The worst experience in a Sheraton; They don t treat you as a guest/customer if you are part of a group...
ZERO costumer service. The staff should be trained in hospitality.
The deluxe twin room is very small. Beds are single bed and you have to pay for wifi if you want to use it in your room.
They just have 1 iron for all the rooms.. and when we call to request it, one day they said that it was just for crew people.
I stayed in the same area in the Holiday Inn eu parco medici and the rooms are big and spacious and there is free wifi in the room, much better than Sheraton...
They have 3 buildings, the best located is building 1.
