Nice hotel, what about extra sign for easier to find

Near from airport. Comfortable hotel with friendly staff

The location of parking is confused and far from lobby. Not so good as managed by sheraton before........

Nice place, near to airport but not many attractions around the hotel

the parking lot is so far away, the entrance is too dark and the portal is too closed already security is waiting inside the post.

We are doing a workshop meetup here. The room and facilities really good, it is really quite here so you can focus on your meeting. The buffet taste quite good but I think its not too many variation on food.

Best place to live on the vicinity of Jakarta Airport

Still have a great view of the lake, and kinda cozy chillin out on the pool with a bar as well

For the facilities and comfort of the room, okay ... but for the service and friendliness of the hotel staff from the front office, banquet, restaurant waiter, not friendly to the customer, less smile and greetings .. I was there for 3 days and not comfortable with the service system ... very far from the word 5-star HOTEL .... hopefully soon repaired for its service system

Food is delicious, meeting room comfy, staff is friendly, so quiet nowadays.

Miso salmon in Restaurant beside the pool made my stomach and head hurt

Considering Jakarta is very stuck, and we returned to Surabaya via Soekarno Hatta ... then we decided to spend the night here. Even though the hotel is old, but it used to carry the name Sheraton and now is under the management of the ACCOR, it is a guarantee of international standards.

A lavish hotel near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. It's so close to the Airport, about 5 minutes.

Surrounding by the government project make the street in front of hotel so dusty it make the wonderful hotel little bit dusty inside

Nice and quite place, very good food, nice bar, nice swimming pool, good room, nice and helpfull crews, quick response if there is any which we need help (for maintenance problems), not only romantic place but also very good for business appointment.
