The hotel showed noticeable signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable, though. The front desk staff were courteous, but not particularly pleasant.

Good location next to the mall with a sky walk for convenient access.

Great location, good parking, parking validation didn't work once though.

Nice hotel overall. Convenient connection to the mall across the street. However, at night there were loud people hanging outside our room and the shower drain broke. The service at the restaurant was slow but good food

Long hairs all over the bathroom. Horrible bar where patrons fall out of their stools, uncomfortable beds and old pillows... Not worth the price whatsoever.

I will not tell much about the Hotel only that everyone was super nice and friendly. The rating will tell you how impressed by I was.

.very good but some items in hotel bathroom needed fixing and updating but overall worth it..i suggest also the grounds at night get walked around by some employee or security some kids were doing things that might disturb guests and they might do a bad review or never come back..

I Do not recommend!!!!!!!! Hospitality is not their forte. The half hotel staff were ok the other half had a huge attitude problem. I have never gotten such terrible customer service over the phone. Summary: changed me the wrong rate, give me attitude when I called, sink was clogged, ac did not work, parts of the decor were peeling off, a hotel worker walked into our room while we were changing (It was after 3 pm so it was not cleaning hours), they did not give us the bill nor email us our confirmation. Furthermore their restaurant kept us waiting over 30 min for grilled cheese and a wrap at lunchtime with a nearly empty restaurant.

Lovely conference facility. However room temperature needs to be adjusted when outside temperature changes

Very Dissatisfied.and Embarrassed As I was greeted ,and proceed toward service desk to check in.
I took my conformation out of my purse to show it to clerk who was helping me at check in process.
I heard a loud voice coming from the other side of service desk "she needs to show you her Id "
It was so Embarrassed .I felt that I did something wrong .I turned my face toward the other service desk,and asked ?.Do I know you ?
Why are you instructing the clerk to check on my Id's.
He replied back oh he is on training.
Yeah,I watched him check inn at least Dozen non- Black guest ..you never once instracted him to check their Id's
I thought it was disrespectful asking the clerk to check on my Id
It was more upsetting to find out this particular men was the evening shift Manager..

I honestly believe sheraton management should train their employees to treat their guest with utmost dignity and respect . why I was single out ?

Room was very good and the hotel staff is always friendly and professional

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was very well kept and cozy. Front desk service was great, and I loved the little coffee shop. Great place to stay

We stayed here recently while visiting our daughter, who attends graduate school at Towson University. We were very happy with everything about this location, clean, neat and organized. Staff was exceptional, especially, Ernie at the front desk who helped us check in early and helped us with parking for our daughter. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would definitely be back!

However what I didn't like is b4 we left the hotel room I stripped the bed completely. (I always feel like the housekeepers will use the same sheets as others have slept on & that's y I do that) To our surprise there was a big old dried blood stain on the mattress. I was DISGUSTED!!! Peroxide would've gotten that rt out. Didnt look like any attempt was made to clean it either. Just goes to show u that looks can b deceiving. My advice to everyone is to check the bed (pull back blankets, sheets etc) not at just this hotel...any hotel u stay at

Really enjoyed our stay. Had a good time in Towson. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive. Would certainly stay here again.

I stopped by to pick up a rental car. The rental desk was easy to find and there was great service. The parking garage has tons of space. The lobby had great rocking chairs while we waited for our car.

It was nice. The staff were nice. It was in a great location for everywhere. Nice walking distance from local restaurants

Stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends. Rooms were clean, area around the hotel had plenty to do and the staff were great.

Not the cleanest place. Had to pay for parking. $10 per day. Skywalk to the mall doesn't exist.

This hotel is soooo nice , the staff are really really nice , here Tina in the rain Cafe is really nice love her , and Shneiria at the front desk gives excellent customer service , Lewis and the Nighttime mgr are such a delight will be coming here frequently to get away .

Breakfast is great. Lots of meeting space and easy access to the mall.

The front desk really helped us with the car rental at the avis center and the avis gentleman was very professional and efficient. We were very pleased.

Terrible experience. They mishandled my reservation and gave me a twin instead of a king. Argued with me about whether my stay included breakfast (even though it was clearly stated on the booking). I was introduced to a rather large and nasty INSECT when I first arrived in the room, which, even though I'm from NYC, did NOT make me feel more comfortable. The room also included a non-functioning air conditioner, which may explain why it attracted bugs. To top it all off, they added a $175 charge on my card for no apparent reason -- I had to call this place over 6 times to get my money refunded -- terrible experience and a waste of time.

Great staff, but the rooms are looking a little down at the heels, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned...so I just did that part myself. Overall, I guess they are doing their best given a drastic slump in business, so I forgave them minor infractions.

This was my first time there I really enjoyed myself my only concern is that the room was very cold and drafty but that could be due to the virus so I can understand other than that no complaints

I was only at the hotel for a conference, but the public facilities we're well maintained and clean. I was very happy with the level of care.

Comparing my stay to the Sherton I stayed out in Boston, I liked this room better.

Wifi was free, in Boston you had to pay for it so that wad a nice surprise this visit.

Parking is crazy expensive in my opinion. 12 a day for right around 9 hours of parking. Gyms open but the pool isnt. Not sure what the logic if for having the gym and not the pool but whatever. Still get charged the same price though. Got out on the 12th floor but didn't have access to the lounge. Is what it is I guess

A lot of issues with mistake with reservation (didn't reserve our room, quoted wrong price) then billed credit card multiple times. Huge mess!

The phone reservation people need to be better equipped with knowledge of the hotel layouts. I talked to 3 people on 3 different phone calls that gave different answers before I found out they are now where near the hotel.

I was here at an educational event for my hobby. It is one of the best venues for this kind of events I've been to. The time are great with refrigerator and microwave and super adorable. The meeting space is comfortable. I love it when we have an event at this location!

I was at the hotel for a pageant and was very disappointed that there was no food available to buy during the event. When I inquired about any food available for purchase I was rudely told that the only vending machines were in another hotel or the close by mall. It is sad that the hotel couldn't at least keep a basic buffet or at least sandwiches for sale at its restaurant for purchase for big all day events. The trash was overflowing no matter how many employees were checking out the event.

I accompanied my son, future daughter-in-law and my wife to a bridal event held at this venue. I can't comment on the hotel accommodations, but this sponsored event was well-planned and very educational regarding things possible for a wedding. With catered h'orderves and executive chef prepared and served tapas of beef ribs, salmon and asparagus, it was a enjoyable and entertaining event.

Conference went great. Staff took care of everything perfectly. Food was hot and drinks were cold. Conference room was a standard room with 90s decor.

When I stayed here there were loud people arguing across the hall for half the morning. The people up front weren't apologetic at all. The room was nice, but the service wasn't the best.

I am normally a big critic but this hotel is awesome. their customer service was Great.

They were doing construction on my floor and it was noisy and smelly

System error probably when I arrived with 23 rooms needed, gotta swap and made some adjustment with some rooms and the parking spot for my bus were mistakenly instructed but corrected.
The lady at the front desk, her name is Liberty. She was extremely helpful since the printer available for the guest use was out of order. So she spent her times figured out how to work the programs and got my important documents printed out for me that night.
Outstanding job done. Great customer service, Liberty.

Easy access to the parking garage. The room was clean and a good size. The only issue was our coffee maker was broken when we first tried to use it. We called down and they quickly brought up a working one.

The hotel's elevator was down but otherwise it's always a convenient location, comfortable bed (love the heavy blanket) and good amenities. Parking is $10 per day.
