Very accommodating staff. The hotel is clean and looks very nice since renovated.

Excellent service! Staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us pack our stuff, and always smiling. That's the best part. Although the hotel is a little bit old, the room is nice. Parking is free, which is another plus.

overall, the experience is much better compared with other high-end hotels, like Hyatt and Marriott in big cities.

A nice place to stay and the staff is always friendly.

This hotel has a convenient location for events and shopping. Noise was an issue for me. The walls seemed thin. I heard a dog barking, in addition to the usual partying at hotels of this kind. An unusual amount of noise.

Nice hotel,excellent service in terms of house keeping.Good location for good food and shopping.friendly environment,smells nice and neat although the WiFi wasn't superb maybe cos I was on the tenth floor but every other thing was on point.

The television is advertised HD but it isn't at all. Very grainy picture. There is no menu for advertised, room service. Rooms very clean, bed's comfortable as hell, shower's really nice as well. You also can't beat the location! Like i said, ok.

Rooms are up to date and furnished nicely. Many restaurants and retail stores in the area. Beds are very comfortable. Everything seems clean throughout the hotel, including the rooms, of course.

Staffing with courteous rooms for clean great experience

Nice friendly place. Took my dog and she was welcomed also. They had wine and cheese in the lobby in the evening, nice touch!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs do that was great. My biggest problem is being on the 6 th floor and the elevator not working. I had to use the stairs multiple times. I dod report this to management after being ask how my stay was. The next day the elevator continued to not stop on the floor i was on ot when it did arrive the door failed to open. I ran into the manager again who asdured me the repair man was coming. As far as the training we were placed in a vert small room. We vose as a groyp to ser it as cozy. There was a mall next door but initially the bridge connecting it was closed. I felt we were to far away frim lical attractions. The hotel did offer a shuttle to destinations with 5 miles. I wanted a ride to the light rail train only to find it was under construction. Personalkt i did nit have a good experience in general with people in Baltimore. Not a place that i woyls travel to gir fun or vacation. If i went back i would probably stay at the downtown Sheraton.

it is very sad when I Hotel treats any paying customer the way they treated me & my family.
Apparently having reservations doesn't matter at this hotel....especially when you need to ammend them.
do beware...when there's any special events going on in the week end area such as parents weekend this past weekend they will not work with you at all even though you've made your reservation months in advance... when you need to only have your reservation for one night not 2 they will tell you to go screw and they will not help you out... they onot tell you it's a two-night minimum because they're not saying that but in reality that's what's going on

They you the hotel is booked they probably over book and now they're scrambling

how can you tell me you could not amend my reservation because the hotel is booked when I had already have a reservation that is why the hotel is booked because I'm part of the people that have a reservation

Changed availability as we arrived. Expensive to park. Plenty of other Marriott's around...

Great location great atmosphere and didn't want to leave

I did not stay at the Sheraton hotel but I went there to rent a car from the Budget counter. The service was quick and it was easy to get a car and get on the road. Very good prices with budget and they upgraded me since they didn't have any cars in the economy class.

Pros:
- Masks were required and everyone was wearing one

Cons:
- Poor customer service. The person who was helping us did not know the guidelines of using special rates. I brought my group around midnight and he made our group (of 10 people) wait for almost an hour to complete our booking (even though we made reservations much earlier). Also, we got billed for things that wasn t even mentioned to us beforehand.
- Poor quality of the room.

I was travelling for business. I needed a quiet room with a comfortable bed and good internet. Plus a clean bathroom. The Sheraton was all that I needed and the staff was awesome. I was there for three nights. It's right across the street from PF Chang's and The Cheesecake factory, two of my go to places after a long day.

Great central location. Very clean hotel. Excellent customer service.

I called this location to dispute a parking charge on my final bill and Michelle Johnson would not remove the charges from my bill stating I had come to the front desk to get the parking validated. I had no clue parking had to be 'validated' and so I never even came back to the front desk after check-in. She basically called me a liar and would not remove the charge. The experience at this hotel was subpar until I encountered Michelle Johnson. Now it is just horrible. Don't waste your money here. The hotel markets itself as a place for wedding receptions and celebrations. Well unless you like your servers and bartenders eating the food you paid for in front of you and your guests, I would suggest another location! This place is just TACKY!

We stay here for because child's college is in walking distance. Never had any problems at this hotel.

Jim the attendant at the Club Room was great. He was always there to greet with a smile and goes the extra mile to serve you. I have never had better service!

At the pool they won't let you jump in or splash which is the whole point of a pool

ls this a party hostel? Almost every guest is drunk and yelling about something. Paper thin walls means I wake up to every else s alarms. I can also clearly hear normal volume conversations in other rooms. Great for an observing sociologist but poor for someone who d like privacy. I ve had to stay here over a dozen times since my company has a contract here.

I went swimming with a friend at the hotel. Very clean.

They put on a very nice Thanksgiving Day dinner to any who make reservations. I highly recommend giving it a try. I've been there three times now. Great food and many choices!

