Have 4 speakers (5528) and radio (prv-19) on my SunChaser Pontoon. Absolute worst audio setup I've ever heard. Shame on Sunchaser for choosing such a lousy product.

Had an issue with my MIL-AMP200BT amplifier in my golf cart. I took the amp out to try and troubleshoot, but didn't have the original wiring harnesses to connect to the power source and speakers. I contacted Prospec and they effortlessly sent me the needed wiring harnesses. Top notch customer service, which is hard to find in today's world.

Had a warranty issue with my system [Inf PRV315 and Milamp 1905] which turned out to be difficult to troubleshoot. It took some time but Steve and Marvin worked with me to get it all sorted out - great customer service and support. System sounds great on my pontoon.

As a UK agent for hot tub retailing, using the right equipment, that will last in such a harsh environment, whilst delivering a great user experience presents all sorts of issues.
However the Milennium PRV series from Prospec, exceeds both our own & our clients needs.
On the rare occasions we have required technical support, we have received working replies & support within the same working day. Given the time zone difference, this we find exceptional.
