Sheraton Golf Parco de' Medici Hotel & Resort Review

Decent location for conferences, no easy mobile coverage as the business center is partially underground. Staff asks for money to make wifi available (unbeliveable in 2018! Andd in a business location!!). Food was average. In general nothing special, I would expect more from Sheraton

I was from Friday to Sunday I found very good breakfast and also lunch and dinner very good and the beds were comfortable also a very nice area I really enjoyed a great soggioranare the council.

I was there for a meeting. Fantastic place in the countryside. Good food. A bit expensive but given the location ....

Near the airport, cinema and nice shops nearby.. spacious.. luxurious.. and clean.. but very far from city centre

Large structure, but with uncomfortable, dated and badly located environments. Absolutely negative the situation of bars and restaurants: hot drinks and decent food seemed to be unavailable in sectors 1 and 2. A bar is available only in the part dedicated to the Golf Club, moreover with crazy prices and very little choice.
I don't continue with the rest. Don't be fooled by the photos! Not recommended

I highly recommend it for those with food intolerances, bring food from home that is better. Hall waiters should take a course in good manners. Large and beautiful room. Reception with alternate plates, very slow.

The worst and dirtiest hotel in Italy! Reception hopelessly overwhelmed when checking in, garbage and bottles through the entire run-down area! Mold and dirt in the bathrooms, non-functioning air conditioning ..... breakfast coffee from paper cups and super ecological, the orange juice from plastic cups! Underground!

If the plans of the independent study of urban attractions, this hotel is clearly not suitable. Inconvenient location away from public transport. To the center will have to get 20-30 minutes by car. A taxi ride in one direction will cost 30-35 euro (myTaxi), or 40-45 euro (Uber). The rooms are neat, but already noticeably tired furniture and interiors. There is a safe. Tea, coffee in the room. Breakfast without special variety of dishes.

Rooms were okay bed was definitely good, bathroom is little cramped. Staff is friendly. But what puts me off is no kettle and iron... like seriously

The hotel is located away from the city and is not connected by the public transport network. Also difficult to get taxis. There is a shuttle bus to the airport and into the city at fixed timings.
No clubs or activities for children, except for the swimming pool.

Visited to attend a convention. Beautiful location surrounded by an olive grove and surrounded by a magnificent golf course. Also good food.

I was there for an event organized by the company where I work and I found myself very well. Very nice location, interesting style, cleanliness, comfort at the top. I recommend this location to everyone

Small hotel rooms very away from the centre and extremely poor conference management. Hectic, last minute, and uncoordinated. Rooms were clean and house keeping was friendly.

Hotel is far from the city centre, but they have a shuttle that will drop you there. I had dinner in the lobby restaurant and the staff brought me something else than I ordered, they didn't pay attention when they took my order and they even rolled their eyes after the 3rd time I told them that's not what I ordered. Maybe they had a bad day or this is how they are all the time, I don't know, didn't feel too comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights on the tour.
The room felt narrow.
As there are no supermarkets and shops around, it is safer to bring in drinks etc.
The sheets were not changed during the second night, and the floor was not cleaned. Breakfast is also not particularly delicious. It was a high-class image because the Sheraton was named, but it was disappointing.

I could not see all that the structure makes available. But they were two days full of kindness and excellent services made available. A wonderful location for an activity organized by my very interesting and participated company. Thank you.

I really don t know why you would stay here if you weren t on a cheap conference or part of an airport layover. No free WiFi, really basic rooms, far outside Rome with no convenient transport links.

Good Hotel with several indoor or outdoor seating areas. This allows to meet in a group to discuss. To try again in full summer. WIFI is not included in the price of the room.

I stayed here one night whilst on a business trip. Hotel is close to the airport with good meeting facilities. Rooms are large. Breakfast ok but there were limited healthy options, more sweet pastries.

Basic hotel next to golf course. Rooms are adequate, basic food on offer, pool space satisfactory.

Nice staff. Room are nice. It's a huge property . They provide shuttle buses for city and airport . Restaurant is good .Local food is amazing which includes pizza and pastas..it is worth it to be here! Cheers.!

It is a good hotel if you do not visit it by an airline company for the annual flight. The sheraton-alitalia relationship is quite deficient.

A bit far off from public transport. Taxi back to hotel from nearest metro is about 20 . Not recommended if you don't have your own pair of wheels to get around. View out the window is facing the expressway if you are in building 3 of the hotel.

Cleanliness. Lendiness. Professionalism. courtesy. very fresh products. excellent breakfast. but cold in the premises and impossible to open the windows without the staff have created me some difficulties.

Hotel good, too bad that often at the time of booking do not specify well in which of the buildings kings you end up and you waste time to turn between the three complexes

Dilapidated structure, dirty bathroom with a drooping metal roof, a TV remote control not working, noisy and non-adjustable air-conditioning, a broken floor lamp, old furniture and bad taste, As b & b would be almost acceptable but as a 4-star hotel it would be better to close.

Clean hotel. Feels like Roman bath house with modern finishes.Great gyms, convenient restaurants and beautiful landscaping. Outside of the city about 35 minutes can ride for 35 euro. Buses and shuttles available at select times. Good retreat from the heat and congestion of the city. Management is accommodating and finds ways to help. Rooms are superb. Would stay again.

Started kitchen repairs after midnight and our room was above this noise. The hammering continued even after complaining to the reception desk!

A hotel that is threefold on the edge of Rome in the middle of a golf course. The rooms are nice, generously equipped. When showering in the bathtub is through the shower head and curt curtains the bathroom quickly under water. Bidets are part of the bathroom. When TV, there is no ARD in the program ! Some things seem like renovation could be announced! Also on the outside facade! With a shuttle bus it goes several times a day in the city and back. Price 5 euros round trip. The outdoor pool was not available in November.

Hotel is located outside of Rome. Take 20-30 minutes by car. Taxi cost 30-35 euro. Suttle bus doesn't run every hour. No public transportation nearby. No restaurants or shops nearby. Hotel itself is good.

On the service and on the structure nothing to say. Chain Marriott does not deny. Widely qualified staff, excellent services, satisfactory rooms, as well as cleaning. Not recommend unless you have conference there. It's very inconvenient to get to city as there are so many ppl on the shuttle. The service is fair for a Sheraton hotel and most of the staff are friendly.

Dingy rooms with bad odors; doors, floors and walls that were falling apart; dirty bed covering. So far from everything that you HAVE to eat here, where food is terrible and priced obscenely high. (Kid's spaghetti is 24 Euro!) They promised an airport shuttle, but unlike reasonable hotels, it COST more than a taxi.

never seen a hotel worse than this, booked by mistake paid 80 euros 1 night only I called immediately after 2 minutes that I had noticed the reservation and I did not annul it. so I was forced to go there by force. it is not served by public transport, so taxi bumps in rival phantom hotel where there is nothing even the staff only at the reception then zero. there are no bars, no gyms, no swimming pools inside, nothing. not even a path, 80 euros stolen because you can't even have breakfast. they ask you for a 50 euro deposit + 12 city tax I've never paid anywhere, especially if I pay a reservation first. I was not told this earlier. but only after payment and moreover when I was in front of the reception, everything sucked. don't go there because you will regret it !!

The structure contains all the details of the 70/80 years. Small rooms, poorly maintained, not clean and some even without a window.
I would not go there again!

Beautiful Hotel, super friendly. There is data only once for a company dinner at Christmas time. Following the meeting buffet dinner, excellent dishes, very good cuisine. I would definitely stay there again.
