The slowest shake shack in NYC... Ironically, located in Grand Central Terminal. I wonder how many meals are abandoned here daily due to lengthy waits... And the wait is certainly not due to high quality... I've seen better looking and tasting burgers at McDonalds...yeh

Guys and the brioche of ice cream that is used in Italy, with a normal hamburger, a leaf of salad and a tomato, brioche is for desserts , that's why Americans are crazy about this burger.
Anyway everything that looks good to see is not good to eat.

Great!

Yes

Three years ago, it was my first Shake Shack.
I heard that I would wait, but I waited about 20 minutes after ordering.
Thanks to that, the meat was juicy and delicious.
It's expensive, but I wonder if this content can be helped.
I ate it at home so I don't think I will go to a Japanese store (laughs)

3 years ago, it was my first visit to this shop.
So delicious!
It is worth to wait for over 20 mins.

Burgers were pretty good. Service-OKAY. Soda mix was all off. They were quick at taking orders, but painstakingly slow at fulfilling orders and with any degree of accuracy. We received an extra burger (yay!), but my BIL was shorted a fry and my dad is still waiting in line for the rest of his (40 minutes later).

Really awesome. It is the only food place worth visiting in Grand Central station. The only issue is not necessary their fault, but the stench of the vagrants in and around the station is very off-putting. Nonetheless Shake Shack is Awesome!! The customer service is second to none!!!

I'm a big fan of Shake Shack food and restaurants so i'm a bit biased. The food here was consistent - been here about 3 times. All 3 times for dinner at around 7pm. Never disappointed. The half/half is pretty good; a little sweet but dilute it with some cold fountain water and it'll taste better. I had the mushroom burger, double stack, and chicken shack, cheese fries (with cheese on the side). Always a good fall back for a casual meal.

Staff is always friendly. I came in near closing to satisfy a craving expected them to be over it and they were both incredibly friendly and helpful. And even near midnight my donut was still deliciously perfect.

5 star for Nkrumah. I m in the food industry in NYC and i gotta tell you this guys is into what he does. Friendly , fast and efficient . Despite the fact that he had a long line of hungry souls coming his way , he had a smile on his face something not all Crew members do in this busy city. Keep up the great work mate .

We were recommended this place for its delicious burgers, great disappointment we took and maybe it was not the right branch to meet! We ate badly, among many people and a lot of noise! They also made us wait approximately 15 minutes standing waiting for the order that was nothing from the other world (2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 sodas). They are not as rich as we expected!
They may have more luck in another branch

Great burger and shake. The prices can be steep but you are paying for quality that is what you get when you go to Shake Shack. The lines can get long but the lines tend to move quickly. But this is no McDonalds so it might take awhile for the food to arrive after you pay for it. So if you are looking to catch 3:59 train, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Waited for a solid 45 minutes to get chicken nuggets and a drink. The drink was watered down and the nuggets were not worth the money. Not a lot of food for you re money and definitely not worth the wait. Employees were annoyed and didn t really care. Would ve rated it lower....

Ok

Not gonna keep building up the food--all very tasty. This is one you either:

A. have to time properly
B. have to have time to burn

If you fulfill either of these requirements and need basically the tastiest quick option in GC, do it.

My favorite burger to date. Love the Shake Shack concept and their execution is always at the top of their game. Not only are the burgers, fries, and shakes always made fresh to order and tasty - but the staff have consistently been very helpful and attentive and friendly. Not something you always find at a fast food type establishment.

What an absolute disgrace. I frequent this location weekly and will no longer be doing so. To illustrate how the staff treat their customers, I ll tell my story. I placed a mobile order at around 4:30 for 5 pm. I received no notification of my order being ready, which led me to go to the pickup window to ask about my order. I asked someone about a mobile order and then was ignored. I asked a second person who said it s not ready yet and did not even make an attempt to look for it. I asked a third person several minutes later, who somehow found it waiting 10 minutes after my pick up time. I asked for it to be refried as the burger was most likely cold, to which the employee obliged with a look of disgust, as if they were personally inconvenienced. I was going to let this whole situation go until I saw a cook bring my order to the window, make eye contact with me, and then disgustedly throw down the order as if it was a piece of trash. When I angrily brought this up to an employee, he began shouting at me to have a nice day and that my day would get better. I have never been treated like this in any establishment, let alone one I frequent on a weekly basis. The worst part is that they weren t even busy! The staff consistently ignores those with mobile orders and then acts with disgust as if they are being personally inconvenienced for doing their job. It is astounding how unprofessional the staff were. I understand that customer relations is not easy, but for them to a) not acknowledge that they sre wrong b) treat a customer as if they are an inconvenience c) make comments to their coworkers as if I could not see and hear them is truly astounding. I will no longer be going to this location and do not recommend anyone to go here to eat. There are many other shake shack locations that actually care about their customers rather than care about when they are clocking out. Truly a disgrace, and honestly, each and every person who works at this location should be ashamed of themselves.
