I m very satisfy by your prestations. Realy really good

Very big, nice and cozy room, nice breakfast, helpfull staffs and managers, and excellent swimming pool, safe for children, but a bit distant from city center

very nice rooms and all that is needed is there so very well furnished.
only issue was water seeping out of the bathing room door while taking a shower.

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed. I like it that there were apples in the room. The bed is comfortable and the shower facility was good. The staff were all very courteous.

reasons for a below average score:
- very long waiting time for in-room dining service, i didn't get to enjoy the food as I needed to rush for a meeting
- room is tiny and small.
- one small plant was dead and without light i thought it was a spider - not pleasant looking
- I was told to be picked up by a toyota alphard but a Nissan came up instead. they are very different class of car. but same price.

Great experience, all staff were very helpful. Special callout to Chew and New from The Line. They were super attentive to our needs and very friendly. Enjoyed the staycaytion immensely. However do think that the breakfast menu can include more variety. To conclude thumbs up to the Shang team!

The service, location and facilities really surprised me. Been in Singapore for so many years was my first stay in the Shangri-La and will be definitely the place I stay everytime I will need a hotel in Singapore

Very nice interior. Service is great. The Line Buffet Lunch is awesome!

Cold and impersonal, service level underwhelming. The Line was a great disappointment, breakfast buffet on a Sunday should be avoided. The horizon room we stayed in was tiny and almost crammed.

The only problem that we has was that the Horizon Club room was very cold during the day and at night. We did ask for the A/C to be adjusted but even after that it was still vey cold

Just attending the banquet in the evening, the food and food are good, and the waiter has a good attitude.

This Hotel Is Given 5 - Star nice hotel but Expensive and Many Outlet For Foods to Eat. The Outlet are as follow -
The Line for Buffet Lunch & Dinner. Rose Varander for Hi - Tea. The Grill Room For Western Foods and Bar. Japanese Restaurant on the Top Of The Hotel. The Waterfall earlier i've written by the Poolside. Lobby Bar Nice Local Food And Live Music in Everning. They have Children Play Ground. Name A Few. Thanks.

Hotel have limited rooms with twin share while guest required such rooms. It should have been anticipate. Food was not all good, only the last night was great. I feel sorry for my vegetarian colleagues who have less option in the menu.

the self-service buffet costs $78/pack, seafood not bad dessert sosososo

Having company annual lunch buffet at Shangri-La Hotel, it was an amazing experience! It serve international type buffet & all of it are delicious

Had a company event at one of the ballrooms. The service and facilities were great. The aircon was too cold though.

I must say Shangri-La hotel provide an excellence service and facilities amongst all. Staff are equipped with professional ethics and well-trained especially during this covid situation.

During our recent visit, hotel has given a fluffy soft toy as welcome gift to kids stay along but maybe due to running out of stock I suppose, only 1 of my kids has the toy. This was feedback in my post stay survey. Out of surprise the hotel has follow up with my feedback and arrange staff to send down personally to my house another same soft toy which really brighten our days!

Will definitely return to stay at Shangri-La hotel that makes us feel like home :)

Overall a good experience. Upon check in some things could have been explained more regarding hotel facilities and restaurants. The desk staff seemed quite regimented and formal which is fine but some friendliness would have been welcoming. However Johnnie the concierge was brilliant, on our second day at the hotel he explained what to see and do, he was very helpful.

The staff in the origin bar on world women s day 8/3/20 were amazing. The three girls were fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. They were a pleasure to talk to especially being the last encounter with the hotel as it was the day we checked out.

Excellent service starts from booking was made via website where reservations of all meal inclusive was automatically confirmed by staff. Staff was friendly and facilities were great for young kids for a short staycation.

Excellent experience overall - the hotel staff was so helpful and the hotel was beautiful. The food was wonderful and the bar had an excellent selection. Really enjoyed it!

we checked in at 2.30 pm on the 15th of august- but the management made us wait in the lobby for over 2.00 hours- saying that our room is not ready- we got our room at 4.30 pm- mr peter from the lobby was good and he tried to help us as much as possible- we went up to the horizon lounge and had some refreshments- overall the experience was good - your hotel is very good - staff are good-

The room was very good. The restaurants excellent. We particularly liked the friendly, helpful service by Eric in Nami, and also the way that we were quickly found a poolside table in the Italian restaurant, even though we had not pre-booked. The concierge was also very helpful in trying to do online check-in with Qantas. He tried multiple ways to achieve this before confirming that they would not allow it with our tickets.
One minor point - when we checked out, we were expecting to be able to leave our luggage in our room for transfer to the luggage store, so we could collect it later. This has been smoothly organised in other hotels (eg Conservatory in Amsterdam), but not here. We had to transfer the luggage ourselves so that we could get a baggage receipt.

Decoration was amazing. Food was brilliant. Even the toilet was like a specific suite. I am impressed.

