Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

Had the mis pleasure of staying in this mis managed filth pit . 2 rooms for family vaca to sesame place both filthy dirty upon arrival. Brought to the attention of GM Reminda with no resolution just distepectful and uncaring attitude . The facility was so understaffed restaurant had 4 tattered and ripped menus only 1 server no host just terrible management . I will be calling corporate marriot about his behavior and the terrible conditions of this hotel . I was sickened by the filth and lack of caring to fix problems as i was staying with 2 children under 2 just awful i dont know how reminda can sleep at nite .

Wall thermostat doesn't work, shower wasn't the best, floors creak with any movement

If it were possible to go lower I would. We had a wedding reception here I will admit the reception went fine and the wait staff was very helpfull. The management on the other had has been abysmal. We were placed in the wrong room charged for the wrong person and have questionable charges against me and my new wife's accounts and when one was supposedly fixed THREE more have arisen since. I would leave a zero if I could.

I was blown away. I hadn't stayed here in years and it is so much nicer than it used to be. Prices are also competitive with many budget hotels. This will be my first choice when I return.

Nice setup, great space, pleasant person at front desk

They have great service for banquets and such just the food is somewhat subpar. The chicken parm is really good though.

Elevators are always slow. One elevator doesn t even work and has been out of service for a month.

Was there for a blood drive in Princeton room. Staff was helpful to locate the room, and everything was very clean.

I had a great time with my kids.The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly, I m looking forward to another visit there.

I am staying at Sheraton in Langhorne PA. It is well localized, near good restaurants and stores. Additionally, very good room and room services. There is always room for improvements though, the breakfast was kind of disapointing for me but this is a cultural thing cause Im not american, breakfast could be a little bit more globalized.

The elevators were broken. The front desk was unable to create room keys for the entire weekend. Generally, the staff tried hard to make up for hotels physical problems.

The bucks county sheraton is a beautiful hotel. The pool was very nice. The conference rooms were Clean modern and comfortable. The front desk staff was Friendly knowledgeable and helpful and All staff were friendly to children (and adults). There was ample parking and the hotel is Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. It is also extremely close to Sesame Place. Highly recommend for both professional and family travel.

Room is clean but bathroom was too small for my family.

Great hotel, especially when you need to rent space for business

I was actually surprised how much I liked this place. Right next to the Sesame Street park and a hospital, this hotel was very regular looking on the outside...and then there's the lobby which is cozy and beautiful in a warm, casual kind of way. The staff was bend over backwards friendly. Everything seemed university themed, which adds a nice atmosphere to the place. We stayed on the 15th floor and our room was spacious, clean and comfy. I feel I got my money's worth for my stay.

I spent the weekend of March 21st in room 1103 with friends and left belongings in the room after checking out. Over the past week starting the day I checked out I have made many phone calls, spoken to, provided detailed description and left messages with contact information at the front desk and to lost & found. I have offered to pay to mail my belongings. I have yet to be acknowledged. Shame on you Sheraton Bucks!!!!!!

Courteous staff. Good amenities. Decent restaurant and bar. Close to Sesame Place and has a continuous shuttle to get there and back. Very kid friendly.

One of our rooms wasn t ready when we checked in at 5:30 pm. We were told the rooms would be adjoining but they were not. We also requested a cot when our room was finally ready and were told that cots were available. No one brought a cot to our room and after waiting two hours, we finally found out the hotel no longer has cots available. This hotel is far too expensive for the terrible guest service we received. The parking lot is terrible and far too small for a large hotel.

Clean hotel. Rooms are spacious. Convenient if you are going to Sesame Please. The fitness center has plenty of machines. The indoor pool is big but dark at night. Front desk was extremly disappointing. During check-in I was checked in as the wrong guest and when I questioned it, the woman checking me in seemed like they were annoyed with me. I was then handed a sheet and keys and then the person at the desk looked passed me and asked the person behind me if they were checking in. I was not informed how to find my room, not asked if I needed assistance getting there. I did not get informed when check out was. I guess this Sheraton assumes that the paper will suffice to cover that information. Checkout only led to having charges removed that were not mine. It takes a lot for me to review something badly. This hotel would easily have gotten four stars from me but the staff was just to rude and disinterested in their guests to overlook.

Rooms are fine. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Catering staff is attentive. Mura goes above and beyond.

Booked package thru sesame place website, the hotel provided shutter from and to sesame place.everything is good until the next day morning, I was told that complementary breakfast until noon, however when we got to the restaurant downstairs at 10:45, we were told the breakfast time is up to 11, however they closed breakfast already. The manager told us that we could still order and pay for our meal.
We them got back to our room and called the front desk to complaint, finally they agree to prepare our breakfast and send to the room.

