Very nice and clean. I attended a roadshow in one of the meeting halls. The food was great and temps were comfortable. The parking garage only accommodates vehicles 6' 6" high. If your like me and have a 7ft high work van you need to use the oversize parking but it's very limited, think 15 cars or less.

I've stayed at ~75 Marriott/SPG hotels this year. This was my first stay at a Sheraton. I expected a little more. The cable machine in the gym was broken (without a sign of caution) and my options were limited with no queen rooms. I probably won't book a Sheraton again.

This is our favorite hotel selected by my husband ...

This is our favorite hotel selected by my husband to cheer me up while I had cancer treatment at GBMC. He thought the skywalk connecting to Towson Town Center would help. We have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We feel like family and always look forward to our visits. -- Carolyn D.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but with an almost full hotel due to multiple events, it was frustrating that it took 3 days to get more than just 1 of their 3 elevators working.

Off to a good start. Night desk person was professional and efficient. After being on the road for two days was looking forward to a decent night's sleep. Woman in the next room was yelling at someone. Called down to the front desk to complain. They said they would send someone to address it. Don't know if they did but the yelling continued. People walking up and down the hallways at all hours talking loud. Hotel management, in my estimation has an obligation to see that one guests behavior does not infringe upon another guests stay. Sheraton failed to do this and as a result I got NO SLEEP. The desk attendant in the morning acted like he didn't belong there. It took him several minutes to address me and once he did, didn't seem to know his job. He was neither engaged nor personable. Not someone you want representing you. And the ten dollar parking fee is ridiculous. The hotel is nice. And it is comfortable. But I would not stay there again.

Review update: It appears that the staff here is hit or miss. The rooms are at a 3 star level, ice machine doesn't provide ice, you have to go to two different floors if you want vending machine drink or snack. Wait staff is a hit or miss, sometimes they are professional sometimes you feel like you're in a Waffle House. I would never pay to stay here, the only reason I am a repeat customer is because my company make me book the hotel for business trips.

Older review: The staff here are incompetent, lack professionalism and lazy. My company has an account with Sheraton so when I went to a meeting in Towson I stayed here. We are supposed to get complimentary parking and breakfast. The gentleman and the front failed to tell me any of this so I was paying for parking. It wasn't until I got to work that someone told me what should have happened. In I approached the guy that had checked me in he acted like he didn't want to be bothered. All I can say is WOW!

Only giving three stars because of the good location, good parking, and friendly front desk staff. Had a reservation for 4 nights that I made 4 months prior for a king size bed and they still didn't have one available when I arrived, gave the impression that they either plan horribly or didn't care much. The double bed room I got was horribly placed in the far corner of the hotel and the door card reader messed up on multiple occasions causing unneeded trips all across the hotel. It was super hot and the thermostat in the room wouldn't work either.

I've stayed in the hotel a few times already and my experiences here have always been pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel staff was nice and very responsive (was given wrong room from the one i booked and informed the staff about it... they not only gave us a free room upgrade but they also took care of our parking fees too).

Also, very close to the mall and places around the towson/lutherville/and Towson University.

I personally pay attention to details at hotels because they can be in the middle of nowhere or can be in busy places like Towson, and service can be poor. The hotel was nice and service was excellent. I would definitely add this to the list of places to stay.

Both beds have massiv dip in the middle. Asked for hot water; lady said there is delivery fee after she delivered the water to my room. Never heard of delivery fee in a hotel in my life (for HOT WATER no less) and i have asked for water twice in my two days of stay...only that lady decided that there should be a delivery fee. . I wanted to tell her if she wants a tip...probably should change her attitude and work for it

The Sheraton has always had an immaculate appearan...

The Sheraton has always had an immaculate appearance in the 15 years I've been in its periphery. The pool, exercise room and ground floor accommodations appear to be maintained well and staffed adequately, and any impediments to regular function or traffic through (it lies between the Towson Town Center mall and Goucher College) the building have had an adequate amount of warning in the form of signage.

The Sheraton Baltimore North is clean, has comfortable rooms, and it is located next to the the Towson Shopping Center in Maryland. You can walk directly over to the mall via skybridge. It's convenient for shopping, it's rates, and the staff is efficient. I wanted a microwave at one point and couldn't find one, but made do. I will say that this is not the hotel you want to stay at if you didn't drive and have an interest in spending your time in central Baltimore or get back to the airport because the rides via taxi or ride share will be expensive. Otherwise, I had a great stay and can definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a 3-night business trip. Its a Sheraton, so it is fine, but avoid odd-numbered rooms. You end up on the side closer to the Towson mall and the TGI Fridays (or some other shameful joint) is just blasting music until late. The hotel itself is fine. Except for the carpet, which uses the same carpet pattern as the one found in The Shining. So that's fun.

This is great location hotel but poorly managed. Found frustrated customers at front desk every time arguing with staff about their dissatisfaction. This hotel has three elevators which are very slow and break down easily. Some vending machines never accepted cash during my stay. Elevator floors were stinky. Check-in Time is 3 PM. I didn't expect room cleaning staff still in hallways after 3 PM with cleaning carts and garbage bags hanging there.

On check in , staff didn't explain about elevator, wifi, breakfast etc. Breakfast was included in my reservation which was denied by front desk. (Later they adjusted it by issuing vouchers).
At Rain Restaurant, staff frequently did mistakes issuing wrong customers bill with wrong card. They ran out og Breakfast food by 8 AM (Breakfast Time is 6 to 10 AM)

Only satisfactory thing was Room ! Room was clean and had good comfortable bed/pillows.

In a nutshell, I will never book this hotel again. Not happy at all !

The wonderful manager, Charlie, turned an unpleasant experience into a very pleasant one. He did an excellent job of hearing our concerns and addressing them head-on. He more than made up for the negative initial experience. Very pleased! Would highly recommend!
