I work at the airport. sometimes and had to wait too long to deliver cargo should (supervisors or heads in charge) be attentive to the schedules of more flow of customers to place more service modules there are usually 1 or 2 attending. I must say yes. that the last time I went 10/02 the attention was super fast thanks to the good availability of the supervisor in charge

The staff is quite friendly ; but starting the address they give in the plant does not correspond, they have chemical bath for the public, they do not send the dispatches when they correspond, etc, etc, they must review their processes to improve the service.

Place of reception and dispatch of cargo or parcels. It has deficiencies in customer service times because the operators themselves must do the complete work. If they can do the complete work but that a user loses 20 minutes waiting for attention, it is a better point, because if the situation is the other way around, believe me that the company throws you away or neglects.

The level of laziness or simply uncoordination is impressive. Having 4 modules, they always serve 2 and with good luck 3. Really it is necessary personnel, that is dedicated 100% to the reception.
