Best place to rest after a long flight. Easy to get to and friendly, helpful staff. Well appointed rooms. Noise proof. Great buffet dining.

Perfectly adequate for a night by the airport. Super easy to get to from the airport train station. Good for early morning flights. Clean rooms, nice bathroom.

Unbeatable location at Frankfurt Airport. From the airport train station it is only a few steps to the hotel and from there you go over a small bridge directly into Terminal 1, Hall C. Simply wonderful to take the plane so relaxed! Furnishing and condition of the rooms definitely not 5-star level. However, beds are very comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep! Sound insulation also great!

Check-in was easy, though the bellhop was kind of a jerk about the luggage cart. No free Wi-Fi was a big minus. Our shower didn't drain well and the maintenance people responded quickly. The air conditioning was questionably working.

Beautiful, comfortable, great food and super close to the airport...only a short walk.

Everything was great, except the shower in my room didn't work and the airline guest breakfast is not really something worth mentioning

It's an airport hotel! Conveniently located for Frankfurt airport. Dinner at restaurant was good, but a little pricey. No idea about breakfast - they don't start serving until 06:30am which is ridiculous for an airport hotel where people stay to catch early flights!

Perfect hotel, very good cleaning, excellent bed, only the staff could be a little more friendly.

Rooms were okay, too pricey though. Especially because breakfast is an extra 32 and there is no free WiFi..

The restaurants at the Sheraton hotel in the Frankfort Airport is a 5 star restaurant not just for the incredible food but the encreduble service. A waiter named Mathieu was very polite and helped me find and explore the wonderful menu.

Only stayed here for one night whilst transiting through FRA, hotel is very convenient for airport, rooms were very clean & comfortable, food was a bit pricey.

Horrible customer service. New employee at check in process mentioned 3-4 services that were included and come to find out, he was new so he didn t know what he was talking about (Despite an experienced employee named Muriel- was standing right beside him helping when we checked in). Felix Nicklaus Schleuter was NOT at all helpful / nor did he accommodate anything. WORST experience- don t recommend this hotel to anyone. IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

Great facilities for just a hotel stop or a works conference. Located in the Frankfurt hub within a few minutes walk of the railway station and airport.

Super hotel mainly due to best staff! Always friendly, funny and accommodating! Making you feel at home - be it at the reception, breakfast or especially the staff at the sports bar. Love coming back every week!!

Clean and conveniently located directly across from the terminal and above the regional trains to the city centre. The rooms are fairly large but the hotel shows signs of wear.

Having stayed at both this hotel as well as the nearby Hilton Garden Inn, I would choose the Hilton for room comfort as the hotel is newer, but the Sheraton for convenience and Internet (which was faster than that of the Hilton).

One complaint: housekeeping and the room attendants kept knocking on my door for unexplained reasons (even opening my door once), and then apologizing once they realized I was in my room. I did not request any service and it did not notice any other rooms revieveing housekeeping while this occurred. This kind of disturbance should not happen. Luckily, I was not disturbed overnight.

The room was very good. Breakfast and food met the standard of large events.

The breakfast is unforgettable, also pleases virtually all sorts of different cultures ... it's quite difficult, but the Sheraton does it with mastery ... the rooms are nice and it has everything you need. This time the air conditioning is noisy. "

We were there for one night. Super handy if you continue flying the next day. If you are looking for airplanes you should rent the room 8011 from where you have a direct view of the runway. Beds were okay, room was clean, we did not use breakfast.

I just visited the restaurant, but it was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Location, service and club lounge offer is first class. We paid only 60 per night for 2 people for a club room. And that was all because of the free dinner and drinks. Direct access to the terminal via its own bridge as well. If you want to start your vacation relaxed, you should keep your eyes open for offers about 2 months before departure.

The breakfast is ok. But for the called price the rooms are not in order. The bathroom is old and worn. The complete shower a faulty construction. The shower head not height adjustable, and much too low attached!
The beds and service were good.
Fortunately, nothing is heard from the airport and the motorway.

The grounds are nice, the hotel itself I can not say anything, since I was only at an event nearby

yes, many a room is a bit worn, BUT they always the same by really great staff. We always stay with the kids over long flights and it's perfect. However, it gets harder when the old bridge gets off the terminal as the roads get longer.

Kind of old. Im there almost every month. Bathrooms very old, not dirty, but old. Beds very small. Either two separate beds too small to share, but even the big ones are max queen size...located right at airport, 5 min walk to trains and terminal

Decent hotel with obviously excellent location right on the airport premises. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there are several good restaurants at this hotel.

Stayed for a night. Very near to the airport (just walk few meters) and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and room was very clean.

The facilities and the room are excellent, impeccably clean and comfortable. The only issue was the staff at the reception that was unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed not interested in having two more guests when we arrived. One recepcionist was particularly rude; she was having difficulties making contact, smiling, and just seemed unhappy. She just gave me the keycard and didn't explain how to get to the room-the hotel is huge. That recepcionist on that particular day deserved no stars at all.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Besides that it is very convenient because it is a very short walk from inside the airport to the hotel and viceversa.

The breakfast is not included in the fee, so that is a disappointment. However, their restaurant is really good although a bit pricey.

With gold status at 10 pm it took twenty minutes plus to check in.
Room had a faint sickly stink. Free water bottle in the room and minibar but no bottle opener. TV system kept locking up with a please wait signal. Twenty minutes to get it to work.
If you are tired after a long day of travel find another option.

Clean and Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, direct connected to the Airport.

Location 1A, but no free Wi-Fi in the rooms available. Designed the stay unnecessarily awkward. Nowadays, there is almost everywhere freely available wifi, incomprehensible why you should pay here 9 , or 14 per day (!) ...

Negative because internet in the room suddenly costs a lot of money and this is not recognizable at login.

The hotel is generally nice to reach by train from the rooms I can not say much because I was there for a fair event this fair is always nice it is a trade fair for blind and visually impaired people well organized their own freely designed food It's a bit offered at noon 15 but otherwise I think it's okay

Been here on a lost connection flight from Lufthansa. The hotel is reasonable, with a good but expensive restaurant. As for the service given to the Lufthansa clients, the photos speak for themselves. AWFULLY

Very unsatisfied with this hotel. The breakfast is way too expensive compared to other hotels around the world. Major negative point in the terrible WiFi in the room. I basically had to sit on the toilet in the bathroom to have connection. I have told reception, they said nothing was wrong with the WiFi. Shameful of Sheraton..

Possibly the most beautiful Sheraton I've ever visited. The room was beautiful and the food was exceptional (if not a bit overpriced). They even had a spa and fitness center with sauna and steam bath! Terrific property!

Great location for someone needing to be at the Frankfurt airport! Rooms ok, flavors restaurant decent!

Great newly renovated room (3014) and an easy check in once we got off the train from Stuttgart. They took all of our luggage up to the room quickly and even had a cute, free candy "bar" up for a few hours in the evening. The only bummer was that the ice machine on our floor was out of service and we had to call and wait on the phone for while for them to bring some up. Overall very pleasant stay!

Very nice to simply walk to the airport in the morning. Comfortable, attractive hotel with a nice club lounge. Good to have Shetaton in the Marriott chain.
