Following this review, I was contacted by the dealer by mail and I was asked, I quote, to remove the "written defamation" "Also to avoid action by our legal department".

I ordered an Acer computer from them (via Amazon) for 550. They sent me a different and lower version of the computer (which was 200 euros cheaper on the internet). Although it was their mistake, I had to make a regular return at my expense.

I ask to be updated on the return procedure several times, receiving evasive and inaccurate replies, until I receive the transfer. 500 euros instead of 550 euros. Reason? Box arrived damaged. A box that, however, for obvious reasons they could not reuse, received with a return that in the first place should not have been at my expense.

Useless telephone support, occasional, imprecise, sometimes rude email assistance. To be avoided absolutely. Not at all attentive to the customer.

Macbook ordered configured early December, after a few days arrived mail, in which I explained the timing of delivery, which could not be guaranteed before the Christmas holidays, however I decided to keep it even if I was urgent because as they explained being merchandise configured and coming from China other ways to have it quickly there were .. Ordered monitor s2719h with best price and shipping speed on eprice on 31/12, the expected delivery described by the eprice site was not before 07 January, they as well as the penultimate order submitted did not respect the timing but rather they improved it delivering on January 3rd after having shipped on January 2nd, immediately after the holidays, always operational and very capable, given my experience. Online purchase of 1 hard disk on 9th September, expected arrival on 14th. After a few days I will send an email. Answer: the goods are in fulfillment.
I'm waiting. Days go by. I send numerous emails, telephone the office. Nothing, they always tell me that the item is being prepared for shipment.
Almost a month after the purchase, I send an email saying that if I did not receive at least the tracking code within the next day I would report the problem to PayPal and request a refund. Answer: "Do you want a refund?". I call again, ask to be able to speak to the person who gave me this email reply. Can not be done. At which I send an email asking to be contacted by phone by a manager and, in the same email, I ask "Do you have the product?" Answer: Yes.
I decide to take my car and go to the company in person. They still tell me that the article is in evasion and that it would arrive in a couple of days, but that if I wanted to, they could have delivered it directly to me by hand. Well. I still await. After 30 minutes a person comes out of a door: "Are you waiting for the hard disk?" Yes. "Wait a minute." Another person comes out and tells me: "there is a problem. We don't have the hard disk".

At this point I ask for a refund.

I join the other negative reviews. I was very disappointed. I turned to them for a management software for my company. I gave the specs of the product I needed and then found a program that was not suitable for my needs.

BAD experience. Purchase a new Lenovo notebook with 8Gb RAM on the ePrice Marketplace. I receive a notebook in a box with a seal cut and closed with tape, the manufacturer's label says RAM 4Gb. I ask for light, they falsely claim that the announcement concerned a notebook "configured" by them with the addition of 4Gb.
Despite the incorrectness, they refuse the refund at the same time as the return of the PC (which I requested since the trust was lost), citing the reason that in the end the RAM is 8Gb anyway, as if it were not evident that a new product is different from one of inferior features, modified and trimmed to original.
They demand a normal return and then reimburse at their convenience, in addition to insulting injury. They invite me to contact their lawyer, who does not respond. Report to Marketplace, report to AGCOM. I was hasty and I did not verify that alongside the positive reviews (there are also singular ones, scrolling through them carefully) there are dozens of negative ones for similar cases, even on ePrice and Amazon.
