A short visit, but comfortable stay right next to frankfurt airport. Has all amenities including a spa..

From the outside, the hotel does not look so great, but when you go in: A DREAM! The staff is friendly, they give good advice and the people and the feeling are just great. The rooms are nice and there is no complaint, probably. The bathroom was a bit small for my taste, but it was just a short stay anyway :)

Stayed in a Family room the night before an international flight and the room worked out very well for a family of 4, with a king and separate twin beds for the kids. The club room staff were super and the breakfast quality was very good. Afternoon snacks were a bit less appealing when compared to other facilities like the Westin Frankfurt. Super convenient for flights. The biggest pain was the ridiculous Internet policy. As a Platinum member it is comped, but the hotel system only let one device on at a time, and required a unique code you also needed to get from the hotel.

Excellent service, comfortable apartments. Very good rest!

In den letzen 5 Jahren war ich mehrmals im Sheraton Airport Hotel da ich aufgrund vom SPG Gold Status (und den damit verbundenen benefits) diese Kette bevorzuge.







Beim auschecken fragte man mich ob alles war und ich berichtete von den ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten.

For aviation enthusiasts there are rooms with view on take-off airfield and on bay with A380 etc. Room very nicely decorated, for us the air conditioning was too cold, but otherwise the stay was perfect. Good location, easily accessible by car or train, parking garage available for a fee. Also ideal for air travel.

Expensive and still doesn't include extras such as wifi. Rooms are decent.

A beautiful house. The room on the 8th level immaculate. Surprisingly the difficult procedure to get onto the Internet. Very friendly and competent staff. Ideal house if the flight is very early the next day.

Room is nice. Food expansive but super tasty. But they charge 9 euro for wifi. Come on??!!

Conveniently located, but still, poorly situated hotel: crowds, lines in the lobby and reception area.
And often smell of the people being long on the travel in your rooms, linen.
Restaurant is very good, though.
We have ordered crib for our kid and got it. Without any linen. No linen at all! Have being given explanation:
- This is our hotel policy (after some poor kid died by accident). Don't you get your own linen for a kid with you?
- ??!

Corresponds to five star hotel comfortable beds excellent breakfast

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is quite good. The hotel is directly adjacent to FRA airport's terminal 1, so there is no transfer required. The rooms are good, with most amenities available and the beds are comfortable. The only drawback for me was the WiFi, which was very slow and unstable.

Just indescribably beautiful! Clean, everything in the heart desires, friendly and helpful, that actually describes both the team and the room.
Only a small thing is absurd: in the room safe is that no liability is taken, you should leave valuables in the lockers at the front desk. When we wanted to do this, the lady told us we had to go to the airport and try it there.
The next day, this problem clarified with another lady. There were lockers at the front desk.

The check in process was quite slow, but I found the hotel comfortable and the restaurants pretty decent. Main complaint about my room: no plugs by the bed. Besides this, it gets the job done nicely for an overnight stay.

Good choice for overnight stay at the frankfurt airport. Linked well to terminal 1 concourse B as well as to the train station (long distance trains and sbahn to the city centre or mainz/wiesbaden - lines s8 and s9). Room is well equipped, for sure inside looks much better than from outside

Since renovation a nice hotel opposite the FRA. Unfortunately (at least in the lobby) the service staff an impertinence. Nice, that there is now an alternative at the FRA with the Hilton.

Typical airport hotel, but the meal at Flavors was quite good. Excellent cuts of high quality meat that you can choose yourself and the sides were all done well. Fresh made bread is a nice touch

This hotel totally changed my opinion of Frankfurt airport. They took class to a new level. The whole room especially the bed was perfect

The room was nice. But unfortunately the parking was full, and I was assured that I can park for free in the lower parking garage. Unfortunately, I then had to pay the 80 euros for parking.

Older hotel. There was such a strange smell in the room after the entrance.

Super big & busy airport with multiple train platforms and stations.. most in English.. but don't be surprised if you are lost with some only German directions... Google translate is a handy app in places like these..

You get a lot of food options. Vegans have very little choice to none at some places..

No plugs for U.S. phones and they ran out of adaptors. Otherwise very convenient to airport, polite staff, and comfortable.

Unfortunately, you have to ask yourself alone. No recognizable contact person for the construction on site. But super friendly and helpful external staff.

So close to the terminal, good rooms, no noise, and amazing exec lounge. Would definitely stay here again if connecting thru FRA.

Really!!! You host a conference, but if I don't stay at your hotel, you won't provide me with WiFi access!!!! You don't do that!! That is low, especially if there is not even a chance to pay for access. You want WiFi, you have to stay at the hotel. Let me make this clear, me and all the other attendees are there for work. For most people the conference is paid for by our employers (many different companies) and the organizer (in this case Altium). Don't nickel and dime us please, neither me nor the organizer. This is a business conference and most people have to work!!!!!! I don't care who's fault it is, Marriot/Sheraton or Altium. Fix your problem!! There is free WiFi everywhere, we are paying for the conference and me, my employer, and everyone expected Wi-Fi access (even if we have to pay for it). Shame on your business practices!

Such a big name but what a big shame. I understand that this is behind the TV cabinets but that is not an excuse for it to be full with trash and dust and carry a big brand name with it.

The check in queue is forever so long!! When look closely, only about 3 persons working. The worse is, there is NO separate queue for check out, I have paid my room online and have to join check in queue for about 20 mins for checkout which took just 1 min. There is no customer service mindset at all. I do not know why the management didn t increase the manpower or improve the process. This is ridiculous!!

Good and convenient. Would be better if you have a kettle, hot water boiled from coffee machines has a hint of coffee in it. Would be nicer if there are complimentary bedroom slippers.

A perfectly acceptable hotel - nothing fancy buy comfortable and smiling, helpful staff.

The Sheraton is right at the airport which is great if you leave the next day. Unfortunately there was a long queue at the check - in, water and sweets were used to reduce the waiting time and as a small compensation there was a Starbucks coupon. Breakfast from 6:30 - 10:30. The staff is awesome. The friendly and very professional and helpful. The SPG rooms are relatively large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Only the bathroom deserves a minus, big enough it was but the bathtub was quite high to comfortably go in for a shower, small people or people with handicaps have certainly difficulties. The vanity was a good size but the wood paneling around the vanity was quite worn. I think there will be a renovation in the next few years. All in all, I can recommend the Sheraton.
