bother our sleep or our night and they asked if we wanted the room cleaned
If prices have to be low and have a neglected structure, leave it alone invest and increase prices as well. ... but again I improve everything = ^ - ^ =
