Online purchase of 1 hard disk on 9th September, expected arrival on 14th. After a few days I will send an email. Answer: the goods are in fulfillment.
I'm waiting. Days go by. I send numerous emails, telephone the office. Nothing, they always tell me that the item is being prepared for shipment.
Almost a month after the purchase, I send an email saying that if I did not receive at least the tracking code within the next day I would report the problem to PayPal and request a refund. Answer: "Do you want a refund?". I call again, ask to be able to speak to the person who gave me this email reply. Can not be done. At which I send an email asking to be contacted by phone by a manager and, in the same email, I ask "Do you have the product?" Answer: Yes.
I decide to take my car and go to the company in person. They still tell me that the article is in evasion and that it would arrive in a couple of days, but that if I wanted to, they could have delivered it directly to me by hand. Well. I still await. After 30 minutes a person comes out of a door: "Are you waiting for the hard disk?" Yes. "Wait a minute." Another person comes out and tells me: "there is a problem. We don't have the hard disk".

At this point I ask for a refund.