Comfortable if slightly dated rooms. Decent location a short walk to storefronts and restaurants.

Front desk was very helpful overall. Convenient parking next door, but odd that it requires re-validation of your ticket at the front desk every single time you disembark the garage... definitely can cause some hold-ups at peak check-in/out times.

Room service and restaurant were solid in terms of service, but sorely lacking in food quality and availability (outdated menu, missing items on delivered meal, lack of inventory on basic drinks/ingredients).

Besides that one issue, a fairly pleasant stay.

My mother stayed at this hotel after paying for her room my mother was ambulancedt to the emergency room and admitted to the hospital. I spoke to Chris and Joshua(the front desk manager) they refused to refund the amount paid which was not used. I would not recommend this hotel.

I m currently here for two nights and disappointed with this Sheraton; it s definitely not as upscale as usual - unless I m in a crappy room- overall I m shocked they would even allow residence to be in a room with obvious stains and repairs .... I m not use to this subpar customer service either - how do you advertise rooms with robes and not have any? Not be knowledgeable about ammenities? How do you allow your guest to walk in hallways with mess? Right in front of my door at that... it doesn t feel like a Sheraton- the location definitely requires a course in hospitality to keep up Sheraton s brand.

The furniture is nice minus the chair with stained foot stool and pillows are soft - thick comforter but with stains ... bathroom has nice design but tub feels like a poor caulking job - like stepping on items. The towels are thick but yellowish due to overwashing... I m not nitpicking I m just shocked to see this at a Sheraton lol .

I checked in with three other people and we asked for a cot only to be told that this hotel doesn't allow guests to have a cot in their room with a double bed. I was told this is a city policy and when I called another local Sheraton to inquire about said policy, I was informed that no policy like that exists. Hello Hyatt!

The room and surroundings and bed were delightful for food and beverage go elsewhere

The hotel is clean but somewhat outdated. The rooms need updated The staff is very friendly. It is really the only game in Towson so there isn't much of a choice when visiting. Was very disappointed when the coffee shop wasnt open all day yesterday. Tough to get the day started .

Do it for the breakfast (if it comes with room). Ever since Marriott closed and was converted into student housing, Sheraton is easily the "nicest" hotel in Towson. I've been coming here every few weeks since about July (maybe once in June, when Marriott closed). I can report that 1 of 3 elevators has been out of order for about 2 months. And unless this is a repeat of previous room I had, the 2 USB charging ports on the desk are both broken (this is on the "fancy" 11th floor). The thermostat I believe is broken because it showed 68 when it was more like 78 in the room. Fortunately I like it warm. Also, if it is 68 actual degrees in your room, there is no way to heat it in the summer. One more broken thing: the soda machine on the 11th floor, which wouldn't read the credit card. The channels on the 55" HDTV are almost all low-resolution (very few HDTV channels, no HBO, or other movie channels). The refrigerator is nice, even though I did previously have one that did not work. The rooms are fairly small for this style hotel, and severely lack easily accessible outlets. Considering they make table top power strips with charging ports, they should get with the times. The gym & pool are nice. The bacon in the concierge lounge, and food & drink selection across the road are the primary reasons I stay here anymore. The hotel restaurant charges $8 for a pint of beer which is Airport price level, and food is not much better value. The small snack/coffee shop is also massively over priced. With any luck I won't need to return to Towson much longer and I can stop searching for a decent hotel.

I wen to a wedding at the Sheraton and it was beautiful. They did an amazing job!

I loved my stay, the region is very good. The room I found very good, when I arrived I was fixing my curtain because it was without the black out, I asked for a microwave for the room and I was promptly answered. I definitely recommend

Great experience and service every stay. Conviniently located next to a large mall and many shops and restaurants.

The hotel looked beautiful, but To be honest this review may sound super pety but this was my first experience on the hotel. I arrived to the hotel for a conference and although everything seemed nice my first pit stop was to the men's restroom. What was super uncomfortable was a dozen urinals lined up with "NO DIVIDERS!!!" NO DIVIDERS!!! No privacy or splash protection at all! For that you only get 4 stars. Sorry that totally ruined it for me.

The rooms were decent its just the parking is annoying because you have to get the ticket validated each time in order to exit. It's in a good location .

Great hotel and accommodations. Fitness center is like no other I have used in a hotel before. Will definitely be our hotel choice for the next four years of visits during college time.

Stayed one night for the EAST COAST USA HALLOWEEN PAGEANT!!! Best hotel yet during our 2 yr pageant journey! Very Clean from lobby to rooms, rooms are very big compared to other hotel rooms. wonderful customer service!! Overall great experience!! Easy check out!
P.s my 2 yr old loved the koi fish near the entrance! Very calming!

Really nice hotel with a gym, a pool, restaurant, and parking. The hotel is across the street from a really nice mall. It's also walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and bars in Joppa street. The Goucher campus is only 5 minutes by foot. Only downside, the elevators were broken. 2 out of 3 were out of order. I was there for a week and the wait for an elevator was interminable.
