The room was very good. The restaurants excellent. We particularly liked the friendly, helpful service by Eric in Nami, and also the way that we were quickly found a poolside table in the Italian restaurant, even though we had not pre-booked. The concierge was also very helpful in trying to do online check-in with Qantas. He tried multiple ways to achieve this before confirming that they would not allow it with our tickets.
One minor point - when we checked out, we were expecting to be able to leave our luggage in our room for transfer to the luggage store, so we could collect it later. This has been smoothly organised in other hotels (eg Conservatory in Amsterdam), but not here. We had to transfer the luggage ourselves so that we could get a baggage receipt.
