The staff was amazing, rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel but seemed understaffed. Big problems if you need a wifi connection for work. Wifi never worked and no one at the hotel could get it working. No paid Wifi available either. Wi-Fi is essential if you plan on doing any type of business which I was. Fortunately there's a Starbucks with Wi-Fi across the street. I also paid for Club level and there was no breakfast available in the morning. The front desk did offer me a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant downstairs though. These are things that are quite inconvenient if you are away on business. I just expect more from SPG.

Was a nice hotel at one time, great location so guess the reason so many stay.
The hotel has a nice lobby but the rooms, gym, fixtures are old an need updating.
They have a single serve old coffee machine to fit a pod, but they give you a huge Starbucks coffee packet that doesnt even fit in the tray. I tried my best to squish it in there but the coffee spilled over the desk, guess its the main reason for all the stains on the desk table, which by the way is completely gross especially if you have work to do. Feel like your working in a subway restroom.
Dirt everywhere- on mattress that was drug on the concrete floor perhaps? Switches and outlets with years of black dirt/crud, stained desk for working.
Got a great rate from online site hot wire however will select a newer hotel next trip.

The hotel is very beautiful and well kept. The rooms are a nice size and are updated. The bed is a little on the squishy side so you have to like those types of beds. My biggest issue is that we were placed on a very busy floor. The hotel has 12 floors, I don't see why it was necessary.

This is a hidden gem. This hotel does a great job from check in to check out. Evening guest reception was outstanding. One of the best I seen across the USA.

Hotel was clean and Staff was very nice. But the hotel is just old and could use a renovation. Luckily the gym was actually pretty good (several cardio machines, bench, universal, some mats, bosu ball, etc), although it could use some more space.

We asked for a room service menu and never received it so we ordered from Fridays across the street instead

For the price, it is no we're near as nice as it should be. That said, the sheets and pillows we're fantastic so we had a great night's sleep. But it feels like a cheaper hotel that was renovated and charging above it's weight.

Very nice hotel, a bit expensive at $175 all in for a King. Upgraded me to club floor with nice hot breakfast in morning.

Posh rooms, and the wedding coordination staff is on point

Was in a wedding and the reception was amazing. Staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were ok. A little dated but nice.

Slept on the murphy bed. Matress and pillows too soft. The overall experience was excellent.

Decent hotel. Food is ok. Nice conference room and facilities. With a mall, supermarket and small shops just opposite.

I was not happy with my stay because they charge $12 a day for parking, there towels where not soft and they ran out of wash cloths. What large chain does that.

Josh I think the Director of operations.... he is the best when it comes to customer service. I can t tell you how NICE he was. I stayed there about 2 weeks back and I forgot to write a review. He was extremely friendly and gave me refund for the night the staff didn t let me in since they didn t find my name in the reservation but I m not complaining. He handled the situation in the best professional way possible. He is the best fit for his role. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the water pressure was low. Otherwise it was great and within walking distance of downtown Towson

Beds are comfortable. Water pressure isn't great. AC seems a little stuffy. TV selection is great, but default settings stretch certain shows. Great view outside. Nice location.

Good venue for corporate events. Staff is very accommodating. There's an on-site bar and restaurant. They will validate your parking as well.

was ok.... maybe they could use another elevator. Or get the "freight" elevator near the two passenger ones available for people. There was a lot of elevator traffic :) a busy weekend.

at a private event for work the hotel was very clean and nice. the staff was courteous. only issue was must pay to park.

Was there to pickup a 57 passenger group. The facility had enough room to maneuver the coach. The staff was professional and friendly. Every area I visited inside of the facility was well appointed and clean.

We arrived at the hotel and room service was still cleaning at around 6:45, but we walked past both a wedding and a toddler beauty pageant leaving at the same time, so I don't entirely blame them. We spoke to the woman at the front desk and got our room changed no problem. $10 for parking overnight, but as long as you validate parking at the front desk you can come in and out no problem.

