Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

just wanted to say how wonder my stay was.they made us feel like a million bucks.. what great customer service.. we will be coming back everytime!! we highly recommend. rooms were stunning, and clean. pool was refreshing.

Clean, convenient location,close to many stores and restaurants

Great price for a nice hotel! Very quiet, well kept rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was lucky to find this place for a last minute work trip!

Very clean and modern rooms. Bar is nice and bartenders were friendly.

Clean, decorated nicely for holidays. Air purifier in room was AMAZING

I had trouble getting a ice bucket for my bagged ice they were giving people, the person at the front desked was suppose to have maintenance bring one but I never received it and to top it off the sheets and/or pillow cases smelled like mildew. Oh and let me not forget about the infestation of lady bugs I found. I tried to recieve some kind of compensation through the third party company that I used (HotelTonight) and still no luck. Think I will stick with Hotwire next time.

It was ok you now have to ask for micro wave .people are nice .price changes alot . I waited all night for waffles .didnt happen. Left there went to quality inn in bensalem .cheaper just as good. Hey i got my waffles lol

Very nice staff who protect their guests privacy and it is very nicely decorated for the holidays

Don't weigh the good with the bad about the reviews. This place is horrible, rooms, bathrooms filthy, bathroom toilet seat falling off. Special requests not fulfilled but charged for. Employees are rude and quick to say, "well you can stay somewhere else" restaurant extremely expensive and food is horrible, no taste, no texture. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Reserve with caution.

We had a death in the family and we talked with Matt Erwin he had set us up so well . we had a real wonderful time. Everything was top notch.

Beautiful place to stay, shuttles to sesame place, rooms r immaculate, guys at front desk, huge help and indoor pool which u can take advantage of in case of rainy day, instead of sesame.

This hotel is much better compared to the Marriott nearby Sesame place. Staff is much more friendly and professional. Place is more well taken care of making it feel more luxurious. They have the softest towels of any hotel I've stayed at So far. One star removed because toilet in our first room was defective and over flooded into carpet. So we needed a room change right away

Very friendly and helpful! This is our Go-To hotel when we need even a day away. Our kids love the indoor pool, especially in the winter.

I am very pleased with the quality, comfort and serivce this hotel had to offer. The location was terrific and offered a frequent shuttle to and from the hotel to Sesame Place The rooms and the hotel lobby were neat and tidy. The staff was very helpful, accomodating, easy going and cooperative. One employee who stood out is Alicia Johnson. She was very helpful, friendly and professional all the way from the time I made a reservation with her till the time we checked out. Ms. Johnson defintely made us feel like that this was our home away from home.
We will defintely back here next year when we visit Sesame Place again.

I've spent the week at the Sheraton. The facilities are very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff has been welcoming and helpful. Overall, my experience has been positive. Negatives include the lack of complimentary breakfast and lack of free coffee in the lounge. Parking is also limited in the front.

Location room and service we're good. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Room service food was late, cold, and disappointing.

The stay at this hotel was nice, it's near all kinds of stores, restaurants and on the strip of a mall.

I went there for Easter Brunch with family. The food was delicious, price was good. Service was excellent. Very happy!

The room itself was fine but the hotel caused several issues with the event I was attending.

We thought the continental breakfast was included. It wasn't. We still got it. It was good but not worth the price.

I have stayed in many places for business and this is a place I would go to again. It is accessible, clean, good service, excellent gym, and pool.

What a nightmare, I would give less than 1 star if I could. We booked a block of rooms for our wedding recently at this location and they made it our whole experience stressful from day one. The sales manager we worked with seemed completely incompetent and had extremely poor communication skills from day one. They had only one working elevator which I should say was semi-working since one of our wedding party got stuck at one point. In our room our sink was clogged, the room was gross and the vents looked like they were not cleaned in some time. Another guest did not have a working toilet. The upper floors had a strong mildew smell. We also wanted to pay for breakfast for our guest the next morning after the wedding. The front desk was supposed to hand out vouchers to our guest but tried to make us do it. When it came time to pay for the breakfast they lost the vouchers our guest handed in (server left with them) so they elected to make up a number to charge us which was much higher than our guest count. So it took them ~2 hours the day of checkout to get this sorted out. Long story short, I am surprised this place is in business. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. If it wasn t for this place, our wedding would have been perfect.

Went in there by accident. I was actually looking for the building behind the Sheraton. But from the outset it did look nice.

The conference facility is a grwat venue. Lots of support to make your program a success.

A weekend getaway since we weren't able to get accommodations at ski resorts. Reasonable accommodation were afforded three bus loads. Plus an abundance off site activities. I like it especially the spaceous rooms and amenities

Rooms are pretty nice and seem to have been redone, they have a gym which seems to be well maintained, and the pool/hot tub area was clean and a nice place to relax.

Mike at the front desk was prompt, professional and courteous. Huge fitness center. All you could want from a hotel, upscale, updated, clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Fantastic overall experience. The Sheraton is an amazing choice for any event- a holiday party, wedding or any other gathering. It has an elegant and professional atmosphere, the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and I definitely look forward to the next time I can attend an event there.

Stayed here one night for a quick trip to sesame place. Hotel surpassed my expectations as the rooms some semi recently updated and clean. Bedding was comfortable though double beds instead of queens were disappointing. Elevators slow. Breakfast buffet also a tad disappointing...when was the last time a full service hotel didn't have an omelette station? Overall good stay at a good price.

Breakfast sucked and I got sick for 3 days after eating here

Ended up going here for the rest of our vacation from a horrible hotel and had a great experience!

Nice big rooms, wifi worked like a dream, breakfast was decent, staff was friendly, room heaters were awesome

I've stayed at plenty of Marriott hotels and it seems this way cosmetically was by far the worst. There was rust on all the bathroom fixtures. We were given a handicap accessible room (which we didn't ask for nor notified that was all the had available). We couldn't even securely lock our door at night and didn't realize it until the next morning. However, they did come to fix it only to discover it couldn't be fixed so they moved us to another room, which was not handicap accessible. I hope they are due for some updates SOON

They ate very nice and hospitable at the front desk. Hotel is clean.

Great rooms and the showers had some water pressure unlike some hotels I've been to.

Great spot. You know you re in the right place when the employees are happy and they ARE! Anthony, David, Donna, Tina and especially Brooke are just proud of where they work and what they do. They made me admire the place even more. Other people may have things to say about what they didn t like about this hotel, however I think the place is great! Beautiful. And you can land a small aircraft in the gym, it s so big.

Nice place to stay. Its right across the road from Sesame Street. Good service, nice staff, clean, great rooms, amenities.

It's conveniently located but I'm taking stars away because the heated pool was cold (heater was broken) which is very disappointing given that we picked this hotel because of the pool

Was a nice location to stay at for our sesame place visit.

I was here for the Reedman-Toll Christmas party last weekend and the place was great. Every part of the hotel was clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I live locally, so I doubt I'd ever need a room for any trip, but I would not have a problem coming back for another party or function.

If you lose power during a Nor'easter, this is the place to stay! Wonderful Staff.

Great staff clean rooms right next to sesame street park. We were able to book same day with joining rooms for kids. After are trip to Hershey park went wrong when park flooded.
Can not say enough after how friendly the staff here has been. We will be coming here again. Only half hour from six flags so great, If you plan on doing both parks.

Thanksgiving was a great event. Lots of food, great service and price was reasonable.

I think it's one of the best hotels around there... Big pool, Jacuzzi, lots of restaurant around. Hotel is clean, friendly, good customers service.

Attended a wedding reception in the ballroom. The room was beautifully set up and the staff was very helpful.
