Sheraton Bucks County Hotel Review

Loved, loved this hotel. We chose it because of its proximity to Sesame, its great reviews and it's free shuttle. The hotel is clean, the room was small but super functional. The wait for the shuttle was only 5 minutes going and coming. They have an amazing *kiosk/store that has everything under the sun. After a day at Sesame I needed Tylenol. Every imaginable convenience item can be found here. The staff was so friendly, helpful, the shuttle drivers were so nice. I would stay here again.

Charged for parking, not good. But, room was nice. Couldn't get room service to pickup and delivery place in Jersey siked us out took our order never came so was starving and no morning breakfast served complimentary so, make sure you have extra funds.

Small comfortable rooms. Found the bar to be overpriced and breakfast buffet wasn't the best food. Eggs and bacon were overcooked. Staff is friendly. Lock wasn't working in door the first night and on the second day they had to be reminded. The gym room is large and the equipment is in good shape. Right across from sesame park which is a plus. The people driving shuttles were very nice. Room is clean just dated and TV channels weren't working all the time. The free WiFi works great! Requested a microwave before hand and never received. Overall 3/5 stars.

It is a very clean hotel where employees are very friendly and the location is convenient.

Not only is the hotel clean and the beds and pillows amazing, but the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Location is perfect. All the wholesale shops are around this hotel, including best buy. Hotel service is really great. Snacks in the lounge and morning breakfast are good.

My favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area. Clean, beautiful, comfortabe rooms, nice dining options. Close to the mall and easy access to highways.

Besides not being able to check in until 5pm bc our room wasn't ready everything was great.

Nicely sized, clean room with a king-size bed and friendly staff. The hotel is only a short distance from shopping areas and not far from Philadelphia.

Loved the room we were in for our conference on Sunday. Only complaint, no trashcan throughout building and no toilet paper in two women's stalls!

The food was served on time and was well done. The waitresses were very polite and attentive.

Holiday party for work. Great food, very Nice space. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Definitely would recommend for a venue.

Location was great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and park. There is a shuttle that goes every 10-15 minutes which is extremely convenient. Rooms was very large, modern, and clean, though the bathroom was very small. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again

Okay experience. Staff was helpful. Ice machines are non existent on the floors and going down to the lobby bar was only option. Food available at the hotel was okay. Rooms were clean and not too beat up. Streamlined checkout did not seem to be available. Meeting rooms were nice but the bathrooms by the meeting rooms were small and inadequate for the function.

Nice, clean, modern hotel close to Sesame Place. The shuttles run continuously and didn't take more than 10 minutes. The shuttle drivers are excellent. Would stay again!

No free breakfast. Decent hotel. Clean. Some restaurants close by. Large enough to accommodate big groups. Points still not merged with Marriott.

Convenient stay while visiting Sesame Place. Many families will small children stay here. The shuttle to Sesame is nice, but wish there was a sidewalk to walk there.

Had some problems with the stay but management went above and beyond to make it right. Resteraunt staff was phenomenal.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The rooms were updated and had a comfortable bed. The elevators here need some work. It took entirely too long for the elevator to arrive.

We stayed at the Sheraton Bucks County a couple of years ago and it was just okay. Wow what a difference a couple of years makes! Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The entire hotel is remodeled, and they did a great job. It's modern but warm. The service was fabulous. Sue, our shuttle driver for Sesame Place, was very friendly and helpful. And Fran and Viana in the restaurant were exemplary waitresses. The food was outstanding -- get the breakfast buffet. The hotel room itself and the beds were cozy and comfortable. They cannot improve anywhere or on anything. Great experience and great place to stay if you are visiting Sesame Place. Very family friendly. We will be back soon!!! We noticed the negative reviews here, which did not match our experience at all. We are SPG members and stayed at the club level, so perhaps the quality of the rooms is a little higher as a Starwood Preferred Member?

Attended a company event and used their conference room which was clean and organized

Very nice hotel for families.. they provide cribs and highchairs for babies too. Swimming pool is nice.. good for anyone going to sesame place. Don't try to cross streets because no sidewalks.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. It is very clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed the free shuttle to Sesame Place. The indoor pool is also a great way to extend the fun after the park closed.

beautiful hotel first of all. but there were no vending machines and they wanted to charge for ice! the tv was damaged so only half the screen worked. the pool was extremely dark at night.

Went for an in-service. The place looks nice. Restaurant was closed but several places near bye. Maybe if I was a guest I would have more information.

Everyone is so friendly here. They fawned over my daughter and gave her Sesame toothbrushes just for being cute.

I like this location. Clean and modern rooms. I enjoyed my stay. Peace and quiet was nice here and I didn't have any problems with the room or service. Everything went smoothly and I can appreciate that. That is worth the higher price compared to the more affordable chains. You get what you pay for. However no Trump towers this is a accommodation with great value for the price point. Always remember. You get what you pay for. Thanks Sheraton. I appreciate the good experience.

This place needs maintenance! Always booked / packed in summer because of Sesame Place. Not much choice in the area so people go. Elevators are always down. Rooms need refreshing. From parking in back not parent / handicap friendly with stairs and manual doors.

First time here. Was greeted with a very warm welcome. Room spacious, CLEAN, and comfortable. Will return.

It's a decent parking lot hotel near many shops and stores. Its biggest attraction is it central location to Sesame Street, the Oxford Valley Mall and restaurants of all kinds. It's best feature for families is the nicely sized indoor pool.

Everything was great.

Only exception is that the air conditioning in the breakfast room was so cold all my food was cold by the time I walked to my table. Great place but turn the AC down a bit ?

The rooms very clean, the television is a little outdated. The staff is very polite and courteous.

The room was clean. So was the shower and bathroom. Breakfast was free and the wifi was free. Excellent service. My only complaint is the quality of the breakfast.

We stayed at club level. The room and bathroom were very nice and very clean. Love the thermostat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My overall stay was great. No issues at all.

Awesome staff! Only bad thing is that they only have one elevator for a 15 floor hotel full of families with kids and strollers!!!

Stayed here while visiting Sesame Place. Very convenient! Parking was a bit crazy on the weekends but fine during the week. Great restaurants and an amazing Bakery in the plaza next door. The room had some signs of aging but we would stay again

Nice stay in PA. The room was nice, service was fine, and check in / check out was a breeze. Some renovations on my floor but I didn't mind too much.

We came back at night to find room never cleaned ,moved to another room to find AC not working and smelly carpets. Instead of moving to a third room at the same night,we decided to leave to Spring hill by Mariott which is just a minute away and way better.
Two elevators out of 3 were working, wirepool jets out of service, no electrical fixtures next to beds to charge phones, no microwave in rooms but they got friendly staff especially the shuttle drivers. I don't think I will come back, SprinHill is the one to go if you are here for Sesame.

The Princeton Rm was very nice and was well catered!