Worst place to stay. Zero 0 customer service. Called 10 times at different time of the day, a guy just kept on saying pls hold and would not answer the phone!

The sheraton Bucks Hotel was decent. The room sizes were fairly large which i was happy about. The staff there when i went there were really nice to me. I have to say it was always refreshing to jump into the pool, whenever i was stressed. Its a greag stress reliver and it is benifical for your health. However, i only rated this 4 stars because in some of the rooms you can hear the traffic just outside of your window. However, when my parents requested a quieter room the staff were understanding that they wanted a quieter room so the staff helped us find a better room.

Had an amazing experience at this Sheraton, especially in the restaurant. The service and speed that this restaurant has to offer is phenomenal. I was seated right away and greeted immediately by this kind young man, he said he was new and I can't remember his name. He brought me my drink ASAP and I would see him running around cleaning, getting food/drinks while some other employees waited in the front for more customers to come in. The buffet was very satisfying and I look forward to coming to the Sheraton next summer. 5 stars. Compliment to the young man who helped me, black hair, tall, lightskin, and skinny.

A good choice for any occasion or just a night out.

I was here for a business event so I mostly only saw the conference, which was very nice. The lobby was very appealing and clean, and the few employees I came in contact with were very pleasant. All around a good experience!

By far the worst experience, service and stay I have ever had in my life at a Sheraton

Let s start with my room being canceled, merely because I had called and asked about what the penalty would be for canceling my reservations within 24hours of my stay. They assumed I didn t want to arrive and just canceled without my request. I arrived at hotel and did not have a room. I was told to look around for other hotels. After fighting that I would not leave bc I did not cancel, finally a single miracle room showed up. ;( I had to wait almost 2 hours with my children already anxious from my 2 hour drive, in my car bc I couldn t wait in the lobby as the smell of leaking gas from fire place was unbearable. While Hoping and praying that the front desk could fix their mistake, I almost also wanted to find another hotel as I was afraid the hotel would explode . At this point I just want to get into room and prepare children for bed. Well to my surprise the service elevator was The ONLY working elevator and took me an addition 15 min wait to get into room. All guest that walked into the elevator that stopped at every floor, along with the housekeepers pulling garbage and dirty linen into the same elevator, were all complaining. The elevator had been down for days.

Get into room and the smell of wet soggy carpet was the worst. Dirty bathroom grimy walls even the remote was filthy. God what have we gotten ourselves into.

Without continuing with the long trauma and nightmare. Let me finish by saying that when i needed ice for the $3 bottled water in the room bc the fridge was not working, i decided to go get ice from machine..... guess what didn t work? Yup, The ice machine. Had to wait another 10 minutes for elevator to go down to front desk to get ice. Front desk gave me ice in a tiny ziplock bag. Which almost melted by the time i got back in my room. unbelievable.

EVERY Employee was completely bothered. From Crystal at the reservations when i called to inquire about cancellation. Davian at front Desk when i arrived to my canceled reservation and just couldn t help me and left me to figure out on my own. To Ed, who didn t want to hear one more complaint about the dang elevator . So he called it. I asked for general manager info and head of front desk info. To whom i will be emailing as well.

The worse hotel a nightmare the bed sheets was dirty lamp full of dust table have dry food and door was broken we left the same day holiday Inn is the best.

It was a very uncomfortable stay, my 1st week of stay room smelled very heavy and dirty. I left the door open to air the room but hallway was not any better. 2nd week different room was even worst than the 1st one. On top of everything called the front desk if they serve breakfast like every hotel I stay in, they said depending on the rate you paid??!!! Why do you sell the rooms at discounts?! I would not recommend at all to stay even one night.

Very pleasant staff, clean rooms, great service in the lounge. Great for business meetings or a personal stay.

Impressed with the assistance given when checking in with a group of 13 high school students. Also was given a good recommendation for lunch.

My family loves the Sheraton Bucks County hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and beds are soft and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toiletries. There is a nice flat screen tv in each room. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout and is very nice during Christmas when we go to Sesame place amusement park which is right across the street. There is parking up front but also in the back in like a parking garage. The pool and fitness room is nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. Especially the manager Fernanda at Sheraton Bucks County hotel remembers us every time and is so nice. She goes above and beyond.

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and the service was excellent.

The hotel great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is my favorite spot to stay when I travel for business in the area.

Visited for an election night party so I can't comment on the rooms. The hotel was fine, with a parking garage underneath. Location is great, right in the heart of Oxford Valley and just a minute off the highway. Catered food was good and the event was well set up. Staff was mixed,with one very friendly bartender and one who just went through the paces. Overall, a good event and I would consider having another here.