Came to Sheraton Hotel for a corporate event and was very impressed by the cleanliness. The food catered was amazing and the staff knew what allergens were in the food. Wish I could try the hospitality of the rooms, but for now I just want to say thank you for the 5 star service!!

Great location, great service, the general amenities are decent. The plugs, at least in my room seem to be lacking, at the desk if you want to plug in your work computer for example the only available plug is at the front of the desk, so it can make your chords a bit annoying.

Clean rooms. Nice location. Tons of restaurants in walking distance

My stay at the Sheraton was excellent. The service was awesome. I will be back.

The Sheraton Baltimore North is a nice hotel and in a very convenient location for anything to do in northBaltimore, especially around Towson.

Unfortunately, I must post a negative review. Check in is supposed to be at 3:00, however it is 5:30 and they do not have our keys yet. They over booked the hotel by 20 rooms. How does that happen?
We booked this room months ago, for a women's conference and they have the nerve to tell us that they are doing the best they can. This is unacceptable! You caused the issue, if that is the best you can do, we will not be returning.

This is a modern classy hotel. The room was sizable and we'll outfitted. The large TV even had Netflix enabled, which is cool....BUT
I was really disappointed that their iron ruined my shirt right before a wedding. luckily I had a backup. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said "sorry about your shirt." No offer to replace or even have it cleaned. I cleaned and laundered it and the stain just won't come out. Permanent. Disappointed that they didn't seem to care at all. Turns out, the iron had some gunk on it that permanent pressed into the white shirt. I hope they at least got rid of the iron.

Attended a work related training at this hotel and the facility was beautiful. The parking was easy, bathrooms were clean, food was wonderful, and staff was very friendly.

The rooms are adequate, however we had lots of problems while trying to check-in. We had a wedding block and they did not have the rooms ready by the check-in time, which caused lots of problems. Also, the shuttle is unreliable at best. Better to just bite the bullet and use a ride sharing service to get where you want to go. Overall, the hotel is neither incredible nor terrible.

Cons:

Room wasn t very clean when I had arrived. There was debris all over the floor from prior guests. The smoke alarm would go off anytime I took a hot shower. Rooms are a bit dated but that is the least of my concerns. Have your house keepers do a thorough cleaning of the rooms.

Pros:

Front desk was very friendly and professional. Restaurant was decent and they have a miniature Starbucks in the lobby. There is a sky bridge that connects to the mall across the street.

Love this place! Its our 3rd year hosting the junior/senior prom! Great service, great location, great people!

The king bed was comfy...room was clean as well as the bathrooms...stayed there during a retreat and the only thing bad about it was the elevator service. Only 7 people per elevator was allowed to ride or you would get stuck. But they had an elevator attendant to help the ride go smoothly. $10 parking and great amenities all around for a great stay. Nice restaurants as well as a movie theater all in 2 mins of the vicinity.

Great location with easy access to surrounding area and stores. Hotel is comfortable but shows its age. Free WiFi is a nice amenity.

Very clean and expensive feel to the rooms, great price and wonderful hospitality

I photographed a 50th birthday party and the staff was great, the food was great and the ballroom was spacious.

Overall the Sheraton is well located and the property was nice. When we arrived the room was very cold but maintenance fixed it fairly fast. Parking garage is a little bit of a pain, especially if your trying to leave during the evening rush. The concierge lounge is nice and breakfast was good.

I was here for a conference. The hotel is nicely appointed and the staff is very nice. The public restrooms are also clean, which should not be taken for granted, especially during a conference. The front desk is knowledgeable about nearby sites, and is a good resource for people unfamiliar with the area.

Nice service very very friendly staff. Rooms were great. Will stay again.

Under construction and this provided an inconvience

Very clean, relaxed, upscale atmosphere. Parking can be a hassle. Location is great, very close to the mall
