Following this review, I was contacted by the dealer by mail and I was asked, I quote, to remove the "written defamation" "Also to avoid action by our legal department".

I ordered an Acer computer from them (via Amazon) for 550. They sent me a different and lower version of the computer (which was 200 euros cheaper on the internet). Although it was their mistake, I had to make a regular return at my expense.

I ask to be updated on the return procedure several times, receiving evasive and inaccurate replies, until I receive the transfer. 500 euros instead of 550 euros. Reason? Box arrived damaged. A box that, however, for obvious reasons they could not reuse, received with a return that in the first place should not have been at my expense.

Useless telephone support, occasional, imprecise, sometimes rude email assistance. To be avoided absolutely. Not at all attentive to the customer.
