evil, just bad! For passing through the car absolutely unsuitable! I can only recommend EVERYONE to stay away! Very frustrating! W I highly recommend the Steigenberger for this type of guest.

Good conference facilities and staff.
Rooms were decent sized and equipped.
Breakfast was fantastic even if it was a bit expensive.
Views were not too fancy.
It's a big facility!
Some of the restaurants had surprisingly fantastic food for an airport hotel.

A definite plus for the location and direct connection to the terminal. Rooms clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, you can see that the hotel was built some time ago and it would have been useful for him. Service rather indifferent. Food for 4.

Super convenient to the airport and train station..

Due to a lost flight Lufthansa we were overnight at the Sheraton. The staff was really great, would have earned more than 5 stars, but the room I got was more at 2 star level ...
Crackled blanket, paint stains in the bathtub, broken soap holder, everywhere in the room there were stains and two mirrors you could still see the fingerprints of the front man

Lowest rate for charging 20 for internet in the 21st century. After a 20-hour business trip last thing you wan to do is reading fine text in order not to get ripped off. Never going back.

The best airport hotel. I always stay here when traveling through Frankfurt. Good restaurants, bars aand very comfortable.

Just complaining because the receptionists are incredibly rude on the phone (not all of them but many), they will hang up on you, or not even say Thank you or anything. This when they finally answer the phone. This happened to me a few minutes ago, when trying to call my husband. People like that shouldn't work in those places if they do not have a minimum of patience.

Expensive and the room was cold, the air conditioning moderate. Good restaurant, but very expensive

Very convenient for short transfer stays. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff at the front desk, bell desk, concierge desk all very helpful.

This Sheraton hotel is quite old but it is quite clean and reasonably priced which makes it suitable for a short stopover in Frankfurt. A short train travel will take you to Frankfurt city center.

Great location and family rooms, however it's really hard to find just by the signs at the airport alone.

Edit: As I've stayed here twice in a short period, I need to note that the check-in procedure takes way too long for some reason. Both times it took approximately 10 mins, with a queue as a result. Staff is super helpful and capable which makes me believe the procedure itself is too cumbersome. Just because of this, I've adjusted my rating from 4 to 3 stars, hopefully this gets problem gets addressed as nobody wants to wait for a long time after a 12hr flight

Edit 2: The bell service moved our luggage all the way to check-in at the airport, helped with check-in, tax claim back and assisted us all the way to the gate - incredible service, be sure to tip those ppl generously

Very confusing layout. Not enough signs for directions throughout the building. One sign point you toward a junction, but then there is no new sign at the junction. Doors were locked due to conferences, but no indication of how to go around.

A small amount of water to take a bath shower, washbasin drainage barrier, safety deposit boxes can not be used without electricity

The service of the excellent staff. It was highlighted in our stay there the Mr. Johannes Semers excellent! Very good food too (dinner) and excellent service.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and felt, for whatever reason, better. Otherwise I am used to Sheraton a very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were of the cleanliness still something to be improved. The hallways were also not completely clean. The nocturnal food from the room service was as usual very delicious. But the next time I will check into the Hilton because the high-ranking staff has scared me a lot.

The advantage is the distance to the terminal of the first airport, and the disadvantage of many little things e.g. the lack of free wifi

Despite airport and highway very quiet rooms. The breakfast (20 ) is worth the money. The lunch was delicious. Only the limited availability of parking left a lot to be desired. The terminal parking at the airport is extremely expensive.

It's good hotel with direct access to the terminal. They have amazing selection of restaurants including breakfast and some nice themed nights.

Great location for travel, quite comfortable and very quiet for an airport hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. A beautiful forest just behind for the runners out there, enough supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops etc out there, just a few minutes away.

We had the deluxe room with a view of the runway A beautiful room and the view was worth it! Very friendly staff everywhere, quick check-in and check-out.

Great place to crash if you happen to be passing through Frankfurt with a long layover. Although you need to go through immigration, it is only a short walk (no hassles with shuttle buses) and at a competitive price. I didn't have to book online either.

