The hotel is very nice, but not very functional ... My bathroom didn't drain, the tv had the remote control drained. And then I didn't like the welcome at the restaurant, if you don't eat a la carte, they send you to eat at the pool bar. Mah!

This hotel offers every comfort from parking to the swimming pool to a nice reception to very large rooms and gardens that relax the mind and eyes, very close to the multiplex easily reachable by car from the ring road presents as the only drawback not near the center, more for business man or to transit than to visit the city. It is also an excellent structure for ceremonies and events. Pleasant and attentive staff, you eat very well

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton for a conference. I must say that it was very pleasant. The food is excellent and carefully prepared. The staff service is impeccable, very careful and accurate, do not add more, the photos speak for themselves.

Hotel that confirms all that is good about the Sheraton chain. Actually it is 3 hotels that are all located within 1 km. Sheraton golf 1, Sheraton golf 2 and Sheraton golf 3. Maybe this can be confusing. Nice gym and very nice park with the charm of the Golf Course. Breakfast very good and with a wide choice of sweet and savory.

Rooms clean and spacious. Away from Rome but has transportation at various times. I'll post the timesheet

Beautiful spot, excellent service and clean rooms, would definitely recommend.

The reception desk staffs are really kind. Room cleaning is find, room size is ok as well as a bathroom. You can take a shuttle to the city centre or to the mall which is very convenient. The staff who brought me a bottle of water to the room looked angry. Other than that i like here.

I have been a guest of this establishment for over a month now. Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, different services available for customers. The restaurant has a good regional cuisine with a good choice of wines and to finish a praise to all the staff, friendly, kind and competent!

A beautiful hotel with excellent service staff. This hotel is clean and have comfortable beds. There are things to do around the hotel such as golf and the hotel has facilities such as a pool, gym and restaurant.

If you're in Rome to sight see, it's pretty far away from the centre of Rome where all the ancient ruins are located. The good news is that there is a shuttle run by the hotel which goes back and forth from near the Colosseum every hour and costs only 5 euros. The shuttle's last trip back to the hotel starts at 10:15pm. If you stay out late, you'll have to take a taxi back which costs about 35 euros.

The building 1 is a little dated, the not very large rooms would have to be modernized, especially the bathroom and the various accessories ... good the congress center with many rooms, overall I find it particularly suitable for large groups like companies.

Very nice hotel, surrounded by nature, a few km from Fiumicino airport and from the center of Rome, reachable by car or with the hotel shuttle. Professional and kind staff, very good food.

Breakfast was cheap and nice, the room was cozy. However, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and commuting to Rome is really tough. I was there several times and mentioned that the amount of shuttle buses to the city decreased.

Good hotel located inside the Parco dei Medici. Difficult connections with public transport (trains / buses / metro) and therefore not recommended for those who do not have their own vehicle or taxi / bus service.

Great hotel with minimum facilities except for a huge Golf range. Nothing situated nearby except a cinema and freeway.

Large business hotel. Convention Center extensive and well organized. Rooms a little 'small. At breakfast you drink coffee and tea from a paper cup ...

I was the first building for a business convention. Good logistics, great lunch.

Could you call it experience? I do not think, first you should warn with all the charges you may have to enter or leave when you stay, we were not warned that we had to pay an interest rate for visiting Rome until we left the hotel. The prices are sky high or in the center of Rome has been so expensive. I do not understand why they do not let you open the windows, it is impossible to open them because they remove the handles to open, I felt totally enclosed. They are several buildings and they separated us in 2 different buildings, those things are not to give a good service.

Here for a conference ... lost and unreachable by public transport ... a coffee at the bar inside ... 2.80 ... Hahaha !!!

It is elegant, close to the airport and the city center. Surrounded by greenery with two golf courses for a total of 27 holes.

Very bad experience, to forget everything .... parking fee and kindness equal to 0.
They decide to check in and you don't.
Even if by contract I had another time.

I used it on the tour.
It is far from the city of Rome.
However, it is very close to the main road, so it is not inconvenient for those who drive by car.
There are no shops around the hotel and there is a golf course in the garden.
We think that room and facilities are perfect hotel for tour visitor perfectly.

Rooms are adequate. Staff is friendly enough specially at reception, but in the restaurant one staff was super bubbly and friendly so that was very nice. Location is bad if you want to get to the city, however the fo offer a bus service even though it doesn't have to many timing options so it's still limiting. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a few restaurants. Ate at an Italian joint twice. Once was really good but the second time was very disappointing. There is another mal a bit further and the hotel provides a shuttle service there also.

Lovely place a real unexpected oasis near the junction

When you book this hotel they will give you the promise of a luxurious golf hotel in Rome. Unfortunately it is not.
First the good things: rooms are nice and clean and the inside of the building looks decent.
Then the bad: the location is nowhere near the centre of Rome. More important; when I picture myself a golf and business hotel in Italy I see a different picture then busloads of noisy, Asian families occupying corridors and elevators.
I think this hotel really needs to rethink what their target customers should be and what those people want.

Average hotel with a nice pool great for kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and food is below average in particular the choice of food is limited nevertheless staff is extremely friendly.

Hotel for large receptions, excellent professionalism and very clean and well-kept rooms, good catering

Staff is amazing but the rooms not so much, u ll find something or the other broken, old or missing and rooms are without tea/ coffee maker and no ironing facility, which is available ONLY at the lounge.

Place with neglected areas, elite prices ... still always Sheraton

Refined, bright, clear, welcoming, calm environments. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. Bar qualified and relevant to international standards. Well-followed restaurant, with varied menus and fresh and valid seasonal proposals. Large meeting rooms. Cleaning and attention to detail.

My kids and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Rome. We decided to stay outside of the city so that we could have a bigger room and get out of the city at night. I have to say, the hotel was great. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind, the room was great - super clean and the breakfast was great. But the real magic came on my daughters birthday when they brought out a cake with sparklers and candles on it and all sang happy birthday to her. It was so incredibly special and I know that the staff really cared that she have a wonderful 8th birthday. I am so grateful to this hotel for making our downtime so wonderful.

Very clean room, a little more maintenance would not hurt, in fact I had to request technical assistance. Quick to solve the small inconvenience for which Ok. Restaurant service a bit 'aseptic, nothing special menu, wine up to. Coffee break a little thin, but probably due to agreements with the organization, but the coffee machines .... At least used level pods. Thank you

It would have been the first time for me and my group of friends to spend the New Year's Eve event 2019 in this structure ... it is from mid-November that between phone calls, emails and a visit in person until today mid-December , who failed to satisfy a simple request for information by reservation even four days ago with yet another solicitude, I point out this that I also answered a lady of the commercial that with education but enough air promises me that very soon I would have received the email with everyone the details!

Hotel very convenient for airport and new fair of Rome, rooms a bit dated but quiet and breakfast super variegated, sweet and salty

Anonymous Room. Inadequate acoustics. Path too long.

-food was never cooked well. (Rare beef burger !!???)
-forgot room service.
-when we did get housekeeping there was plenty of hair left in bathtub.
-pool was closed.
-far from all except a tiny shopping center.

Front desk girls where awesome with the help they could provide.

Shuttle to downtown was good when you understood the pick up point :)

Maybe golf is good ?

The room feels quite clean, but the toilet is constantly flowing, close to the airport, breakfast is available very early at 6 o'clock, it is suitable for passengers taking the flight, the picture below is dinner
