Staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs do that was great. My biggest problem is being on the 6 th floor and the elevator not working. I had to use the stairs multiple times. I dod report this to management after being ask how my stay was. The next day the elevator continued to not stop on the floor i was on ot when it did arrive the door failed to open. I ran into the manager again who asdured me the repair man was coming. As far as the training we were placed in a vert small room. We vose as a groyp to ser it as cozy. There was a mall next door but initially the bridge connecting it was closed. I felt we were to far away frim lical attractions. The hotel did offer a shuttle to destinations with 5 miles. I wanted a ride to the light rail train only to find it was under construction. Personalkt i did nit have a good experience in general with people in Baltimore. Not a place that i woyls travel to gir fun or vacation. If i went back i would probably stay at the downtown Sheraton.
