Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

NICE COZY PLACE TO STAY.. I ALWAYS GET A ROOM WITH WINDOW VIEW.

Loved it there and reasonable prices also and a pool in door and a gym and a nice bar

Very nice hotel. Clean, courteous staff, great meeting.

Nice room and hotel. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place are great. AWFUL service. Dirty room, fridge had half full wine bottles from others, carpet not vacuumed. No plates, bowls, or silverware at breakfast. Waited over 45 minutes for elevators. Pass on this place until hospitality improves.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. The only issue is the elevators. People had to take the stairs because they literally stopped on every floor going up and down. For a hotel with 15 or 16 stories it shouldn't take 20 min to get to your room with 3 elevator banks.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My mom and I stayed here on New Years Eve and had a Girl's Night: The entire staff was so warm and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, and sending us off to out rooms for the night with a cheery, "Happy New Year!" Our room was perfectly simplistic, divine and cozy, in exactly all the ways that we loved and needed(clean to the brim too). The beds were toasty and just the right size. The heater worked like a charm and the view from the window was a delight to eyes. We watched twenty-five-to-fifty different fireworks shows light up the sky, all around, below us and stretched accross the horizon, when the clock struck twelve. It was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious, just as the first meal of the day should be, we ate up to our eyeballs, and once again, the staff was wonderful(I think we might have over-chatted a few, hopefully we didn't get anyone in trouble, sorry). Needless to say, 2018 has already started out as a brilliantly beautiful, inspiring and hopeful year, much of it thanks to the team at the Sheraton of Bucks County. Thank you so much for all of your smiles, cheerful attitudes, good hearts and hard work. May you all have a wonderful year, Happy New Year.

Nice hotel, recently renovated. Plenty of free parking.

Huge improvement compared to 3 years ago. Remodel is nice. Now it is more in-line with nicer Sheraton properties. Room service, however, is now served in to-go containers and the restaurant in the morning is understaffed. Hoping that was just a hiccup.

This hotel was terrible. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby ($3.00 for a cup?). The bathroom was so small you could not open or close the door if you were on the toilet. There was no room to move. The faucet in the sink was leaking. The floor in the pool area was very slippery, my 2 year old fell and hit his head. The white blanket had yellow stains all over it. I had to ask for blankets and a pillow for the cot for my son. The luggage carts were non functioning. There were no ice makers on the floor we stayed on. The continental breakfast was terrible, the french toast and waffles were hard as rocks, the pastry was stale and dry, the eggs were rubbery, the bacon was laying in grease. Will not stay there again.

Hotel is recently renovated , has pool, gym and nice stuff. but they have lasting issue with elevators: it seem only 1 passenger and 1 freight are in working condition. Breakfast in Club lounge is boring with stale baked goods, dry omelette, and overcooked oatmeal.

It a pretty good relaxing stay, comfy beds and good service. I would come back again for a night or two. It was kind of hard to get in and out of but overall I think it was pretty nice. Would recommend it to anyone traveling around this area. Keep up the good work.

Stayed here due to proximity of sesame place, as clearly many others do. Family friendly with decent breakfast and frequent shuttle bus to sesame place. Also close to local Mall and other stores. Not 5 stars due to appalling elevator service, one was out of service for duration of stay and really the waits at peak times were unacceptable. Apart from that, would stay again.

I was picking a friend up that was there for a conference.

Nice location, lots of shopping nearby. Large well stocked convenience store on site. Rooms are either just renovated, or exceptionally well maintained. Lots of parking in back, but it's not particularly convenient.

Nice large common area with lounge and Bar. Hotel has recently had a facelift with new carpets and room decor. The bathroom could be improved as it is still a tub style shower. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.

Clean, friendly, close to park. Food and shopping. Very convenient

Service was slow checking in, but the workers were polite and comped us free snacks which is a plus. The rooms were pretty normal, but the Wi-Fi was pretty fast for a hotel.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The staff is attentive to requests and the rooms are very clean.

Was very nice and clean. Family friendly...great room service food is good and atmosphere is appealing can't get much better fit for business trips or family get always beds are comfortable and also nice size tv in room.

Nice hotel. Standard wear and tear. Be prepared for kids since Seasame Place is right across the street.

Nice hotel and great proximity to Sesame Place. The room was nice and clean, bed and linings were great. Towels were not the softest. We ordered room service and they messed one order up, were missing parts of another and didn't give any silverware. They were super apologetic and gave several free cookies which my daughter was happy about. They didn't have an ice machine on each floor which was a pain and their elevators are slow. Our daughter loved that she could look out the window and see Sesame Place! We will certainly stay here on our next visit.

Terrible shuttle for Sesame Place. Better to drive and park

Update as of 9Oct2018: just checked in and found stains on sheets.

The room wasn't clean: towels were dirty, shower had mold spots, and room was dingy. Hotel wasn't accommodating for conference bookings.

Myself and my husband come here atleast 5 times a year and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Plenty of good places to eat in the area.The rooms don't come with a microwave but one call to guest service is all it took within minutes someone was at my door with am microwave never had to leave my room. Only con is the walls are paper thin could literally hear everything and anything in the hallway and in the room across from me.

