Sheraton !! ??? Horrible experience I would not re...

Sheraton !! ??? Horrible experience I would not recommend to anyone! We were supposed to stay at 2 and instead they moved us to 3 because everything was full. ... we took a superior with a payment upfront but it was worth it! To start the air, it made a lot of noise and didn't heat up, the bathroom drain made a noise! , bath leaked ... but the most absurd thing was the dirty room !! Very dirty so much so that my shoes ended up under the bed and when I pulled them out they were full of dust ... honestly it looked like one of those scrapped motel rooms! ! .... ah I forgot we entered the room that there was not even a towel and when we asked them at the reception told us they were paying !! Hahaha but do we realize that? We ran away! !! Because the room was unlivable !! We had to leave at 3.30 at night with all the tiredness and sleep we had to travel home x .. ah last thing when we left the receptionist didn't care at all about why we were going to Quell now but she only worried about asking if we had already paid for everything !!! And he didn't give us a receipt and he made us sign the check out !! ... and this would be the wonderful sheraton ??? never again utterly disappointed before and last time
