Staff very friendly and accommodating but the hotel needs a facelift

The airport is quite strategic, but the premiere road is too far from its turn if it is behind

An hotel which used to be good
No more management, old furniture, ripped outdoor furniture, ourdate meeting rooms...

Not professional at all in resolving when tombil problems with customers

Good place for transit if you prepare for go to airport and they have free breakfast and bus..enjoy it

Huge major step down at linjani restaurant. Me and my family used to have buffet dinner here at least once a month. But today, i was quiet disappointed. With now foods are far less varieties, indonesian foods is now down only to 3 menus, before there was more. However, the staff was friendly unfortunately there was one chef went out and staring at us was a bit disturbing, no welcome greet whatsoever.

Thank God ... I am satisfied to stay at an international airport hotel ... great

So sad, this was a really proud hotel in the Starwood era. Now it is lonely and many bushes. Hey, anyone who has stopped here in the past.

A convenient hotel near the airport,albeit the dim corridors dampen the distance advantage.

I felt it was impossible to spend the night in the smelly room and checked out in less than an hour after arriving. Although I knew 100% of the cancellation fee, I was charged after returning home without any explanation up to the + 50% fee of the scheduled late checkout. You should use another hotel around the airport.

The hotel campus was beautiful, rooms are large, accommodating, and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The pool and surrounding area is well kept, and the fitness center was well-stocked. The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had many items to choose from. The price was very reasonable, and the 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport was another huge positive. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Come here while waiting for a flight for the Umrah ... the service is quite good, the provision of prayer rooms is quite comfortable and the food is also pretty good ...

There are airport-hotel transportation facilities every 30 minutes. Service is very good but the building and hotel rooms are getting old so it looks dirty and not good.

The best star hotel near Soekarno Hatta airport with very good and friendly service and very complete supporting facilities so you have better quality breaks

Need major upgrade, many facilities including the lift were rundown.

Very pleasant stay here, exquisite Balinese architectural design and landscape, the rooms are conservative, classic interior, close proximity with the airport....would recommend to all for staying here.....

A hotel that is quite old, but very well maintained

We stayed there 1 night on the way to Bali and another on the way back to Dubai. The hotel is alright for the price, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean but somewhat old. Breakfast has limited options but does the job. Overall, I say it was a decent experience.

Location is near airport and there's nothing around. Room furnishing is very old. It carried over the decor and furniture of previous Sheraton brand. Many mosquitos inside the hotel area. Got bitten a few times during my stay.

Large room, helpful and polite staff, they also provide shuttle bis to airport

Departing round trip is not convenient because of the paday traffic flow

Very nice room amenities with great view to the lake. The kids had a great time at the swimming pool. Friendly service and quick check in process.

Very outdated hotel. Smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets. But convenient location close to the airport and decent lobby

Overnight stay!

Hotel staff are very friendly, easy to talk to and informative.
Shuttle service from Airport was easy to find and very helpful.
Rooms are neat and well maintained. Bed was very comfy and although my room was relatively close to road, very quiet.
Very happy overall.

Near the airport and 5 star hotel. Even though the building is old, it has been managed very carefully so don't feel any inconvenient. Before it was sheraton hotel but from last year it went under accor group.

The atmosphere is pleasant to be in this hotel. Especially being in the area of the Soekarno Hatta International Airport environment. A plus point Overnight here.
