Horror hotel, best if they take it down. The rooms smell of mold. The great staff offered another room but as soon as the AC start running the mold smell is back and within an hour I felt like I had a cold and got a thick throat. We decided at 3am to no longer take it and check out. Driving to the Mercure right now, worst stay ever. Don't risk it, seriously.

I went to a meal. Ayana Hotel, Hilton, grade is the same even if the name is changed. However, I feel sorry for customers less than before.

The view at night is good with a variety of lights and changing sili planes departing and landing.

Awaiting flights close to the airport. Only 5 minutes.

I love the historical infrastructure and the big rooms. However the rooms are dated and you get mosquitoes within the room. I get friendly counter service upon arrival.

A place that will be comfortable for all activities.

A nice place to stay. It take only 5-10 minutes to get to the airport by a shuttle bus that provided by Bandara International Hotel. Love it!

A hotel very close to Soekarno Hatta International Airport! Complete with a swimming pool, spa, gym there is also a sauna, plus a heated pool. But it's a shame when the pandemic was still closed because of the existing regulations. Overall it will be comfortable to transit here!

Old Hotels in the airport area but let us stay comfortable with satisfying service

Hotel is well maintained, when you're there, you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It offers some sort of peace

The rear view is good because there is a lake. The food is good, the swimming pool is large. Friendly waiters. It's just a shame maybe because PSBB and the lack of visitors, so the back part which looks like a villa is less well maintained.

Need to improve services such as neighboring International Airport

Clean spacious room .... choice of view to the outside is better, parking a bit far

The check in was very late and the room smelled musty because of the old hotel

Great location close to the airport. The hotel is about 20 years old and could do with some refurbishment. Though the staff are excellent and so very helpful.

This hotel doesnt even merit 4 stars and the price is quite high comparing the offered service ...

First of all, I find that the free shuttle bus from the airport is a really good service especially if you are foreigner and you come from a long flight. however, evenif you anticipated everything before with the hotel by giving them your flight number, you wont find the bus and you would be forced to call them (roam service if you are foreigner again) and it costed me very more than if I ordered directly any taxi.
Once arrived to the hotel, I was waiting for a presentation of all the services but nothing (I came two times and same thing with 2 persons in the entrance) I wasnt even guided to my room the second time and it was very hard for me to find it. This is scandalous for a 5 stars hotel ...

In the way to the room and even in the room, it smells the moisture and the mosquitoes are every where, I was bitten on the lobby, on my room and also on the restaurant.

the breakfast is complete and very good.

The room lacked small towels first day and the bathrob the second day. the iron was old and tarnished my shirt.

there is a spa center in the hotel but it s not frer (sauna and steam is a minimum ...)

however, what shocked me the lot, is the last day, I checked out in the morning and I asked the stuff if I can enjoy the swimming pool for the afternoon before my late flight and they answer was No. I need to pay for that.
This is scandalous again and it's the first time I see that in a hotel ...

Nice ambience with an ancient backdrops. Convenient to and from the Jakarta airport with half hour scheduled shuttles. Food wise is good but expensive though. Imagine buffet breakfast is at Rp188,000 before tax and service charges.... and varieties served weren't great....

4 stars hotel is located from the airport 10 minutes by taxi 35 thousand from the airport The hotel is good for transit trips or who wants to sleep to wake up in the morning to go to the airport instead of coming from central Jakarta or the mountain or any distant place or the greasy staff treat them upscale and excellent breakfast flawless no shopping Or supplies and also a bit old

Ex Sheraton airport hotel. The condition of the hotel is still as before. The building is old, but the strategic location, suitable for those who want to transit for next day flight, once close to the CGK

Missed a flight and stayed here until next day, and was very pleased. Take this place in context: it's effectively an airport hotel, and it's not new. But for what it is, it's unexpectedly nice: lush greenery, pretty pool, a site looking over water, and a resort-style layout. It's dated in appearance, and the hallways aren't air-conditioned, but the bed was great, and the food tasty. People are lovely, hard-working, and helpful, but not moving at the speed of a business hotel downtown. If you need that... then go to a business hotel downtown. :-) Whereas, If you know what you're getting here, and calibrate your expectations, it's surprisingly enjoyable.

Large room, quite old school feel but hey, you know what they say. Old is gold

The best hotel near Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta but the rate is quite high

the atmosphere is shady with lots of trees and there is a lake behind the hotel so it feels beautiful and comfortable

I just came here, didn't stay overnight but even so my impression of the hotel was good, the service was friendly and the place was clean, tidy strategically

Great hotel and friendly staff. Confusing pricing on what is or is not included. FYI there is no lake anymore, it dried up so Google maps is wrong.

Staff was really cooperative specially at the reception girl name Monika. She provided all the information which I required.

The hotel has a pick-up shuttle from and to Soeta airport, but I forgot to leave my original HP Vivo charger before flying to Japan in November 2017. After returning I contacted the hotel, but they said there were no chargers left behind

The place is close to the airport .... Pretty convenient for transit
