Very nice hotel in perfect airport location. There is a direct connection to the airport ... the staff is attentive to international guests and very friendly. The rooms are perfect, clean and spacious. We had a runway view which is ideal for plainspotter. Price performance top. Gladly again

I just wanted to share how kind and wonderful the doormen working this morning were to us. We had four heavy bags and two dogs. They were so nice and helped us so much. They even waited for us to get all checked out and tried to help haggle the prices of our oversized luggage!

We only got to enjoy the Business area of the Hotel for a Convention. Accustics, Service and Seating were great. Only one Star cut off for the horrible Parking Situation at the Hotel and the Airport in general.

Super, nice to just waltz to the plane in the morning, no panic. Bags checked in the evening before. Just waltz with a coffee in hand after a fine breakfast.
We had bad checking in experience. The male staff who checked in us was not friendly and made us feel unwelcome. His attitude was impolite and seems like he doesn t want to be there. ( no smile and not warm).
In the middle of our procedure to check in, the other staff told the agent to help checking out for the captain behind us. The agent immediately asked the captain for his room number right in front of us, with the captain standing behind us. It was so rude and we felt like we were invisible. i get it, the hotel values repeated guest - the crews who stayed there but we are also paying guest in the hotel. Unbelievable experience.

W-lan 9 for 24 hours and then still slowly. Breakfast for 35 ? Prices are too much for the offered. Rooms do not meet the self-imposed claim. Overall, but clean. Staff not attentive but nice.

For the price you can expect, that no garbage from the predecessor in the room. Likewise, the door frame was battered and the toilet flush worked only after repeated actuation. We did not really feel comfortable with the room rates. Pity!

Hotel visited for one night makes the appearance to be really good but the appearance is deceptive. We have got an upgrade to a newly renovated room the bathroom was refurbished everything else not. Cabinet next to the door = construction site and the air conditioning is so old and loud one can only dream of fresh air. At 4 o'clock at night I thought I was suffocating.

Fairly utilitarian accommodations but perfectly acceptable for an airport hotel. The location really can't be beat -- just steps away from Terminal 1 and the train station.
The bars on the first floor are comfortable, with a good drink selection and friendly staff.

It's a nice hotel and attached to the airport terminal 1. My room had very sparce air conditioning. We had to leave early and they told us there is a breakfast from 3:30 am on. I didn't expect much but I did expect something. They ran out of food quickly and brought a little more. Totally inadequate.
Huge disappointment. Shabby with items in room tattered. Towels substandard. No plugs at bedside for electronic devices. And 9 for basic Wifi access. Generally unpleasant front desk staff.

Close to the airport, the room is very soundproof, the bed set is comfortable, the breakfast is quite rich
The kitchen is top notch. The steak was outstanding. It's worth a visit.

With its location inside Airport, sheraton is quite ideal to stay at if you are working for either KPMG or Atos. Most of the people who stay there are those who had flight delays. Brekfast is nice and the staff quite friendly.

You can't beat the location, right there on the field so getting to the terminal is quite convenient. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak excellent English, as would be expected at an airport hotel. Rooms were large and clean. There are public computers in the lobby with printers so you can print out your boarding passes. The Starbuck's in the lobby closes rather early, around 10PM or so which was surprising. The other surprising thing was that in-room WiFi is NOT COMPLIMENTARY! Who in 2016 still charges for WiFi like that? You can authenticate the user if you don't want the public using it but it should be free for guests. And the rates were somewhat steep too. There's a shopping center underneath the hotel with a supermarket, McDonalds, KFC etc. as well as a various shops. The car rental return is located near as well so you can walk back to the hotel after dropping the rental car off. An OK place to stay if you need to catch an early flight the next day, less hassle than staying somewhere in Frankfurt itself.
Great hotel, huge, good view of the airport, still absolute silence, the air conditioning was set to 5 degrees really cool but it was not even after several hours, the prices of the mini bar are a joke. The breakfast was huge, really great, huge selection.

Very friendly staff and everything close by! You can easily walk through the raised tunnel to access airport shops. In the walkway are food vendors for drinks, pretzels, sandwiches. In the hotel itself are restaurants and bars. Flavors has an excellent dinner but the breakfast rivals any breakfast buffet ever.
Old, shabby, overcrowded and deserves a pass. Breakfast at the restaurant is quite good though.

If the hotel is full who arrives late ... my last room had a dwarf shower and a faint smell of mold. Breakfast, if included, a gargantuan otherwise it is better to go to the airport.
We book spg we got charge $389 as you see. I never give bad reviews but this time we paid so much and we are spg.... we got a very old room the toilet didn't work good the rooms where smelling bad and no air in the floors so we went back to reception and ask for another room and the manager said
What can I do for you? So we told this and he said we book a family room etc.... and we should book whatever.... excuses....

Good hotel on the right hand side of the rooms, bathrooms, reception and excellent close to Frankfurt airport and close to him across the bridge as well as excellent breakfast, fit for accommodation if you want to fly the second day directly.

This time, there were no slippers or tissue paper in the room. You may have forgotten because both of you felt the last time you stayed.
Although it was a hotel closest to the airport, although it was a Sheraton, I was hardly expecting it, but it was a good hotel that disappointed in a good way.

The hotel is an average airport, you will stay in a closed room, giving hot water and clean towels. There are two different concept bars on the floor of the lobby and a tavern on the lower floor. You have a chance to have a nice evening around here. We cannot comment on eating at the hotel, but the breakfast (cakes, croissants) prepared for early bird was finished, the coffee machine was not working there due to its intensity. A separate question mark how the Sheraton hotel can't answer such a density ....
Friendly staff, clean room, amazingly convenient location. Frankfurt airport is big, but thankfully there are signs to the Sheraton (and most people are helpful and can point you in the right direction... commenting for a friend). I appreciated the ease of check in and getting around the hotel. Between the multiple restaurants, wellness center, and normal room amenities, I had a pleasant stay.
Good airport hotel to stay. Tower wing has a club longue. There is a Starbucks as well
