Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

Had a drink at the bar. Wings smelled good and the lounge was clean. The bar tender was attentive.

Only visited the restaurant. Very good food and good bartenders. What more can you ask for.

Nice and friendly staff. Water pressure sucks and takes a long time to get hot.

Fantastic place for a wedding. The staff was great and the service amazing.

Awesome hotel with good breakfast and a in door pool and hot tub. Very modern rooms and very clean.

Beautiful Hotel although the staff is easily overworked. We booked our room a week in advance and paid for it in advance. When we checked in that night we were told they didn't have the king size room we had rented but have us a equal size room that was handicapped friendly. Thinking nothing of it we went up to our room and began to unpack only to realize there wasn't a bed for our 3 children! We go down to the front desk and was assured they would have a cot sent to the room. One hour later.... No cot. After calling the front desk from or cellphone (house phone didn't work) we were told they couldn't find a cot and so we had to accommodate our kids by having them send up blankets and pillows for them to sleep on the floor. Wasn't a great experience. But aside from that the room was pretty. Although they were a little dirty. The staff was very polite and I felt horrible that the same older gentlemen had to carry up all the items by hand, by himself.
I hope this experience was a fluke but I'm doubtful we'll return to this hotel.

Pretty fancy place at a good rate. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast and great desserts at the restaurant. Fun staff, it was right before Halloween while we were there and they had a pumpkin carving contest. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Its also across the street from the Oxford valley mall.

Great staff, great room, wish the parking was better.

The rooms are very nice but the service is awful. Check in is at 3:00PM. Our room was not ready and was told that they had no control over when housekeeping was going to finish so they could not give us an ETA. The manager was extremely rude and told us that the check in meant it is 3:00PM or later. Our room was not ready till 4:30PM. No apologies or anything. This place will not get my business again.

Nice facilities and room. I appreciate that there are multiple electrical plugs on the nightstand between the beds.

It was very nice our room was nice and very clean. All the employees we're very accommodating and friendly. We took a dip in the pool witch was beautiful. Great night out for me and the hubby.

I didn't actually stay here. I attended an event. The staff assisted me and my wife with getting a room elsewhere since they were booked solid. All surrounding hotels were booked but one opened up when they called but told me no vacancies. So I am greatful to the staff.

It's a good and clean place to stay. It's right across from the park.

Super friendly staff. Easy parking. Beautiful room. And I was delighted their bar was open at night with an amazing bartender, a yummy menu(she said was limited but I didn't feel limited by it). Plus I was able to preorder my breakfast for the next morning. Win win! They are easily the best hotel in the area.

My stay was ok despite that there was no giving warning to any charges that were made if something happens with your stay and they dont agree on. They charged my card 200$ and was not aware of the being due to smoking. When I arrived no one told me this was a smokefree environment. Im so used to hotels were you can smoke as you please as long as you clean up after yourself. Instead of a warning, they automatically charged my card $200. I know it was my fault but instead of a heads up they just took it to their own hands. Also the staff at the front desk are so stuck up and highly rude. They made my stay a living hell everytime I would go to the lobby. Other then that maintenance anf housekeepers are the staffs that really are genuine and nice. I gave them two stars due to payment and staff that made my stay a littke miserable.

Oxford Valley mall location in Langhorne great service great food customer service is awesome I would recommend this hotel to every one.

Nice clean and cozy 5 star I really loved the water cooler it was first of all see through,ice cold filled with ice and to top it off the cooler had sliced lemons and limes in it.

This place has good location next to sesame place, the staff is friendly and helpful, BUT the hygiene issue is extremely bad for many reasons:
1. You can notice old yellow spots on the blankets and pillows.
2. The vent in the bathroom is not working all time, so bathroom smells bad.
3. The water in the pool has a lot of visible particles.
4. Don t be surprised to find some ants on your table joining for breakfast.

Solid hotel for the Sesame Place crowd. The entire staff was friendly and great with kids. Biggest issue was only 1 out of 3 elevators was operational and apparently it's been that way for months. Made for a huge headache Sunday morning as everyone was trying to leave.

Out of 3 elevators, one was out of order for my whole 2 weeks stay. The other two got broken at random intervals. One night the 3 of them were out and I had to climb the stairs to the 14th floor. My key card got demagnetized every couple of days, even though I kept them in different places to avoid this (wallet and backpack). Room was according to expectations. No breakfast included. Nice bar. The parking in front is small, but there is a huge one in the back. Front desk was always willing to help, although they cannot do much about the state of the premises. TL;DR it had better days a bit run down

Convenient location. Good service clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was also great! I will always stay at this place when around!

The hotel i stayed in had a room for gatherings and my friend had a bar mitzva and the staff where very nice and helpful the hotel was very clean

Nice hotel, close to Sesame Place. Provides shuttle service to the park.

2 out of 3 elevator worked and no sign.. Waited 20 mins for an elevator..... Had to run shower water for 10 mins to clear out the black water... 2 star hotel at best.

