The room was fine... The shuttle from the city center in Rome to the hotel was confusing. If you use the address on the paper it sends you to the wrong place. If you call and ask the front desk they will say "directly in front of hotel 47" but when you get to hotel 47 you learn it's actually across the busy street from hotel 47 and it'll probably be late. Also the papers in the room say breakfast starts at 6AM but they don't open until 6:30am and if you ask to grab something quickly before that (because you need to leave by 6:30), like a croissant or muffin or something, they will say no... So inconvenient!