Good for the fast way over the bridge to the terminal 2. From 23 o'clock gabs only in the sports bar a snack. I found the international 24/7 operation surprising. The signage to the hotel is puny. If you need to come by car, the small hotel sign only with luck will find ... Room and service in the green area!

Conveniently located right in terminal but the hotel is showing its age now. Lots of inside noise but very little outside which was nice.

Waiting 60 minute despite platinum status to check in is not worth any star at all. The picture is that of the spg platinum row. The other row is twice as long. Thats the opposite of customer service.

Connected to the airpot through walkway for convenience to both airport and both regional and intercity train stations. Quite possibly the best club lounge visited with extended hours of service of grown up drinks and allowed to use status for free drinks in sports bar

You put "do not disturb" on your door and instead of knocking they call you on the phone to ask if you want housekeeping!

Quite expensive for the service and the comfort. Other hotels of that brand are nicer. The checkin / out takes unusally long.

Lovely hotel in very convenient location, however the staff & policies is less than the standard of excellence that I expect from a luxury hotel. Shoutout to Melanie for actually being a reasonable human being, however the rest of the staff was deeply underperforming.

Excellent hotel at the airport. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Several dining and drink options within. Main restaurant serves well prepared and delicious meals. Great for staying a night or two at the airport.

Absolute plus - the location at the airport, so you without a shuttle to the departure. Otherwise wellness and fitness, several restaurants, conference rooms ... Everything a decent hotel needs. Whether a few euros surcharge for the view of the over one kilometer runway profitable, everyone must decide for themselves.

Amazing experience here. We told the front desk that we had a lot of luggage, and they sent down two wonderfully nice employees who brought our luggage from our car up to our room. After that, one of them even went with my dad to the rental car place to turn the car in and took him back to the hotel.
The room is huge and incredibly comfortable. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud!

Rooms were nice and big. Staff was amazing. Surprisingly not too loud considering how close to the airport it is, but the lights from the airport were a bit annoying. Showers were small, and the water temperature wasn't consistent.

We are always here before we go on vacation. Service is great. Breakfast is sensational and much better than at the Hilton.

I've spent here a night, due to a missed flight connection. The room was large, clean, and well cleaned. Dinner was offered to all flight passengers, but food quality was a bit of a bummer. I think this is on the airlines, though. So 5 stars it is.

Went to a convention there and the hotel parking is a joke. I then had to park expensive in one of the airport parking garages. Driving was super annoying with me.

Super convenient location if taking off early or landing late - adjacent to the airport. Staff were polite, there's a lounge although I only popped in when they were closing so can't say much about the offer. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choice.

Its in the air port it saves alot of time if u have transit or an early flight and u dont want to miss , u can access the hotel from a tunnel in the airport and the train station also , starbucks inside and a 2 min away super market.

I stayed at this hotel one year ago and am still so angry upon reflection of that experience. We stayed two nights and paid for 4. After many attempts at resolution, the hotel management and Sheraton refused to correct this mistake. I have done my best to avoid staying in a Sheraton again and will even avoid Frankfurt as an airport hub due this bad experience. It is inexcusable that the people who run this hotel are so negligent.

It is close to the airport and the station, so accessibility is good, but the facilities are not very good. The hotel restaurant is good too, but if the price is a problem, you can go out to the airport or station.

Great service, good breakfast, nice lounge and good beds. Parking is awful and the parking garage can not be found

Check in was very easy with professional staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a location making it easy to catch my flight the following morning. The only improvement would be free WiFi access.

Friendly welcome and also the dog was welcome. Clean room and bathroom but somewhat outdated and in need of a refreshment. Good accessibility within walking distance to the entrance hall of the airport. Very friendly staff member who guided us with our suitcases and bench to the check-in counter.

It was really quiet in the room and there was absolutely no sound of the New Year's fireworks. Beds and mattresses were good and we liked the large TV.

Very nice, connected to the airport, we did not try the restaurants due to our schedule, but we will next time!