The atmosphere is great. The trimmings, decor, and desk staff excellent. However, the bartender is terrible as is a 50% of the servers (literally a hit-or-miss at the restaurant). Order taken. Order served. Don't expect to see them again. If you can work past that, then it is worth your patronage. If not... well... go elsewhere.

The MOST UNACCOMODATING HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. First I requested a crib not once, not twice, not three times but 4 and it was still not in the room when we arrived for a late night check in and we had to call down to the front desk after we asked for it when we arrived and the mans said 'he forgot.' Anyone with kids knows the urgency. Then we unknowingly didn't receive our breakfast vouchers and were assaulted in the dining room about it. A simple request would have been more appropriate. Then I wanted to use the pool an hour before it normally opens and when I asked they said no. Well thanks for making my stay so pleasant. NOT!

The sales director was awesome and nice . I needed my cell phone cover that as lost . He found my phone

We stayed here because it is one of the closest to Saseme Street Place. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the amusement park which is great. The staff are pretty friendly. However, the hotel feels like 50 years old. We need to walk a maze from the back entrance connected to the parking lot to the hotel lobby. All amenities are pretty basic.

The hotel is great and very clean, staff are great too, only issue is that they have two passenger elevators and only one is running whenever i am there. If the elevator service was better and not so slow this would be a perfect place to stay.

This was my second stay at a Sheraton, the first one was in China and was great however, this one was pretty bad. There was something wrong with the elevators so it took forever to get from the 1st floor to my room on the 15th floor and vice versa. When riding the elevator it would stop at random floors which was probably why the elevator took so long.
The breakfast was not good but I am glad that it was free and I didn t have to pay for it. Our bathroom had a Light bulb out and the exhaust fan didn t work so I'm not sure how the maids could have missed this.

Overall the hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly. But there was a few things about this hotel that will stop me from staying there again. When we first arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the room was but after going into the restroom, I turn the lights on and sparks went flying everywhere causing the circuit to pop. So I reset it and lights come on. After an hour or so I decided to take a shower and sure enough it happened again but this time it wouldn't reset so I had to use my cell phone as a flashlight just so I can take a shower (It was just as dark as having nothing). We went out to dinner and after returning, all the lights in the hallway and our room were completely out. I called front desk and they stated they had a power outage. Ok fine, so now I get to use the restroom in the dark again. We returned to the hotel early so we can watch a movie but we couldn't even do that. Overall the stay was very poor for that reason and I know this issue wasn't in the hotel's control but I do know some other floor/rooms had power because we saw lights on and heard TVs. So for the fact that we weren't offered to be moved will result in a negative feedback and will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone I know. And the only reason I gave it an extra star is because the room was very clean.

Have not stayed there but called four times to block off 20 rooms because I was coming in for a basketball tournament with two teams and did not hear anything back. I guess they didn t want the business. I ended up calling Courtyard Marriott in Langhorne and got nothing but amazing customer service. I spoke to someone right away and made my room arrangements the same day I called instead of waiting a week for a phone call back like I did with the Sheraton.

The staff was very pleasant which was a plus, although there were some downfalls to this hotel. Upon entering the room I noticed the light did not work, so the room was a little darker than what I would have liked. The towels were in low supply. The iron did not work properly. I ordered food and the pizza was by far the worst pizza I've ever tasted. It was so terrible that no amount of salt or hot sauce could mask its deficiency. The wine that I ordered was so-so. The upside was the rooms were very clean and I appreciated the hot tube, pool and fitness center. All-in-all, I would say this hotel is "okay." I would stay here again and not enter with as high of expectations.

This is a holder spot for what I am going to write while I calm down and get home from out relaxing stay at this hotel... GM and the owners of this hotel get ready beachside your lucky I didn t call the local Fire Department for your dangerous conditions. More to follow!!

Pretty good hotel behind the tv was dusty but the ac filters were completely clean which is actually pretty rare. Every room had a mini fridge which is cool. The walls were pretty thin between rooms and the drain seemed to clog easily after shower it was slower. The staff was pleasant and helpful

Rooms were very clean and well decorated. Beds were soft and the bathroom was immaculate. Blackout curtains were also a happy courtesy. Checking in and checking out took a few seconds and there was alwaus staff available when we had questions. The parking garage connected to the hotel was a welcome addition as well. The only problem I can think of is that the elevators were small and extremely slow so you might want to take the stairs if possible to save yourself the time.

Great customer service. Our room had a few minor maintenance issues. Room was large with coffee machine and fridge.

I was here for a show so I did not see any of the hotel rooms but everything else was very nice and well maintained. Especially the bar staff. We were there super early and not your typical "customers" but she served us coffee st the bar and was very nice! I love the fireplace and couches definitely a comfy vibe

Dusty carpet and furniture, only one night lamp besides double bed, insufficient lighting in the room, low pressure in the shower.

Ok. Bed and pillows were unbelievable. Hotel is clean and bathroom was super nice.

Was at the SBC for a work conference. The room itself was a nice size, and the was smoke space just outside the room for chatting and moving about. My only critique would be that the food was just okay.

The rooms were huge enough for the 100 people that showed up which was great. The service was excellent! The hotel itself was very beautiful.
