This hotel was known as Sheraton until few years ago when Accor takes over and changed the name into Bandara International Hotel. Still same building and I recognized some old staffs who I've known after staying there frequently for business trips.

The hotel is located in a spacious area, with immaculate design and makes you feel right away at home. Can't deny it looks a little old already now, but everything is relatively well-maintained. Most staffs speak good English and the food is just awesome. They cater to early-morning airport shuttle pickup and dropoff.

I definitely like staying here whenever I'm in Jakarta for business trip. And definitely not going anywhere else!

Poor, grab n gojek mw ngtartar food to the hotel occupants do not be able to attribute, must take off the helmet n jacket and then told to park far away ..

A good meeting room ... the rooms are ok .... the service is ok ... cm the meeting package food is minimum but ... lunch is salty ... but maybe just right ... the rest is ok.

For an older hotel the place is well maintained and has a relaxing atmosphere. Recommended place to stay for a stopover in Jakarta with a free shuttle.

Decent hotel with great service for an airport transit and a good night's sleep. Hotel shuttle was on time and waiting to pick us up. Breakfast and spa both excellent. Hotel itself could use some updating.

I stayed there for one night only. The room is huge. I found it a bit difficult to find my way around, it's a maze of streets to get to the room. On the other hand, it is an impressive and well-kept hotel

Though it's old building, the room is spacy and the interior is pretty good. They provide various food for breakfast. However, the lunch and dinner for meeting package should be upgraded, could be better than this

This hotel is already in the airport area. susana hotel like a resort. the room was nice (used to be a sheraton). for a nice swimming pool, there is only a little lack of privacy because it is close to the function room, if the function room is right when there is an event, people can see directly into the pool averall the hotel is great !! This hotel is a five star predicate, with very good and satisfying service. The hotel is equipped with various business and leisure facilities.

The hotel is strategic, luxurious and comfortable, except that it needs more modern interior repairs, moreover having become part of Accor Group should have aesthetic standards that need to be periodically updated. Tks.

the hotel honestly is very nice... but little bit old. They used to have open area in the hallway, but they closed all with window.. so the area bit stuffy... overall room is clean and spacious...

Beautiful hotel with classical design interior. Went there for a meeting with snack and lunch provided. The meals are all lovely, they have a wide selection of meals for lunch and the snack for coffee break are all delicious. They have a really good coffee machine in the restaurant. Overall a pleasant visit.

It's an old hotel. Spacious hotel. There is construction ahead so you must enter parking lot from behind then walk a bit. Tried their linjani restaurant and have brewed coffee. Taste great. Perfect service, we hangout until late but the waiter didn't say their gonna close