Great location if taking your family to Sesame Place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is real friendly. Free shuttle provided easy access to the park.

Went for thanksgiving dinner, impeccable service. Great food.

Sheraton has lost its touch in quality and presentation in recent years. I am a die hard Hilton fan, but we needed a stop and this was the only hotel that had a room. We were sent in to a room that we didn't book at first, the person assisting us was too new to be left for check in alone. I understand that things take time, but we were at the check in desk for ten minutes and we were the only people in line. The room was not clean and the shower was filthy. The bar and food closes down very early and the bed was very old. This was one of the worst stays on the entire book tour.

This hotel was top notch. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and all of the staff was friendly. We'll be staying here again when we return to Sesame Place.

The only thing I have to say is the have to check the product in the mini market inside because some stuff was expired and they have to do better with the cable was horrible and they don't have too much channels options for kids and I'm shocked because they're very close to sesame place. But overall was good everything is closed.

Not a nice place at all. It's called "Sheraton" but feels more like a "Days Inn." WAAAAY overpriced for what they offer.

The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to go to Sesame Place. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes which saves $16.the room was clean. The club lounge was stocked well..

I would like to send a shout out to the GM Raminder(I hope I spelled it right) and the Engineer Mike for showing me love during my visit and reminding me that humanity is still alive in this cruel world! I had an awful day and if it wasn't for their kindness and hospitality it could have been worse! They were exceptional and I would recommend staying at this Sheraton if you're ever in the area.Thanks guys for all you do!

Went to a surprise 18th birthday. Venue was beautiful!

They were very rude and nasty more like prejudice. I felt soo bad when I found out the ice makers where removed because the other race( white) said its gonna make noise. Really?

It was fantastic.. I was just there for a fair. I love it!!

This review is for the Easter buffet. The buffet included breakfast options including scrambled eggs, bacom, sausage, and made-to-order omelets. A carving station offered ham, lamb, and prime rib. In addition, lunch options were offered including chicken, fish, potatoes, and string beans. A salad bar provided the usual items. A deli station provided smoked Nova, white fish, bagels, and all the fixings. Sweet baked breads were also available. The dessert offerings were massive and, fortunately, they were displayed at the entrance so we would know to pace ourselves. All the food items were good.

Service at the table was spotty. Beverages were not refilled without effort and plates weren't cleared until we requested. However, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The 18% tip built into the bill seemed excessive considering this was a buffet.

The room was a large, undecorated gray meeting or event room. In other words, there wasn't much atmosphere.

There's plenty of on site, free self-parking.

For a weekend brunch, this is a good option in the area. I'd go back.

This was a very comfortable upscale hotel, my favorite this is its right by the Oxford valley mall, sesame place, and tons of shops and restaurants that me and my family love!

After staying in Bally's at AC this was paradise. Clean, great staff and beautiful rooms and indoor pool. Not much of a view of anything but Sesame Place is right across the street and a shuttle bus is provided for drop off and pick up.

Wasn't cleanest after service. Some parts were missed in the bathroom. Breakfast is great.

I had a work meeting in the rooms upstairs. The continental breakfast and meeting lunches and snacks were wonderful. Staff was very helpful in pointing our guests upstairs to the stadium-style meeting room. Bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were showing their age (weathered wall paper and scratched leather chairs) but all in all it was a good venue for a three day corporate meeting.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed I wasn't a big fan of the pillows. Ordered a sandwich at the bar, very good. Bartender, Tina I believe, was awesome. We had time to talk as the bar was very empty. Great personality, very friendly. I will go back

We got put in 1 of 2 rooms overlooking the lobby, which was kinda weird. That didn't really bother me though, in fairness we did show up late with no reservation. Room was very nice, and pretty quiet. Central air.

The ombiance of this hotel is very warm and inviting. The lobby is perfectly decorated for this Christmas season. The gentleman that checked me in at the front desk was very pleasant. The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and clean. The bedding was clean and the bed and pillows were also comfortable and clean. The hotel also has great amenities and a pool. It is conveniently located by shopping centers and a mall as well as several highways. I would stay here again and would also recommend this hotel.

This is always a pleasure to step in to. Everyone is exceptional with helping everywhere from the restaurant, front desk, and helping set up events being held the. They are direct, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with whatever is needed to make the experience here all the more relaxing, stress free and enjoyable. The restaurant inside the building is my personal favorite place to eat in the area. The food is always absolutely incredible, and the prices aren't overpriced. Everything comes out fresh, and I can't say I've ever had anything that was not cooked correctly. I'm also find of the bartenders, who are both friendly AND amazing at making your drinks for you. I am so genuinely looking forward to my next experience at this hotel, whenever it may be!

Elevators did not work. Had to use service elevator. Breakfast buffet was poor quality.

Nice property. Could use some updating, but overall good rooms and good restaurant and bar. Staff is very friendly.

Great customer service. Our room had a few minor maintenance issues. Room was large with coffee machine and fridge.

From check-in to check-out, the staff at the Sheraton was attentive, kind and helpful. I had several business requests that they were able to accommodate immediately. Love the comfort of the bed and space to breathe in the work area of my room. Will stay here again!
