The place looks nice at night...i had dinner at this hotel..BBQ near swimming pool..but need a little improvement on the food i think..
The fish was not really fresh..eventhough the place is nice..and there is live music too..but really..for me the food need improvement..

Old-fashioned property, less clean. I am itchy because the sheets are dusty. The rules are strict but weird. Chiller is not permissible, so my ASI is wasted due to stale.

Toothbrush is only 1pc? In-room breakfast / dining set is there no soy sauce? This is not a 5 * hotel std, because it is not a low cost hotel. Car park far from lobby, but there is also a valet service. The room is divided into several wing zones, minimal sign-direction from room to lobby, I often stray and have to wonder. Sorry ... One room key was carried out when checking out.

Staying here feels like being in Bali, lots of trees, there are artificial lakes, swimming pools and mini bars ....
The room is quite spacious, only the bathroom is a little smaller, in the room there is an emergency flashlight, iron. AC is good ... it's still cold, even though the hotel is a bit old ... but still good.
The hotel is 2 floors ... with the right and left wing 4 floors ... the directions of the rooms are not directed, when I first looked for a room, strayed several times.
The parking lot is quite spacious ... there are 2 parking lots.
Breakfast, the food is quite tasty even though it looks ordinary, but good quality, can make your own juice.

The landscape environment is very good, the room is quite big, the interior is also good, but the bathroom equipment is outdated, close to the airport, overall good.

A pretty old hotel, formerly Sheraton. The location and service are good, pick up and drop service to the airport, 15mns. Food is great just more expensive compared to the other restaurants at the hotel around Soetta airport, you have to take taxi to go the other restaurants. There are few rooms building separated from the main one, i got right at the end when I stay, the alley was very quite and the lighting not really bright.

Bandara International Hotel by Accor Hotels will close permanently. And it will also be demolished to make way for the crossfield taxiway at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

Everything is very satisfying, starting from the airport shuttle facility that is available every 30 minutes. The facilities are very complete, starting from joggingtrack, fitness center, swimming pool, rooms are also nice and comfortable. Come before 2 o'clock, but you can check (good). The most amazing thing is, stay here because there is an official member promo. Thank you

Very nice hotel in the older style. Easy to reach from the airport by shuttle bus. Nice friendly staff.

It is a great hotel to stay for one night. There is no much to do as it is near the airport which is around 5 minutes away. The hotel need some renovation. The stuff were so friendly. Buffet breakfast was good too. The only issue was when I checked out I call the service desk twice to ask someone to help me carrying my luggage but no body showed up

Really not up to 5 stars. Terrible reception service, booking a superior room 39 m2, we were given a lower range and 25 m2, hotel in the whole old and outdated.

This hotel used to be a Sheraton hotel before it changed into the hotel that it is now. It's spacious. Some area are empty and a bit scary tho. It gives me that old or classic feelings with all the ornaments and the building style. The food was so good. There was so many selection. The staffs are nice as well. The shuttle is once every two hours if I'm not mistaken and it's very convenient because it's so close to the airport.

The place is comfortable, the food is quite tasty, the price is quite expensive.

Now, the Sherman jdi, it doesn't matter how beautiful he is

45 min for shuttle to get us at airport when they knew we were coming... Mosquitos in my room... Room hot on arrival and a/c was Luke cold... Dropped temp 1 degree in 10 hours... Not really up to pics... Dated... Grounds nice and staff nice

Unfortunately Soekarno Hatta Airport does not allow online taxis to pick up at the terminal