One of the worst managed hotels I have ever seen, they messed up just about every responsibility they had for my cousin's wedding and then the staff was unapologetic and rude about it.

Wasn t that clean and pool is still closed but when called they said it was open.

It has a private pool and gym. It also has nice rooms and good food.

Another Covid case. Stayed before but now rooms aren't cleaned up to Covid standards.

I see a lot of negative comments here and that's unfortunate... I really question some of validity of some of these comments - especially those that call to question the hospitality of the staff. Since March of 2015, we have been planning our wedding at this hotel and we've experienced nothing but the VIP treatment by the entire staff on every occasion that we were there. They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Given the hospitality we (and our guests) have received thus far, it's just hard to believe some of the sub-par reviews from that perspective.

The look and feel of the hotel, from the lobby/bar/ballroom/etc area to each and every room, has been remodeled and looks incredible. This hotel is an incredible value on all levels and we have nothing negative to say... We look forward to a great day on the 24th of Oct. - Thank you management and staff for making our planning so seamless.

The Buck Hotel is a beautiful place. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Room was nice front desk not so much tv didn't work after they moved my room the new room was dirty

Been a Starwood Platinum for years, and this is a middle tier hotel in their portfolio. Easily one of the nicer hotels in Bucks County, very close to a multitude of stores and restaurants. Also the closest hotel (I think) to Sesame Place.

Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, ample parking (but unless you park right out front, it can be a bit of a walk), and very clean premises. Also noted a pretty large conference area.

They provided a nice room and good food for our conference. Everything was done well.

Have to say the bed was awesome.. Pillows make you feel so comfy..

Seemed like one of the better hotels in the area but upon arrival, I wasn't aware of the parking situation as I pulled in the bottom floor of the garage area I noticed a fleet of Amazon delivery vans taking up the majority of the spots loading and unloading packages with spot lights set up and more vans rolling in so I proceeded to the next level where I observed only 4 or 5 other vehicle parked. I wanted to park sheltered from the freezing rain so I pulled in a spot and as I was exiting my vehicle a dark color car stopped directly behind mine and some creepy guy started interrogating me, he was even less friendly once he found out I was going to the hotel. Then he proceeded to tell me that I could not park there because that area was for the offices, and even tho it was 7pm on a Monday and the offices were all empty I couldn't even run in and use the restroom before I moved it. He directed me back down the bottom level and slowly followed me down.. I feel as tho there should be clearly marked signs and a safe area for guests to park, load and unload with out busy Amazon delivery vans coming and going.. I ended up not even entering the Sheraton Bucks Couna
ty.. I just left and got myself room at the Holiday Inn with out the hassle..

I didn't actually stay at the hotel, but I participated in a conference there. The facility was very nice, and the staff there were quite helpful.

Why do the cars in the back lot intermittently flash their hazards? Very odd

NOT friendly towards families with children who have special needs or disabilities.
As of 3:04 today (past their official advertised check in time) no rooms were clean. They did not have an estimated time for a clean room. Their excuse was that they were sold out yesterday. If housekeeping comes in at 8:30 why didn t they have a single room clean by 3:00? We had actually called 3 times on our way and tried to check in early because our special needs son got sick in the heat. We explained this repeatedly. It was one thing for them to not have any rooms available early but another to say that they didn t know when one would be available. (No one thought to check in with housekeeping and see what was going on?) Ridiculous. They told the same thing to a family in front of us.
All bathrooms on the first floor desperately needed attention. After spending all day in the car I had nowhere to go use the restroom!
I called Expedia to complain and after speaking to someone at the hotel they said they were only able to refund us for the second night but not tonight. As of 4:55 they had a room available so we were expected to trek back there. Absolutely ridiculous but I m glad we chose another hotel, albeit more expensive, because it s much cleaner and the staff s customer service is on another level. I definitely got a It s not my problem vibe from the girl at the front desk today. NEVER again! I m still out almost $170 for a room I didn t stay in! Stay at the Marriott a 1/2 mile away.

Slowest elevator in Bucks county. Otherwise it's a really nice place.

I attended a conference. Very impressed with the atmosphere and meeting space.

It's close to Sesame place and has a shuttle to the park, there is covered parking that is not all that hard to get to, they have an indoor pool, and they have a lobby bar that is open late enough that you can get a drink after Sesame place closes. I have stayed three times and every time I had a room with a bathroom door that was water damaged at the bottom, the pool water is over chlorinated, and getting to the covered parking requires traversing a small staircase with your luggage. I will mention that it is close to shopping and entertainment.