Top shelf Hotel and incredible service shown by all staff!

Our group of 30 had a sit-down luncheon at Origin Grill. Everything was delicious, from the free-flow appetisers to the mains and desserts. Most of us had the steak or the fish.
Steak was gorgeous, nicely medium well with nice sides. Fish was juicy and fresh.
None had the risotto and only 2 opted for the lamb pasta. They were the only ones disappointed with their mains as they had expected the slow cooked lamb shoulder and pasta to be plated in separate portions on the plate. However, the lamb was shredded and mixed in. The diners tried to pick out the lamb but couldn't really enjoy the texture and flavours of the meat.
However, we enjoyed the lovely setting and beautiful atmosphere of Shangri-la especially the Christmas decor and lighting. Very magical. The flattened figure sculptures were quite a highlight. Such an interesting perspective to view humans. Like perhaps how God sees us from on high?

Fantastic service and accommodation. The staff are excellent and well trained. With their recent renovation, the place looks amazing. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Worth it. Location is near Orchard which is a plus. Decorations were awesome. Services provided was top notch too.

A truly lovely hotel through and through which exceeded expectations. I'll definitely be coming back when in Singapore again.

Friendly, personal service, lovely amenities. The private garden was a lovely surprise with my own hammock.
The Waterfall restaurant is delicious.

Went to The Rose Verandah for a lunch buffet. Service was excellent and good variety of food.

Big spacious and very grand and luxurious feeling. It's no wonder trump stayed here during the kim trump summit in singapore. However it is a little secluded. But a short walk to tanglin area

Clean and service-oriented hotel, with large rooms. I had a corner unit and the balcony was huge. Due to COVID, the breakfast menu has been changed from buffet to QR code ordering, but the food standard especially the local delights like nasi lemak and laksa have all been awesome still. Buds and Splash Zone have to be booked in advance, upon check-in to prevent overcrowding, however, it can be rather challenging for families to book the timing due to only 1 night stay and no extension for late check-out.

Excellent five star hotel. Great place to watch the wealthy come and go from Singapore. No shortage of Lambos and Ferraris coming into the hotel for various events. Breakfast buffet is worthwhile with fine selections from around the globe, something to please everyone.

This is the best hotel in the world! A magical experience by the Shang Ri La. Staff remember me after 3 years! Incredible welcoming feeling from staff. First time stayers should take note that there is an incidentals fee per night. Fantastic experience and one I would recommend to anyone. We stayed in the tower wing with the line buffet breakfast. Had an issue with a USB port which was fixed within half an hour! These guys really go to the next level to ensure that the service is the best in the world.

Excellent place especially for a family with children. Amenities are great, Buds, Splash!, the Picnic on the Lawn allow the kids to have fun while the adults can chill at the Lounge & Origin.

Will highly recommend.

Only thing is, transport not convenient unless you drives

I stay here because of the outdoor pool and beautiful ambiance. Lawn chairs are comfortable and poolside food is just as good as in the main restaurant. Very fresh fruits and lovely massage in the spa area.

Went to The Rose Veranda to have high tea to celebrate my birthday. Food was great especially pastries and desserts. Staff was rather attentive and service is wonderful. Really enjoyed my time there.

Beautiful hotel. Went there for their over rated buffet. But the hotel is really nice. Tasteful deco and lots of beautiful plants around, which makes the environment cosy.

The in-road leading into the Hotel is rarely clogged with traffic

You have good staff. Pls keep them. From the pakcik at the entrance, the reception, the concierge, the people at the restaurants (line and waterfall), the splash, swimming pool, housekeeping and checkout. A few things to consider: the lighting in the room can be confusing. It would be helpful to have more informative labeling. In Buds, some items are not working. In the music room, the singing or karaoke machine was not working. The floor piano at the infant side is also not working. Some signboards need updating as well. I didnt know that the outdoor playground is now Splash so wouldn't have wasted time looking for it. The picnic basket that we got was a nice touch but it would be useful to have some description of the food items - we weren't sure if it was turkey ham or pork ham. Of course we could have called to find out but having it in the basket will avoid unnecessary phone call. These are minor comments that I hope you all will consider to make shang better. Will definitely come again.

Extra effort from the reception to make sure my brother in law family room to be side by side. This action allow the kids of both families to have tremendous bonding time.

We often eat here and even had a staycation. Great restaurants, rooms and service!

Stayed a few nights, lovely room in the garden wing a pool view, couldn't see pool due to Palm trees. In the hight of summer would give shade. Easy to get to all the places with a shuttle into the MRT or shops.

Truly have an overwhelming staycation in this hotel... Highly recommended.

Overall experience is pleasant. Service staff are attentive less one occasion in the Horizon Club Lounge where one of the male staff mentioned that my child who was sitting at the table - not making any noise or commotion - cannot be at the lounge during the happy hours.

We were good with the advice but the manner of delivery was a tad hostile and seemed as if we commited a felony.
